I walk into the library to see boxes upon boxes scattered around.

It was definitely more boxes than I thought we had which could only mean one thing.

The family got more random books, again.

"They were never in any particular order were they Tori" Abbi asks.

"Nope. But we did take catalog so if we really wanted a certain book or were on a time crunch to find the book it wasn't impossible to find. So we will need to do that eventually. That's always the fun part" I sigh.

"This place is huge" Emily laughs.

"I know" I remark in awe of how big it is.

"If you wanna start shelving the books tomorrow I can ask my mom if she can help catalog them." Tanner says.

"That would be nice" I reply.

"I think I'm gonna hit the hay, also gonna charge the batteries so we can film tomorrow" Abbi says giving me a hug before heading out. 

"Me too I'm kinda pooped and outta energy good night" Mike says with a small smile.

"I think I'm just gonna go watch Netflix, if you need anything let me know" Finn says as he and Emily head out.

"What's on your mind?" Tanner asks.

"Where I'm even gonna start" I laugh.

"How'd you catalog them in Cali and Alaska, how'd you know which shelf you were talking about?" He asks

"If you look on the first level on this side on the right we would label rows with numbers and the levels with letters." I explain.

"If you wanna get started I suggest we start by labeling the shelves with that system then" Kim says walking in.

"I may or may not have told her what we were doing and she was totally interested in helping at 9pm" Tanner laughs.

"I love you Kim thanks for helping. It was something my dad and I would do together all the time. Hell we'd pull random books of the shelf's just to have each other put away. Weird father daughter bonding you could say" I say laughing before hugging her.

"I love you too, Taylor said she'd be over tomorrow morning" Kim replies. "What do you want to use to label them.

"We always used thick masking tape, cheap, affective and easy to remove if necessary" I reply going into an open box I knew had materials for this. "I have two rolls"

"How about we do it in a system. Tanner and I go around putting tape down and then you go around and number and letter the shelves the way you want them." Kim suggests.

"Ok give me a sec to figure out how I want to do it while you guys start putting the tape down" I say.

"Ok how and where do you want it put exactly " Tanner asks.

"Here I'll show you" I say taking a piece of tape from one of the rolls and walking over to a shelf.

"I just put the middle on the edge of the shelf and fold the rest  sides over so there's just a place to write on the edge of the shelf" I explain while doing exactly that to the tape.

"That's easier than I thought it was gonna be" Tanner laughs

"I'm gonna start drawing the diagram for labeling now" I say grabbing a note book and pen.

After I finish the first level I call it a night.

"Guys let's hit the hay. We have all the time in the world to do this, plus it's 10:30 pm" I say yawning multiple times.

"Good night" Kim says heading home for the night.

"Who knew we'd be making a video about organizing books" I laugh as we head down to my room.

"Who knew" Tanner laughs as I change into a pair of shorts and one of his multiple shirts that seem to live in my house along with a few of his hoodies.

"What's that look for Braungardt" I ask suspicion due to the ever growing grin on his face.

"Just happy to see you happy" Tanner replies.

"The library was always one of my happiest of happy places. I felt like anything was possible while in that place. All I needed was to have an imagination and a good book. Hell that was always where I had slumber parties with Abbi as a kid growing up. We'd stay up all night reading a random book of the shelf. We'd literally go to a random row close our eyes and reach out grab a book and pull it from the shelf "

"I can tell that library is important to you" Tanner states with a small chuckle.

"You are important to me too buddy" I laugh before giving him a kiss and turning the light off and beginning to try and fall asleep.

"Goodnight Tori" He whispers.

"Goodnight Braungardt" I whisper back.

I wake up the next morning at 4 am.

Great only five and a half hours of sleep. Just awesome.

I get up and carefully get out of the bed as not to wake Tanner up.

I find a pair of his TannClann joggers, and his tie dye clickbait hoodie and throw them on over what I'm currently wearing.

I'm dressing on the assumption that the library's going to be cold.

With that in mind I also steal Tanners pink furry crocs, even though I have a pair of my own crocs, with and without fur.

Things are just so much better when they aren't your own.

What can I say.

Now that I'm dressed warm enough I grab Apollo and Athena, his sister and head out to the library.

I set their pin up placing blankets on the cold floor before placing them in to hangout while I work.

Where to start . . .

Oh yeah I remember that last night I had drawn a diagram for the first floor and am now making my way to the second floor.

About an hour later is when I finish the diagram for the book.

Never really doing all this makes me appreciate dads hard work more.

I thought it was all just fun and games, and sleepovers in the library.

It's really hard work, love, time, history, patience, and more.

To Oliver: did you ever find the library?

From Oliver: Yeah did you?

To Oliver: Did yesterday, if you found it why didn't you tell me and start setting it up?!

From Oliver: you weren't in a good place and I never knew how you guys organized it. Hell I rarely ever went in there and you know that Tori.

To Oliver: you should have told me!

From Oliver: I'm sorry ok!

To Oliver: How's dad?

From Oliver: He asks about you a lot. Talks about the Library and how he should get back and work on it with you. He misses you. You should come visit.

To Oliver: I'll see what I can do. Just don't say anything I don't wanna get his hopes up if I can't. K.

From Oliver: of course.

To Oliver: how's Little Lace?

From Oliver: not so little anymore.

To Oliver: I'll see what I can do

From Oliver: gtg talk to you soon

An hour or so later I finish labeling the tape and start my vlog.

"Hey guys it Tori welcome back to my YouTube channel, as you guys know in my last video I said I was gonna try and post more. I'm sorry." I say to the camera a tear forming in my eye.

"My dad as I've said before is active duty military and about two and a half months ago he got deployed to Afghanistan. I was pretty messed up after that." I sigh shifting in the seat I had taken on one of the chairs in the library.

"Last time when he went over seas, when he went he almost didn't come home. And three or so weeks ago was when we got a call saying he was dead. Then I go to Cali for two weeks, and when I get back I get a text from my brother saying there was a mistake, that he's alive and in a hospital in Washington. I at first thought he was joking so I threatened to unplug his fish tank" I chuckle.

I threatened to unplug his fish tank, how ridiculous.

"My family has now moved to Washington to be with him. I have decided to stay here in Kansas with my friends, as well as my badass boyfriend Tanner Braungardt. God that boy has been there for me through hell in back. I don't know where I'd be or what I'd be doing without him" I laugh a little.

"You might be wondering where I am? Welcome to the library. My father and I, This was our place. Ever since I can remember we'd hangout in here race each other to find books, Hell as a kid I'd have sleepovers with friends in here. He and I didn't have a chance to set it up together. So to remember the good times we had together I'm gonna finish what he started. I'm gonna set the library up for him. I'm gonna make him proud" I say as I set the camera up to time lapse a clip.

This is kinda a filler and information giving chapter, the next few I think will be too but action and thrill packed ones are soon to come.
