To me, it's kinda obvious who Blur is. He's Jensi's older brother. Jensi has mentioned that his brother is a Phaser and the way Shannon described him in Nightfall when his disguise was getting ruined by the water, was 'full lips and round cheeks'. She also said Sophie didn't recognize him but he looked familiar. Now 'full lips and round cheeks' is almost exactly how Shannon describes Jensi so I'm 99.9% sure it's his brother. It can't be Jensi because 1) she would have recognized him if it was and 2 ) he hasn't manifested.

As soon as I read this part it seemed pretty obvious to me but I know some people have posted it before me so just so you're aware of that.
