Laxus joins the battle for Hargeon by engaging Wahl in combat.

"Oho~" Wahl smiled.

"Alchemically fuse copper and Zinic and drill them into 9mm bullets!" Wahl said. "Fire!!"

The effects of their epic confrontation are seen across the battlefield, distracting even Lyon.

"Lightning?!" Lyon said in surprise. "This kind of weather is normal of magnolia... Sunny with a chance of Laxus." Gray calmly explains that showdowns involving Laxus are always flashy and they return their attention to their own fights.

"Transitioning into freezing rain later in the day!" Gray yelled as he froze the bad guys. (Lmao idek)

"Hey, you're pretty good arent'cha?" Wahl said. "Let's see here..."

As Laxus and Wahl brawl, the Machias tries to analyze Laxus, only to realize that the Dragon Slayer's internal organs show signs of massive deterioration.

"YOU.. WHAT THE HELL... YOUR ORGANS ARE..." Wahl yelled.

Impressed by his opponent's toughness, the Shield of Spriggan nonetheless mocks Laxus' determination and flaunts his own immunity against lightning.

Simultaneously, Erza helps Mermaid Heel mow down the Alvarez Empire's soldiers. Kagura informs her of the presence of a third Shield of Spriggan near the harbor and the two decide to leave the minor enemies to their allies while they push on to challenge the unknown opponent.

Elsewhere on the battlefield, the Sky Sisters reunite and Sherria is presented with Wendy's spare clothes to hide her nudity.

As the trio faces the Valkyrie, the woman suggests that the children remove themselves from the danger zone. But her advice is scorned as Wendy adamantly states that they will wrest back control of Hargeon, causing the female warrior to accept their challenge with a promise to show no mercy.

Laxus and Wahl's clash continues on an even footing; however, as soon as the latter finishes analyzing Laxus, he realizes that, despite his body's unbelievably bad state, Laxus could defeat him if he continued to remain in his frivolous personality.

He immediately overwrites his current personality setting with a battle-oriented one and transforms into his Assault Mode.

Facing Wahl's enhanced form, Laxus body suddenly begins to fail him, causing him to curse his situation as Wahl prepares to finish him.

Wahl immediately takes advantage of Laxus' health attack and unleashes a barrage of assaults, including gunfire, missiles, an Anti-Matter Laser and even a railgun.

However, as the railgun fires an electrical blast, Laxus eats the lightning and regains much of his lost stamina, which allows Laxus to launch a counterattack that Wahl did not foresee.

The Machias then proclaims yet again that he is immune to anything Laxus could possibly use, and fires a series of bullets at the Dragon Slayer that he easily dodges.

Wahl is yet again hit, and as ninety seconds have passed and Laxus is not dead, Wahl encounters an error in his system, but as soon as Laxus starts to approach him, he falls to the ground, the Magical Barrier Particles in his system taking effect yet again.

Noting that Laxus' body has reached its limit and he can no longer move, Wahl declares his victory and prepares to fire an Etherion blast from his palm, but before the blast can be unleashed, Laxus manages to set up a Jutsu Shiki barrier that forces Wahl to momentarily desist.

Momentarily taken aback, Wahl reminds Laxus that Jutsu Shiki are ineffective as well, and nullifies the magical particles within the barrier; in doing so, Wahl also unknowingly eliminates the particles ravaging Laxus' organs. Realizing that he's been had by Laxus, Wahl's personality settings encounter an error, shifting him back and forth between his heartless and impulsive personalities.

Laxus then charges at Wahl, prepared to take him down in spite of Wahl's constant claims of his lightning being ineffective. When his fist connects, Laxus produces a special kind of dark-red lightning that Wahl cannot analyze.

Laxus then thinks back to when Fairy Tail visited Ryuzetsu Land. While there, Laxus recalls his conversation with Mavis about his great-grandfather, Yuri, and how they look similar and act similar. Laxus pointed out that Yuri and he are vastly different in terms of how they personify themselves, however, he also expressed continuing regret over his actions at the Battle of Fairy Tail. Mavis then told him that it never stopped him from protecting his friends, which she noted made him and Yuri exactly alike.

