I get back from my trip.

My dads funeral is this weekend.

I have two days to prepare myself for this as it's Thursday night.

From Oliver: they were wrong dads alive and in hospital in Washington.

To Oliver: this better not be a prank Oliver or I swear to god I'm gonna unplug your damn fish tank.

From Oliver: why would I joke about something like this.

To Oliver: when's he coming home.

From Oliver: as far as I know of he isn't. And we might be moving to Washington to be with him.

To Oliver: so who were we gonna be buring Saturday then huh?

Who's dad or husband were we made to believe was our father.

I throw my phone down onto the concrete beneath me.

"Woah" Tanner says surprised by my actions.

"Tanner wanna get a house together?" I ask.

"Woah wait what" he asks.

"My family might be moving to Washington, apparently my dad was wrongfully identified and is in a hospital there and I want a future where I know people aren't gonna leave me anymore" I say really fast.

"We are leaving to Washington for a month you have the house to yourself" my mom says handing me the keys.

today's events couldn't be anymore confusing to me.

"Welp life is shit. I'm gonna go home and feed Apollo and probably just mess around and record for a bit" I exclaim.

"Wanna do a bathtub PO Box opening with Dylan and I tomorrow" he asks.

"What am I gonna be sitting in?" I question.

"Any ideas?" He asks.

"I'm gonna go get beef jerky let me know in ten minutes what else I need to grab" I say walking down his driveway.

I walk outta the store with my beef jerky and a cart full of ramen noodles.

These boys are dumb

I pack the ramen into the backseat of my Range Rover and get into the drivers seat.

Funny thing is I bought shrimp flavored ramen to hopefully annoy Tanner and Dylan and also have some at my house cause I love shrimp flavored ramen. (I've actually never had it tho tbh)

"Here's the ramen" I say tossing some of it on Tanners bed.

"Your crazy ass got shrimp flavored!" Dylan exclaims.

"It's good so fuck off it was so embarrassing at the store" I laugh. "I also got myself beef jerky and looked a complete fool at checkout."

"That's actually so funny" Tanner laughs.

"Also I'm gonna watch the PO Box opening. No way in hell am I sitting in that, I will laugh however and watch" I remark as I head out to my house.

I hear a loud car pull into my driveway and I go out thinking it was Tanner.

"Tanner what the fuck" I exclaim seeing someone I thought I'd never see again.

"Hey" my best friend Jackson says getting out of his corvette with his sister Emily.

"What are you guys doing here? We haven't talked in months" I question.

"Your brother said you could use the company" Emily says.

I'm gonna kill him.

"Well I was about to head over to my boyfriends house so you can go on in I'll be back later to check in on something. I have a puppy btw he's 4 months old just don't break anything. I'll show you each one of the guest rooms you can stay in" I reply heading over to Tanners house.

"God I hate people" I exclaim walking into the bathroom were they are doing the PO Box opening.

"You hate us" Dylan says dramatically pretending to be offended.

"No I have a few friends over who came unannounced" I retort turning off the camera as they were done with the video.

"What are there names" Dylan asks.

"Jackson and Emily" I reply a little saddened. I miss my girl turtle "Jackson was Turtles Ex boyfriend"

"Who's turtle?" Dylan questions.

"It was Annabelle's nickname before she passed. I got the turtle tattoo in her memory cause I miss her a lot" I explain while helping clean up.

"Wanna hangout at my place for a bit then go get some food?" I ask tanner.

"Sure, where at?" Tanner asks.

"IHOP duh" I laugh.

Tanner and I walk into the house and I see Emily with music dancing in the hardwood floored main.

"Remember our routine?" She asks.

"Of course" I laugh.

"Ready" she asks.

"What do you mean" I question.

She picks up her phone and plays Rainbow by Sia the song we did our routine too.

"God I hate you. Tanner and I came here to hangout before we went and ate with some friends" I remark rolling my eyes as we start to dance.

Tanner pulls out his phone and records a bit posting it to Snapchat.

When we finish I run down to my room with Tanner.

"Welp that was Emily and Jacksons somewhere around here" I laugh. "You ok"

"Just tired" Tanner replies.

"We don't have to go to dinner, I can cook something here if you want" I offer.

"That'd be nice" Tanner responds.

"Invite Q and Dylan over I'll start making bbq chicken and salad" I reply as I head upstairs.

I realize in reading this back that my character might seem like an utter asshole who is unemotional about what has happened to her father. That is not what I intended nor was or am trying to make it seem. I just kinda wanted somewhere for the rest of her family to be plus I didn't know how nor want to write a funeral scene. Plus I didn't really want to add another loss to the characters list of hardships ya know.

Anyways . . .
