*I still love you(Vincent x Scott)

A/n:Rewritten story requested by Kiseki_Akira ^^

Three years.

It has been three years since Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria was shut down.

The business was at the grounds, unable to stand on its own.

But in those three years, the group of friends weren't keeping contact with each other.

After the shut down, they moved on to their lives, pursuing their own dreams.

Fritz had finally opened his own bakery,Jeremy managed to get into college as Mike found himself an actual job that paid decently.

As for the purple haired guy,Vincent was managing around with different jobs.

He was actually the one to keep in touch with all the other males.

Apart from Scott.

He was trying to find him,but after Freddy's closing there was no chance finding him anymore.

Maybe he moved towns?

Got a job somewhere far away?

Different thoughts circled around Vincent's mind for those three years.

But he would always brush them off with a sigh.

"Hey Fritz."

The tall male said, entering the bakery and making the orange head marshmallow guy look towards him.

"Hey Vincent! What's up?"He held a sweet smile, holding on to a plate with freshly glazed donuts.

He walked towards him, stuffing his hands inside his pocket.

"Nothing interesting really.How about you?"

Fritz sighed, taking off his round glasses and using the apron around his waist to clean them.

"A lot of work.I have a wedding cake in the making and it takes me forever to add details on one layer of cake!"

Vincent chuckled, running his fingers through his hair slightly combing them as he fixed his rat tail.

"But they are always delicious." He gave him a small smile, but the sound of the bell from the door opening made them both look back.

"Good morning sir! What can i get you?"

Fritz's words were muffled to Vincent's ears,as his almost white eyes went wide.

You.

After all that time.

"Scott?"

His brown eyes gazed at him surprised.

I find you here.

"Wait,Scott?As if,the phone guy?"Fritz asked surprised.

The tall male chuckled, looking at them in shock.

"Oh my,hey."

He neared them both to give them a hug,but Vincent's body moved first, wrapping his arms around his tall figure.

He exhaled deeply, slightly nuzzling his face against his torso.

"I thought i would never see you again."

Scott chuckled, slightly rolling his eyes as they pulled away from the hug.

"Don't be dramatic grape. It has been only three years."

You say this as if this is nothing.

All that time i was suffering and trying to find you.

Trying to find that smile.

Three years without that smile.

"So,what brings you here?"

Fritz asked as he was standing next to them, looking at the tall male with a smile.

His cheeks slightly dusted with a pink blush.

"I am here to ask when the wedding cake will be ready. My fiancée had came the other day."

Vincent's smile suddenly dropped, feeling his legs were slowly going numb.

Fiancée?

Fritz walked back behind the counter, looking at his notebook with a hum.

"It is not completely done but you will have it ready in about a week!"

"Great!"He smiled,looking over to Vincent."Wow eggplant,are you okay?You got a little pale there."

He blinked slightly,gazing away.

"Yeah,sorry."

His large hand sneaked behind his neck, slightly rubbing it as he gave him a small smile.

A forced happy smile.

Scott didn't notice, but returned the smile.

"Are you busy?I was thinking we could go out and talk since i found you now."His gaze focused on the purple haired male, thinking for a second."And I want to ask you something too."

Vincent's eyes looked curiously at him,but he couldn't help but nod.

After saying their goodbyes to Fritz, they started walking, not really going anywhere specifically, but they did end up at the beach.

"I am sorry for vanishing like that after the shut down.Family stuff came around and i had to rush myself out of town.It was a very complicated situation with me coming and going for a good one year and a half."

He exhaled deeply,as his eyes gazed into the sea.

"But it is all good now!Family is happy and healthy,i also found myself a good girl who really supported me through this mess. And coming back in this town i found the others as well!In a rush, but i invited them to my wedding too.I will let know Fritz later."

He did a mental note of his last sentence to his head,as Vincent's lips forced another smile.

You look so happy.

And i look so dead compared to you.

"You know Vincent."He started, stopping with their walking as Vincent looked back at him with a tilted head."I never thought i would ask you that, but you are a very good friend of mine, and i would be very happy to have you as my best man in my wedding."

His brown eyes looked into his,not really believing what he just uttered.

Did he seriously ask me that?

"Really?"His voice almost came out as a whisper, making Scott to smile.

"Absolutely!"

He chuckled, shaking his head and still keeping that fake smile on his face.

He lifted up his gaze, looking into his eyes.

"It would be an honor."

~~

The wedding day.

Usually it is filled with happiness,as the couple gets to be together until death do them apart.

A moment of rebirth of a new person within them.

Or a moment of death for others.

Vincent was inside Scott's room, wearing a black tuxedo along with him.

The groom was standing in front of the mirror, fixing the tie around his neck.

But he didn't notice the two almost white eyes were looking at him from the back.

Vincent was rubbing on his wrists almost intensely, trying to get his mind distracted.

But he couldn't.