His recollection ending, Laxus breaks through Wahl's lightning-immune chassis with his Mercury Fulminate: Red Lightning, a spell that he crafted as an homage to his great-grandfather.

Relative calm is present in the Fairy Tail Guild building as an unconscious and bedridden Natsu is watched over by Happy, who is determined not to allow his best friend to die alongside Zeref. (Y/N) was reported missing and now guild members are searching for that (Hair Color) head.

Concurrently, in the main hall, Warren reports on the current battle situation.

While the enemy forces to the west seem to have halted their march and the ones to the north have been stalled by Fiore's forces, the Shields of Spriggan to the east have broken through their defenses despite suffering the loss of one of their members.

Suddenly, they notice that one of the Spriggan 12 stationed to the south has been vanquished and begin to rejoice, but Makarov soon brings them back to reality by pointing to the dire situations on the eastern and western fronts. Mavis seems removed from the entire commotion as she wonders how she can defeat Zeref.

Meanwhile, the battle for Hargeon proceeds furiously. The trio of Gray, Lyon and Juvia is soon joined by Meredy, who announces the arrival of Crime Sorcière.

Similarly, as they head to the harbor to battle Neinhart, Kagura and Erza are joined by Jellal, who declares that he will not just act from the shadows anymore and helps them take down the Four Heraldry Knights of the Neinhart Squad; however, his presence stirs unpleasant emotions inside the Mermaid Heel ace.

Simultaneously, the Sky Sisters face off against one of the dreaded Shields of Spriggan, Dimaria Yesta. The female knight boasts that she can cut them down in what would be an instant from their perspective and clicks her teeth, causing all movement in her environs to cease.

She claims that she is currently alone in the world and then nonchalantly approaches her opponents and states the name of her Magic: Age Seal. A formidable Magic that allows her to stop time, rendering all caught defenseless. The sadistic female wonders how to proceed with the conquest of her little enemies, discarding simply killing them as too boring.

She finally decides to kill just one of them to plunge the other two into despair, picking Wendy for the role as she had the temerity to kick the Valkyrie in the face. However, just as she is about to behead the Dragon Slayer, the three girls regain their mobility and Wendy and Sherria successfully land a combined attack on Dimaria, who although confused by the sudden failure of her Magic, manages to defend herself.

As the two girls exclaim that they have received a telepathic message, a figure appears in front of the combatants, chiding Dimaria for considering this valley in the space-time continuum to be her own property. Stark surprise is evident on the faces of the quartet as Ultear, seemingly unaffected by the ravage of Last Ages, joins the battle and vows to punish the Valkyrie in the name of Crime Sorcière.

Ultear's manifestation in the space-time continuum created by Dimaria's Age Seal explains that she is able to exist in such a form in these distortions in time only, but cannot fight alongside her comrades as she is nothing more than a concept; however she can reactivate their flow of time so that they might move in the otherwise still world.

This negation of her power enrages Dimaria, who denounces those who interfere with her perfect world as blemishes that must be wiped out, even as the Sky Sisters express their gratefulness towards Ultear and resume their assault on the Valkyrie.

However, the Shield of Spriggan finally unleashes her trump card and summons the very being of the God Chronos into her body. As the deity descends onto the battlefield in all his destructive glory, the Sky Sisters are blown back by the mere pressure of his presence while Ultear questions Dimaria's acquisition of the power of a God.

Chronos proclaims that he was revered by the people of the ancient city of Mildian and has chosen one of their descendants, Dimaria, as his vessel, also stating that he and his host are as one in their current form. The entity then attempts to take down Wendy, but the shot is taken by Carla instead, the Exceed collapsing immediately afterwards.

