Maggie heard the faint voice from the old parts and services room. She crept into the dark space and felt the memory of her parents last fight before she went for school.
(Flashback)
"You made her cry Foxy our little girl how could you?!"
"How could I, how could you! You were going to keep lying to her about her birthday!"
'In Maggie's room'
"Waaaah!"
"Baby cakes, you ok?"
"No you guys are fighting and can't stand it please stop!"
"How about we make a deal?"
"What kind of deal?"
"If we don't stop fighting by the time you turn 15 years old you can choose which one of us to live with."
"I can't believe I'm saying this but deal."
(End of flashback)
That was 5 years ago and now Maggie's turning 15 years old in three days. Talk about unfair challenge. After years of hearing their fights she learned that singing out her pain helped her not get mad.
(Song time peeps)
Maggie: I've always been hidden in the silence, a silent witness to the violence.
'Foxy got a huge gash on his side from one their fights and Maggie was stuck in her high chair crying and watching'
Maggie and B.B.: I wonder where the love has gone I'm not the only one.
Maggie: You win some, you lose some.
Maggie and B.B.: Then it all comes undone. Now I'm stuck with the shards of this house of cards.
'Maggie twirled in the dark space and stopped by a crate.'
Maggie: Beware how you stack the cards for you don't which way they will fall. Or you'll be stuck with the shards of it all.
B.B.: Sometimes I lie awake at night.
Maggie: Dreaming of what I could've done right. If the sky is turning black I know there ain't no turning back.
B.B.: I don't want to be stuck with the shards of this house of cards.
Maggie: What do you expect from me?

All the sudden she was shoved into a crate.
'I don't want her to be hurt.'
