Name: Pommy

This definitely suits the fact that this animatronic is female, along with the fact that the animal is a pomeranian. Definitely a good name; fits the canon naming system.

Nickname: Pom

So cute! When I think of the word/name Pom, my mind instantly goes to Pom-Pom. Maybe that could work as a nickname too? Fits the name, so it's a good nickname.

Animal/Creature: Pomeranian

The fact that the term 'dog' is overused in many OCs makes this OC more unique than say, dog. Or cat. Specifying the breed is a great way to make an OC like no other. To top it off, I literally just searched up 'Pomeranian FNAF OC' and found only two or three.  

Material: Long faux fur

That definitely fits a pomeranian. Yes. I am thinking of Charlie from The Silver Eyes mentioning hugging Freddy. All that fur would make a great pillow. Now, that is just adorable. Good job.

Accessories: None

I'm not gonna judge, no accessories is fine by me. But, now this is my opinion so you don't have to listen, when I think of a Pomeranian, I think of a cutesy kawaii doggo with a little pink (or whatever color you prefer) bow. But, this is fine! No need to change this.

Appearance: Beige with a white underbelly and thin muzzle, from shoulder joints to elbow is exposed exoskeleton.

Isn't Pom a performing character? I'm questioning the exposure for a functioning animatronic, so I would suggest changing that a little. Also, did you mean endoskeleton instead of exoskeleton?

Much like everybody's OC, so you are perfectly fine with that. Nothing to say here.

Nice name! Regular boy name, no extreme things, just nice. I remember when I was in kindergarten, there was a boy named Xander in my class.

Sort of not so new but still working then. Okay.

Age of Ghost: 16 yrs

A little too old to die the way the backstory describes it, honestly. A 16-year-old should be able to fight back... Wait, this is PG we're talking about. Ignore my other words. Purple Guy is OP. Kills a 16-year-old. Alright.

Personality: Pom- Motherly, kind, optimistic (Mark- Pessimistic, bratty, blunt)

I can tell the two really clash, Pom being all rainbows and cupcakes with Mark being all bats and vampires. How is Mr. Bratty Boy doing in a body that's the opposite of him?

Strengths: Cautious and street-smart

Alright, sounds good to me, good things to know.

Weaknesses: Stubborn and fearful

I can see how the fearful and cautious play in together, though I might be interpreting wrong. The stubborn works with his personality, so good strengths/weaknesses overall.

Likes: Dogs, raves, anything cold

Sure. Is the dogs from possessing a dog animatronic, or something else? Also, the word 'rave' makes me think of the oh so fun Crab Rave.

Dislikes: Kids, fake (Not being yourself), seeing people alone

Welp, sorry Mark. Being an animatronic made to babysit the little brats you hate isn't gonna work, is it? And does the seeing people alone thing come from Pom's side, or is Mark secretly a sympathetic principal from Happy Elementary? One way or another, still kinda cool. But the kids might need a little tuning up. What kids do you mean? Little 5-year-olds? Bratty 10-year-olds? Moody 16-year-olds?

Interesting. I can see from the next part Sam and Chloe run a company and system. Wow. Just wow. I have a feeling they're rich, rolling in money. Cool idea.

This sounds so kiddy but regular. I love it. Do they work alone? I assume they do for some reason but feel free to correct me in anything. Cool name!

Cause of Death: Blunt force trauma

Reading over the backstory of Mark, I realized that Mr. Grape had a knife in everything FNAF related, and here he has a mallet. Not that realistic, to be honest. Have Purple Guy deal with him like he did with the five kids, not go out of his way with a mallet. Why am I ranting about this here and not the story? To save you time. Thank me later.

And I should argue why? Heck, one of my OCs got sold to Freddy's. Kinda common though, the selling. Maybe Pom got auctioned off to Fazbear's? They traded? Or keep the sold.

Who are Holly and Jolly? If not their bandmates, then who? The owners? Jolly isn't a human name. If anything... Nevermind. But please explain at least who Holly and Jolly are.

Purpose: Babysit anyone's kids if parents are currently unavailable

I'm imagining Pom babysitting a sassy 5-year-old with Mark trying not to lose his temper as an animatronic since he doesn't like kids. Who likes a sassy kiddo anyway?

Fun Facts: Mark actually babysat kids for money, he was a huge family person but really didn't know how to show it, and knows an eerie amount of facts about frogs

Wait... He doesn't like kids. Why is he babysitting? At least for money. Doesn't know how to show his family side. Is it because he's said bratty? So everyone doesn't like him a lot? Explainable. Frogs. Did he want to be a frog scientist when he grew up? Wouldn't be surprised. That part cracked me up.

Ghost's Backstory: Had to babysit little sister (Maddie) and brother at her birthday party. Mark had to go get some money fоr pizza from his car so he asked Mason (His little brother) to look after Maddie.

How old are Maddie and Mason exactly? If it's Maddie's party, why isn't she with her friends or mom? Why can't Mark take Maddie with him? WHY DO ALL THEIR NAMES START WITH M? Sorry 'bout that, it's my rude side.

 After a bit Mark gets back to see Maddie talking with this really creepy older man so Mark pulls her away, tells her not to talk to that man, and asks where Mason is. Mark goes and gives a stern talking-to to Mason and orders Pizza for his sibling before going off to find his mom. After a while of looking Mark went into a room and witnessed Purple Guy killing the five kids he slipped and fell backward accidentally slamming the door shut before PG came and began to hit him with a mallet.

Okay. So I see Mark's big brother instincts kicking in with the 'pull your sis away from stereotypical creepy man', but when he goes to look for Mason, what happened to Maddie? And when he finds Mason and goes to find his mom, what does he do with him? So after he looks, he goes in the Parts and Services, which is totally where a regular adult would be, and witnesses PG killing the kids. PG kills him, not with his knife, mind you, but with a mallet. You heard my rant earlier. And then he possessed Pom. Well if Pom wasn't a Fazbear's animatronic, how did he possess her if she's still being sold?

Backstory: Pom was originally just a playmate for Sam and Chloe's daughter Lily but after two years Lily grew out of her toys. Pom was one of Sam and Chloe's best inventions so they didn't want to scrap her and they had settled on selling her to Holly and Jolly's Pasteria (Or however you spell it). After another year the owners of 'Holly and Jolly's' realized how much work it was to constantly have to replace the fur, get someone to comb it, make sure the fur is replaced right, etc. they decided to sell Pom off to Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria.

So Sam and Chloe made Pom for their daughter. Sweet. But, after a while, she's abandoned by the kid. YOUR PARENTS. MADE YOU AN ANIMATRONIC. AND YOU ABANDON IT. WHY?! Anyway.  So they're like 'Oh, we don't need more kids, so let's sell one of our best inventions to a pastries restaurant. I guess that's nice, to be honest. I just see Pom performing in a cozy little pastries place that's pink and smells real nice. The thing about the fur really makes sense, so keep that in. But. They decide to sell an animatronic that they have problems with to a pizzeria, who's owner lost two kids in animatronic accidents, murdered five kids, and pretty much left the pizzeria haunted. Fazbear's doesn't have any problems. Totally. But, you do you. FYI, the owner of the pizzeria thing is just theory. REMEMBER.

Overall, this was fun to review, seeing as the character is well made. I would consider fixing up the backstory a little, and then you would have a great OC!
