I was hiding out in a warehouse while I refueled my jetpack and flamethrower. Word is that the three gang bosses are sending a force of a few hundred men after me. What I get working for an old school gangster. I could hear someone in the vents so I covered my face then activated my jetpack. I put my flamethrower into the vents before firing. The vents got heated up as three people dropped down from the other room's vents. I put in a thermal device so they cant get back in as I look into the closed room. 

In my DIY jailcell was not one, not two, but three batgirls! Well, just Batgirl, Spoiler, and Orphan aka Blackbat. They looked at me through the metal bars with chicken wire weilded to it as I slow walked twords them. "Firefly. We didnt come to fight." Batgirl said as Orphan looked for a way out while Spoiler leaned against a wall. "So sneaking through the vents is a sign of peace?" I ask her. Orphan responded with a voice that caught my attention. "Men outs-side." My eyes widened. "Oh shit." Was the only thing that came out of my mouth.

The warehouse shook as I spotted the entrance being blown open on my survalance system. I converted the warehouse into a maze of sorts so it'll be awhile until they reached my current room. I turned on my defensives which were just flamethrowers placed here and there. Some were constantly active while others were motion activated. I watched some burn while their friends tried to put them out. "That'll teach you to come into my home!" I said into a microphone. "You will burn before you even come close to me! Just retreat and walk away! He cant kill everyone by himself!"

"Warning! Warehouse power at 95%!" An automated voice said as a few lights shut off. "Firefly! Let us out! We can help you!" Batgirl tried to reason with me as Spoiler and Orphan played cards. "And then what? You three knock me out then take me to the GCPD?" I ask as the men pull back before bringing in water guns, they then make it through some hallways before they come face to face with Killer Croc who I promised a meal. He was defeated by the thugs throwing him some steak. "Well shit." I said as I took out a remote.

 I pressed it which revealed a secret door that led to the maze. "Fight them off so I can get rid of the ones who went through the skylight." I said as I opened the door to the top level. I flew up it as I then came face to face with the thugs who carried swords. They did ninja moves twords me so I just fired. They were all covered in flames as their skin burned off. They were then doused in water as Batman landed infront of me. "You're coming with me, Firefly." He said darkly.

 "Not today!" I yelled as I tried to fly away, but he grappled my leg so I took him with me. We crashed through the skylight as I noticed that the sun was coming up. I realized I had to make this quick. I tried swinging him into buildings but he used some type of thruster. I needed to make this quick. I tried to burn the cord but it withstood the heat as Batman hopped on my jetpack. He cut some cords before I lost power. We fell at high rates as he made a mistake. I kicked him off before freediving.

I managed to land not for from my home so I quickly took my stuff off then booked it inside. I hid my outfit under the couch then put my jetpack and flamethrower under my bed as someone knocked on the door. I opened it to see a old man in a suit with a limo behind him. "Mr. L/n I presume? I'm here to bring you to your temporay home for the time your mother's away." He said as the sun rose behind him.

All that work and I didnt get paid.
