Welcome to the city of Hemlock (Not good with names).

The city is not that large. It's got a mall, police station and fire station with a hospital. The police and fire station are right next to each other while the mall is on he other side of town. Houses line the other half of town, the residential district. A park separates the police station and the mall. With the the town on the side of an ocean there are docks and a warehouse. The other half is the industrial and commercial district. Farms line the outer edges of the city. In the residential district there are sky scrapers nearest to the industrial district.
