Chapter Seventeen (mansae amirite): Muffins

"I don't know if I want to cry or die right now but I'm going to say both."

"Maybe if you didn't get drunk off your ass, this wouldn't be happening."

The look he threw at his boyfriend was the most deadly glare he could muster up as he clutched his head.

"You're supposed to make me feel better." Yoongi pouted, Hoseok sighing in response.

"Call Yuri-Noona and tell her you can't come in. I'll be back in a few with aspirin and a water." He smiled, ruffling the pink locks atop Yoongi's head.

"Can you make breakfast while you're at it?" Yoongi asked, closing his eyes as the younger continued to run his hands through Yoongi's hair. Hoseok laughed.

"I can't cook. You make the food in this relationship." Yoongi opened his eyes and jutted out his bottom lip. Hoseok narrowed his eyes. "Don't use your aegyo on me."

"What're you talking about?" Yoongi asked, purposefully using a cutesy voice, "I don't do aegyo."

Hoseok snorted.

"If you don't do aegyo, then I'm not a dancer." Hoseok laughed. Yoongi shrugged, rubbing his eyes. "But I guess I could try and make eggs if you really wanted me to."

Hoseok might not admit this, but he has a huge soft spot for the older male. If Yoongi asked him to do something, he might protest a little bit in the beginning, but he'll end up doing it nonetheless. It's a known fact.

Yoongi smiled and wrapped his arms around Hoseok's waist, nuzzling his head against his side. Yoongi was currently still sitting on the bed because he knew that if he stood up he'd probably pass out, and Hoseok was standing, causing this not to be the most proper of hugs.

"Thank you." He grinned, then cringing at the headache that radiated throughout his skull. Hoseok smoothed down Yoongi's bed head and adjusted the dress shirt he was wearing from yesterday that was sliding off of his boyfriend's shoulder.

"I'll be back okay?" Hoseok smiled softly once Yoongi had let go of him. He pointed to his phone that rested on Yoongi's bedside table. "Make sure to call her alright?" Yoongi nodded in response, and Hoseok made his way out of the older's room and into the kitchen.

Yoongi groaned and reached over to the table, smacking his hand onto the table a few times until it came in contact with Hoseok's phone. He picked it up and turned it one, his face lighting up along with the phone screen as he noticed his boyfriend's background. It was the picture that Jungkook snapped when they first got together. Swiping left, he went onto seeing Hoseok's home screen, as the younger didn't have a password.

He tapped on the phone icon and typed in his work's phone number, then bringing the phone up to his ear once it started ringing.

"Tomorrow flower shop, Taehyung speaking!" Taehyung's overly cheerful voice rang over the phone, making Yoongi cringe as his headache hadn't exactly left yet.

"Hey Tae. Is Yuri there?" Yoongi asked softly, rubbing his temples.

"Oh hi Yoongi-Hyung! And yeah she's right here." There was a bit of movement before Yuri's voice was heard through the receiver.

"Yoongi-ah? What's up?" She asked.

"I don't think I'll be able to come into work today, I feel horrible." He sighed in response to his boss' question.

"Oh that's alright, you have a hangover right?" Yuri asked bluntly, a bit a laughter heard afterwards.

Yoongi frowned.

"What makes you so sure?" He asked, raising an eyebrow, although she couldn't see it.

"Taehyung has told me you're a total lightweight, and I'll bet that you got drunk last night. It's fine though, Taehyung and I can handle things around here." She laughed, Yoongi narrowing his eyes.

What, did Taehyung just casually bring up that Yoongi couldn't exactly hold his liquor in everyday conversation?

"Thanks Yuri-Noona." He sighed, a smirk on his face after the words left his mouth.

"I thought I told you not to call me Noona Yoongi!" She whined, Yoongi hearing Taehyung start laughing in the background.

"Right. Sorry Noona." He laughed.

Yuri sighed and Yoongi could picture her shaking her head.

"Aish, what am I going to do with you? Anyway, go get some rest because I expect you here tomorrow alright?"

"Got it. Bye Yuri."

"Bye Yoongi!" Yoongi also heard Taehyung shout a goodbye to him before he hung up and turned Hoseok's phone off again, well not before he decided to take a ridiculous selfie and set it as his boyfriend's home screen background.

Then he put it back from where he got it.

Hoseok returned, a glass of water in one hand, an aspirin tablet in the other.

"Hey," he smiled, "Was she alright with it?"

Yoongi nodded and grateful took the items from his boyfriend's hands.

"Since Taehyung has decided he wants to tell everyone that I'm a tad bit of a lightweight, she already knew I had a hangover by the time I called." He answered and took the tablet, downing the rest of the glass of water along with it.

Hoseok snorted.

"Alright, well come meet me in the kitchen. I managed to cook you something without burning the apartment down." He grinned before walking back off into the kitchen, Yoongi getting up to follow soon after. His legs were wobbly, but the adjusted once he took a few steps.

He yawned, walking into the kitchen, still feeling a tad bit dizzy, but deciding to deal with it. It's not like he hadn't had a hangover before, Namjoon had been the one to discovering Yoongi's very low alcohol tolerance. The morning after that night, Yoongi felt like he crawled out of a grave. Nothing could compare to that one.

He pleasantly surprised when Hoseok walked past him, a plate in hand with food on it that wasn't burnt. Maybe Hoseok's cooking skills weren't as horrible as he made them out to be.

Hoseok looked over at his boyfriend and smiled, also attempting not to audibly "aw" at him. Somewhere along the line last night, Yoongi had got his pants off and was now standing in the kitchen in just his boxers and the dress shirt he wore that was a tad bit too big for him. The sleeves went well past his finger tips. Not to mention his hair that was sticking up at various angles, and the still sleepy look on his face.

Needless to say, he looked adorable.

Sitting down at the table Yoongi looked down at the food in front of him and grinned.

"Aw, what a great boyfriend you are." Yoongi beamed, picking up one of the strawberries on the plate and taking a bite out of it.

"Don't you mean husband?" Hoseok smirked, making Yoongi freeze.

"Wait what?"

His boyfriend laughed, sitting down as well.

"You should've heard yourself last night, you were convinced that we were married." He giggled.

Yoongi felt his face heat up and he rested his head in his hands, trying to cover up the redness of his face. "Aw don't be embarrassed!" Hoseok cooed, "It was actually quite cute."

Yoongi huffed and uncovered his face.

"Yeah, because I'm cute." He grumbled, taking a sip of his orange juice, Hoseok nodding in response.

"You got that right." He grinned. "I actually have to get to class in a half hour, so I'll see you afterwards alright?"

Yoongi nodded, but then frowning once he noticed the absence of a plate in front of Hoseok.

"What are you having for breakfast?"

Hoseok grinned.

"I stole that muffin you had on your counter. Hope you don't mind." He smiled, trying to contain his laughter once he saw his boyfriend's eyes widen.

"That was my muffin!" Yoongi exclaimed, Hoseok shrugging in response.

"Can't you just buy another one?"

"That's not the point!"

Hoseok stood up and cupped Yoongi's face, pecking him on the forehead quickly before starting to dash towards the door. "You're buying me a muffin Jung Hoseok!"

Yoongi could hear laughter resonating from the hallway Hoseok just dashed into and rolled his eyes.

He was a keeper alright.
