Well a new chapter came out today and I nearly cried.

"What's going on in here!?" Cana barged in the room. "You seem to be in an awful hurry." Porlyusica commented. Happy turned to them then back to Natsu and (Y/N).

"Natsu... He fought with Zeref, and..." Happy couldn't go on. "There were some circumstances in the way." Hiro spoke out for Happy. "We decided to temporarily retreat. And then, without any warning, he just..." Happy said.

"Same for (Y/N)... I tried to heal her, but unfortunately something went wrong and I couldn't heal here..." Hiro said, looking at (Y/N).

Lucy then ran to Natsu, shaking him. "Natsu! What's the matter?! Get a hold of yourself!!" Lucy yelled. There was no reply from the male making Lucy tear up.

"(Y/N) wouldn't wake up either." Hiro said to Lucy who couldn't take all of this. She couldn't lose Natsu and (Y/N) both.

Cana looked up from Natsu and (Y/N). "Huh? You're... Why are you here?"

"There are more pressing matters at hand right now, Don't you think?" Aquarius said, crossing her arms.

Lucy in panic tried to listen to both Natsu and (Y/N)'s heart beat, but no hearing. "I-I cant hear any of their heat beats..." Lucy said, shaken and scared. "Natsu!!! Natsu!!" Happy cried. "This-This cant be!" Lucy said.

"Out of the way!" Porlyusica pushed Lucy, trying to see what was going on.

"(Y-Y/N)..." Shion cried as he was being comforted by Hiro who was also sadden by all of this.

'W-What am I going to...' Hiro looked at (Y/N) from his mask. (His outfit is basically like Mystogans)

"These Children..." Porlyusica signed. "They're always pushing beyond their limits... Trying to do the impossible as I recall... This is a direct result of their constant overexertion... Natsu's magic power is overheating, and an anti Ethernano tumor has developed within him." Porlyusica explained the problem with Natsu and (Y/N).

Happy cried as he thought about Natsu using his Dragon King mode.

'I don't get how (Y/N) has this. She didn't fight as much as Natsu did...' Hiro said.

"Anti?! What the hell is that!?" Cana said, confused. "A malignant mass has developed inside his body. If it is not removed promptly, both of them will be perish." Porlyusica explained to Cana.

"How can something that's inside his body like that can be removed?" Happy asked, his tears falling down his face.

"Surgery is the only option. However..." Porlyusica paused then continuing, "There are no doctor capable of this feat on the continent of Ishgar."

Everyone couldn't believe this. Brandish looked down as she thought.

'I'm going to help.' Brandish thought.

"What about Wendy's healing powers!? Or Chelia's" Cana asked. Cana was going to mention (Y/N), but then realized she along with Natsu was on the verge of dying. "This is far beyond the scope of even those two." Porlyusica replied. "Then what are we supposed to do!?" Lucy asked.

"I'm Sorry."

"Natsu.. (Y/N)... This cant be happening." Lucy cried. "Please answer me, Natsu!!"

"These Magic Seals..." Brandish looked at the seals. "Could you remove them for me?" Lucy's attention from Natsu's turned to Brandish. "My magic is capable of altering the size of all matter in this world. If we can pinpoint the exact location of that tumor, I can shrink it to the point that it will be relegated a nonfactor." Brandish explained to everyone who had shocked faces.

'I knew there was a way...' Hiro smiled as he began to tear up. Shion then looked up at Hiro, since tears were falling onto Shion, he smiled as well.

"Y-You could really do that?" Happy asked. "Please!! Save both of them!!! I'm begging you!!!" Lucy cried out to Brandish.

She agreed.

The surgery of Natsu and (Y/N) came to success. Thanks to Brandish, they are no longer on the verge of dying.

"One moment, He's flying out the door on his own.." Makarov said in anger. "And as if he hadn't given me enough to worry about, then he comes back sick?!" Makarov continues to yell in anger. "Stop acting so irritable around my patients." Porlyusica told Makarov. "You're the last person I want to hear from!" Makarov shouted at her.

"But I still don't get why (Y/N) had the tumor as well. As I checked her, it seemed that (Y/N) didn't go far through her magic limits as much as Natsu did..." Porlyusica said to Makarov.

They managed to make it through the critical parts. Who would've thought that in their most desperate hour of need, they would be saved by the enemy.

"Now as for you." Porlyusica turned to the blonde male sitting in the corner. "Explain your identity."

Hiro then got up and took off his mask. "Its just me, Hiro. I know I look way different with the mask, but its just that my mom is looking for me and I don't want to be identified by h-"

Hiro's explanation was stopped by Porlyusica slamming her book on Hiro's head. "You know how worried your mom would be, child?!" Porlyusica yelled at Hiro who was crying in pain.

"My head... Ow"

"I can't thank you enough for saving Natsu and (Y/N)." Lucy smiled. "Thank you... Thank you so much!!" Happy and Shion chanted as they cried tears of joy.

"There was no need for you to go back to your cell of your own accord like that..." Lucy said to Brandish. "We're in the middle of war, and you want to let your prisoner run free? I warned you once about your naïve thinking... One day, it might just cost you your life. " Brandsh said, then continuing, "I have no intention of becoming your friend or confidant, so I'd appreciate it if you left me alone."

Lucy frowned at this. Just then Aquarius came. "Lucy, I need a moment of your time." Aquarius said.

"I hope our paths cross again someday, Brandish." Aquarius spoke out to Brandish. Since Brandish didn't answer, Aquarius yelled out to her, "SPEAK YOU MUTT!!!"

"Okay." Was all Brandish said to Aquarius.

Lucy looked to where the spot Aquarius had vanished.

I've finally found it too... The thing I want to do.

Hiro looked to (Y/N) as she was resting from the surgery.

And I wont lose to anyone!!!

Then to Natsu...