Ultear immediately withdraws her power which allowed Carla to remain active, thus allowing Dimaria's Age Seal to freeze her time. She then informs Wendy and Sherria that their teammate is still alive, but Ultear herself cannot hold out much longer.

Hence, the two healers will have to defeat their opponent as quickly as possible and then, when the proper flow of time is reinstated, apply all of their remaining power to heal Carla. Despite their course of action being clear, Ultear despairs at the thought of two girls battling a divine being, but their determination to save their friend prompts her to request that they sacrifice their ability to use Magic after the battle in exchange for unlocking their Third Origin, which will temporarily grant them the power that they could have possessed in their future.

When Ultear informs Wendy and Sherria about the advantages of Third Origin as well as the sacrifice they will have to make in order to unlock it, the two waste no time hesitating and immediately agree; however, Ultear's query as to which one among them will hang back to heal Carla sparks an argument between the two, neither willing to allow the other to make the sacrifice.

Wendy stubbornly orders Ultear to release her Third Origin and enters Dragon Force to stall their charging opponent. But her attacks prove absolutely futile as Dimaria easily pushes the Dragon Slayer back, then moves to kill her.

Dimaria's attempt on Wendy's life is foiled by none other than Sherria, who reveals that her Third Origin could be released without any interruption thanks to Wendy's efforts.

Her Sky God Slayer Magic allows her to counter the God and, with Wendy's support Spells, she manages to defeat the Valkyrie with the greatest of ease, vowing that she would not let go of the things that her association with Magic had gifted her even is she were to lose her Magic.

With Dimaria's fall, Age Seal ceases to function and Wendy heads off to heal Carla, Wendy's visible sorrow confusing the Exceed. As Wendy tries to explain Sherria's situation and Ultear's disappearance, the former God Slayer encourages her best friend by saying that her loss of Magic will not diminish the love she has experienced and will experience in her life, Wendy agreeing even as she sobs.

"Magic doesn't hold a Candle To Love!"

"Y-Yeah..."

Meanwhile, back in her home, an aged Ultear expresses her admiration for the brave trio.

"Ah..." (Y/N) sigh as she could finally breathe. She sat up from the bed and got off.. "I'm back~" She managed to make it out without anyone noticing by sneaking out the window that was nearby.

With the smell of fire, (Y/N) looked up to see smoke. "What the hell?!" To her curiosity, she headed where the smoke was at.

"Eh?" (Y/N) saw guild members from different guilds fighting against Zeref's army. "Wow. Zeref could do better than this..." (Y/N) said.

Suddenly, one of Zeref's men tried to attack her. (Y/N) got angered by this.

"What.." (Y/N) said as she was punching him.

"The..."

"Hell..."

"Are"

"You..."

"Doing!"

(Y/N) signed as she finished off the guy. "I don't got time for this..." (Y/N) then remembers the fire. She looked around if it was still up. The fire now was massive. "Oh shit..."

How am I going to do this. I don't want to have my demon powers out...

(Y/N) looked around to see if there were any weapons she could use. She spotted a pocket knife. "...Better than nothing..." (Y/N) said.

As (Y/N) was getting closer to the fire area, she caught a familiar scent, making her eyes widen.

"SHIT!!! FUCK!!! NOOO!!!!" (Y/N) yelled, as she began to run fast.

Sting thought he was imagining things. I didn't see (Y/N). I didn't see (Y/N)! I just miss her that's all!

"Something wrong Sting?" Yukino asked, smiling, as she was by his side fighting. "N-No. I thought I saw (Y/N). That's all..." Sting replied. Yukino's face expression changed as he mentioned (Y/N). "I'm sure she's fine."

Rogue was silent as he was eavesdropping on their conversation. Rogue caught her scent. It was no doubt that it was (Y/N).

In secret, Rogue turned into a shadow and followed (Y/N).

