Chapter 5||Sorry for the long wait >~<

"I-I'm fine, girls!" I /fake/ laughed. They quickly got off of me, soon enough for me to see Alesa walk out, but before she did, she had blown something at me. And before I knew it, all I saw was black.

Aphmau's P.O.V

It seemed like it had been ages since I passed out. I woke up on the couch of Aaron's and I's house. With confusion, I opened up my eyes, fluttering them lightly as cracks of light began to flood in through the windows into my eyes. I wasn't sure what time it was but I could hear the faint sound of yelling, it seemed to come from upstairs. I stood up, stumbling once or twice as I made my way up the stairs. The closer I got to mine and Aaron's room the louder the shouting seemed to get louder. In no time I was stood outside of the bedroom and the shouts were clear as day. I pushed the door open and slipped inside, only to stay near the wall to listen to the arguments.

"Something is wrong with Aphmau!" Katelyn yelled.

"Nothing is wrong with her!" Aaron argued. It seemed to be everyone against Aaron. I felt a twang in my heart - he really does love me. It made my heart ache to see how much he cared for me. I may have argued with Sly and Jose, but seeing them really did, honestly, make me happy. I once accidently got married to Sly, even though it was an accident it did make me happy. I always had a crush on him, and a few days after that Sly and I became girlfriend and boyfriend. But, the day after we broke up The Few disappeared and I was sent back to Earth. I was only something like fourteen at that point. Fourteen and already keeping major secrets - now you can see why I am like I am. I felt some sort of smoke surround me, I couldn't see it but I could smell it and inhale it. I coughed. Then it disappeared. I gulped and everyone turned to face me.

"Aph," Laurance was the one who spoke. His voice was soft like it was in high school. I felt my face warm up a bit and my heart fluttered. "How long have you been there?" There were light traces of anger in his voice.

"O-only five minutes..." I couldn't help but stutter.

"Aphmau - I," Katelyn started with a pause. I was still finding it hard to take it what they had all said. "I-I'm sorry."

"For what?"My voice had little to no emotion and Katelyn didn't reply. "I see." My eyes closed and I took a small breath. "Excuse me, everyone, out of my room I need some time to think." I guess they left because they didn't want to upset me, but either way, I'm upset.

"Aph," I hadn't noticed that Aaron had stayed behind until he spoke up. "What's going on? What happened earlier?" I didn't reply, I couldn't. I just looked at him and his eyes instantly saddened. "I-I'm going to go..." With hesitation, due to me not saying anything, probably, he left our room closing the door behind of him. The moment I heard him go downstairs, the moment I broke down. I ended up soaking the pillow.

My voice cracked as I mumbled, "I can't do this anymore!" As I sat up, hugging my pillow to my chest, I heard something crinkle in my pocket. Out of curiosity, I reached in only to find out that there was a piece of paper in there. I took it out and uncrumpled it. I straightened it the best I could and read it out loud.

Hey, Jess, if you're reading this it means we're back and we need your help. We're sorry for leaving you, we don't have time to explain our reasoning, all you need to know it that we need you.

Please, if you get this meet us at the Phoenix Park outside of our middle-school within two hours of getting this if possible.

If you can't, we understand, but please, Jess, we beg of you.

~the Skyarmy and the Few

My eyes blurred over with tears as I began to think whether I should go or not. I decided on going only because I wanted to get as far away from the pizzeria as I could. I quickly began to pack a suitcase with all the necessities. I scribbled a note and put it on my pillow, grabbed my pull-along purple suitcase, my phone and my earphones. I heard arguing and shouting downstairs so I knew I would be able to slip passed them. I grabbed my keys, through my wallet, earphones and phone into my purse, discreetly made my suitcase invisible, just in case, and set off downstairs.

No one seemed to notice me as I crept out of the door, closing it behind me. "Here we go." I took a deep breath and set off to my car.