Flashbacks of moments in the pizzeria came running in his head, both scary and funny,to animatronics were chasing them to even the sexual teasings.

If only you knew how i felt.

"How do i look?"

His voice pulled him out of his mixed thoughts, slightly blinking.

He noticed the tie was a little crooked, making him stand up.

"Here, let me fix that." His long fingers slightly gripped at the black fabric, fixing it at the top and making the tie straight,as he made sure all the buttons were done correctly.

He gently brushed his fingers through his dark brown hair, slightly pushing them back.

"There, handsome as always." His lips gave off a small smirk, making the tall male chuckle.

They both a wore a smile on their lips, looking into each others eyes in the silence of the room.

"You know."Scott started, slightly glancing to the side."I was thinking about you, back in those times in the pizzeria."

Vincent tilted his head, making him continue.

"Maybe there were times you were teasing me,almost forcing yourself on me sexually."The two of them let out a small chuckle, remembering countless of those moments."But you never stopped from being my best friend. And i am happy to have you here in this important day in my life."

His hand reached towards his, clenching it in between his hands with a smile.

"Thank you for being here."

Vincent swallowed hard, looking down at their hands.

He pulled him close for a hug, rubbing his back as Scott hugged back with a smile.

But he was holding back tears.

The reason he hugged him was because he didn't want to see his tears.

If only you knew Scott.

If only you knew.

It was finally the time.

The rebirth and death of a love.

The couple was standing at the altar, looking into each others eyes with a smile.

The priest was talking, but in Vincent's ears everything was muffled.

She is so beautiful.

She is so lucky to have Scott.

His eyes shifted towards Scott, exhaling deeply.

What if i was in her place?

I would have been happy.

He would look at me with that smile on his face, and i wouldn't believe that this day finally arrived.

I would hold his hand, vow to my heart and soul that i would do anything see to him smile and be happy and healthy everyday of his life.

And i would finally hold him close, because i would knew that this man was finally mine to hold forever.

He tried taking a deep breath, managing to hold back his tears.

Scott turned around, looking at Vincent with a smile as he did a small nod.

He smiled, the best fake smile he could give at this moment, passing him the wedding rings.

I can't believe i am the one giving them their eternal love.

How ironic.

He politely excused himself through the crowd, not wanting to face the final scene.

His feet took him outside of the church, sitting himself down on the church's stairs.

His dark hands were shaky, having a hard moment to breathe as he could possibly sob at any moment.

Tears finally came through, rolling down his dark cheeks as his heart was shattering in smaller pieces every time.

His shaky hand reached inside his blazer, pulling out an old photograph.

Possibly the only photograph of them being together.

It was the two males in the Fredbear and Friends Diner.

We have been friends from the very beginning.

Huh.

Friends.

He always looked at him as something more.

As someone who he would be standing next to in that special day.

Chances.

Missed chances of him confessing his true feelings.

Scott always thought he was joking around, not meaning his actions as friends would do that all the time to each other for fun.

Were my feelings just a joke?

He softly sniffled, but the sound of footsteps made him quickly hide the photograph.

"Vincent?"The presence of the tall male sat carefully next to him,as Vincent managed to wipe his tears away.

"Hey,why are you outside?"

He looked over next to him, only to notice a figure in the back.

His,now, wife was holding onto the flowers with a smile, waving at him.

He slightly smiled,waving back.

"Everything has finished and now we are going."His brown eyes scanned his face for a bit, frowning his brows."Are you alright?"

He let out a chuckle, gazing away for a moment.

Of course i am not alright,i don't exactly love having the love, the man of my life being taken away.

"I am fine Scott. But no need to worry about me."He looked over to the bride, and then back at him."Go.She is waiting for you.Go and live your love."

Scott cracked a small smile, patting his shoulder.

"I will see you soon Vincent."

He stood himself up,walking towards the woman who is now calling his wife, holding her hand tightly into his.

Vincent let out a heavy sigh escape his dry lips, watching as his man was being taken away from that beautiful woman.

This man who always loved and lived the most scariest moments in that haunted pizzeria.

This man who he never got to tell him how he felt.

How much his heart and soul ached for that man every single moment his heart was beating.

He was going away.

He was leaving.

He was leaving with someone else in their arms.

He was leaving holding someone else's hand, but he didn't know he was holding a piece of Vincent's heart too.

And he was walking away with it.

With no feelings whatsoever.

His fingers pulled out the old photograph once again, slightly staining from the small tear that fell on it.

He choked back a sob, feeling his whole world was collapsing once again in an instant.

He was in pain.

His heart was in pain.

He couldn't breathe as the pain in his heart made it all unbearable.

He looked over to the direction he walked away with his wife, clenching on his shirt from the pain he was feeling, letting out all the sobs and tears that were torturing him all along.

Letting out all that pain he was bottling up.

"I still love you."