"Eh? Where'd Rogue go?!" Sting noticed his friend gone. Yukino then smiled. "I don't know~"

With sharing powers of (Y/N), (Y/N) started to eat the flames as quickly as she possible. After she finished, she wanted to say how tasty the flames were, but now, wasn't the right time. The gruesome image in front of (Y/N) was enough.

Burned.

Everything was burned.

From bodies to tents to animals.

"Oh! What the fuck!?" (Y/N) stepped on a burned body part that looked like an leg and a arm. She then looked around to see pools of blood, and (WARNING) chunks of organs. "Oh god..."

"T-This..." (Y/N) made disgusted face.

Was All of this was Zeref's army doing.

(Y/N) fell to her knees. I can't be weak right now. I can't let (Y/N) know about this. She'll be heartbroken...

Sighing, (Y/N) got up and looked for survivors around the village. They were nice people too... In this world, you can't find anyone nice...

Their huts and tents were all burned down. Something shiny caught (Y/N)'s eye. She turn towards the item and picked it up. It was a silver neckless with a shooting star.

'Anju' (Y/N) read as the name was on that star.

She looked up with a sad expression. "I'm sure (Y/N) will like this." She placed the neckless in her pocket and continued to look around the village for survivors.

Once again, she caught Kiriko's scent and followed it. She then stopped herself as she caught Zeref's scent. "Shit!" (Y/N) silently cursed as she turned into a shadow. Getting out of a shadow form, She then hid behind a tree.

"Isn't this (Y/N) and Sting's child?" One of Zeref's men asked. "Adoptive child."

(Y/N) then peaked over the tree to see Kiriko in a bad shape. She had burn marks all over her body, she was badly bruised, and it seemed that blood was all over her body. "She's in critical condition, (Y/N)." Zeref said, looking at (Y/N).

"You found me..." (Y/N) sighed and walked over toward Zeref. "Care to explain to me why you did this, Zeref?" (Y/N) crossed her arms, glaring at Zeref.

"Aren't you a demon? Don't you find this entertaining..?" Zeref asked. "I may be a demon and I may find this entertaining, but who knew demons could be good..." (Y/N) replied, walking closer to Zeref.

"You kill people." Zeref said. "And?"

"Just tell me the fucking truth. I don't time for this crap!" (Y/N) yelled at Zeref, who's eyes turned red. "It's the battle between the Fairies and the Demons, (Y/N). This village is in the way and so we destroyed it." Zeref explained to (Y/N).

(Y/N) got angered by this. She took all her anger out on Zeref by punching him, sending him flying.

Picking up Kiriko, (Y/N) turned to Zeref. "I promise you Zeref, the Fairies are going to win."

"And why would you say that?" Zeref said, getting up from the ground. "Let's just say that they have a better advantage with me around..."

(Y/N) then disappeared at a blink of an eye.

As Jacob was about to pick himself up right after Lucy kicked him, (Y/N) popped out of nowhere also kicking him from behind. "Move out of the fucken way, you creep!" (Y/N) cursed at Jacob, running towards the resting room.

Damn! Where's Porlyusica?! How am I going to help this kid?!

(Y/N) then snapped out of her thoughts when she felt Kiriko got stiff. "Kiriko?" (Y/N) then lay her down on a nearby bed and checked to see if Kiriko had a pulse.

Nothing.

"Damn it!!" (Y/N) yelled. "I'm too fucking late!!"

(Y/N) then started to kick things such as chairs and tables. She then sighed and walked toward the window, looking outside, her arms resting on the wall. I could help her, but I don't think I could do it. (Y/N) has two souls in her. Her and I. If I give my soul to Kiriko. She'll live... Right?

(Y/N) looked over to Kiriko, frowning. That is over my power. Over my limit. I guess I have to pay the cost.

By giving her my life.

(Y/N) then sighed one last time and stood up. (Y/N)'s (Opposite Hair Color) (Opposite Hair length) hair swayed when she stood up, her Crimson red eyes looked over at Kiriko's soul-less body laying on the bed.
