(Guys... Is it bad I haven't been taking care of myself?

Like all I've eaten for two days is chocolate, my breathing is heavy because of it, I haven't drank much all day, I'm sweating in my boiling room, and some other things that are a little personal DX I'm sure you can guess (clue, girl thing).

I'm getting so worried..... I need to care for myself more but I can't....)
