Midoriya Izuku was lying face down on the couch with an empty beer box beside him and bottles of whiskey, as his phone was laying on the ground. He was looking through old photos while drinking away the night away.

A series of hard knocks bamming at his front door caused him to fall to the ground with a groan. He stays on the ground feeling the pounding sensation of a headache. He hopes it wasn't his door. He doesn't want to see nor talk to anyone right now.

Once more another series of pounding knocks on the door that didn't stop this time which irritates him. The hangover he was having and the nonstop knocking put him in a bad mood. He murmurs a series of curse words under his breath and walks towards the door. He swigs the door a bit too aggressively and almost rips it from its hinges.

His forest green eyes were glaring at whoever was behind the door with his eyebrow narrowed downward. He makes eye contact with ruby red-colored eyes, before looking over his shoulder to see Todoroki Shoto holding a cup of fresh coffee.

"Why aren't you fucking picking up the damn phone?!" Bakugou yells at him.

Midoriya simply turns around to rub the side of his forehead and kick the door shut on him. He doesn't have the patience to deal with Bakugou yelling when he feels like his head is gonna explode at any moment. He doesn't have the patience today to deal with it.

There was a sign of curses before he heard his door being open again. He glances over to the living room to spot the phone on the ground. He walks over to retrieve it from the floor and attempts to turn it on but it shows the dead battery icon with the cable.

"It's dead." He speaks softly, before turning around.

"[Name] has been found, but she is in the hospital. Midoriya." Todoroki speaks out, knowing Midoriya is already in a shitty mood due to having a hangover, from the evidence besides the couch. The beer boxes and bottles of whiskey resting on the ground.

Midoriya immediately looks at his childhood friend for confirmation. For the first time in a long time, his eyes glimmer with some life in them. Hope.

"Everyone was blowing up your phone with the news. I was at the scene. However, there is something you should be mentally prepared for." Bakugou says, taking a moment to glance around the apartment out of hesitation, seeing how much of a mess his house is. It was usual behavior during this time, but otherwise, it would be neat.

"Don't be surprised if the hospital asks you to get blood drawn. You may have a kid." He looks at Midoriya who looks horrified and turns pale as a ghost, before bolting it to the bathroom. He feels the familiar feeling upward, his throat, threatening to come out.

Todoroki takes out the energy drink from the corner store and places it beside flesh coffee. Bakugou looks between the two options for Midoriya to deal with his hangover. The only reason they are there at the same time is that they had the same thought of visiting him in person to tell him the news. Bakugou had finished his shift and Todoroki wanted to check on him and let him know of the news before he started his shift.

Meanwhile, the green-haired man flushes down the toilet as he moves to brush his teeth to get rid of the taste in his mouth while staring back at his reflection in deep thought.

His mind was running with so many unanswered questions. The thought of having a kid with you scares him. He didn't know existed until now. The thought of you being alone raising them made him feel so many emotions he couldn't possibly put them into words. He splashes his face with cold water, and snaps out of his thoughts, before turning it off.

It isn't the right time to speculate. He needs to catch up with everything and get updated on what is going on. He opens the door to find Bakugou waiting for him and Todoroki is gone from what it seems.

"Which hospital is she at?" He asks before activating his quirk to get changed quickly.

"She just got transferred to the main hospital here once she was in stable condition along with the kid. Icy-hot brought you coffee and energy drinks not knowing which one you would like." Bakugou starts to walk out of the apartment.

Midoriya picks up the coffee and sips on it once he throws pops painkiller medication into his mouth to deal with the pounding headache.

"Thank you. Kacchan."

Bakugou glances over his shoulder before opening the door to walk out. "It's whatever."

Once he was in the hospital, he was allowed to the secret apartment which held heroes and some civilians, depending on the case hidden away from the public. The elevators open to reveal pure chaos, everything covered in spider webs. Some nurses were stuck on the walls.

"Deku, there is a feral child who is too fast for us to tranquilize." A nurse shouts at him.

This immediately makes him put his guard up and slowly walk out into the open.

"Stop her! Deku!"

The pro hero turns around at the mention of his name to reveal a group of nurses pointing behind him. He turns around to see the world swirl around when a kick of full pure force struck him in the face so quickly that he didn't have time to react. He didn't even hear them coming or feel their presence.

He touches the wall for a moment to recollect himself so the world to not spin. He takes off running after the small figure that was jumping back and forth between the walls to prevent anyone from grabbing them.

He reaches out, letting out a black whip catching the child who falls off the wall once he figures out the pattern of the jumping. The child tried to shoot webs from their fingertips to not be strong enough to get her out of Midoriya's grip.

He runs up to reveal a green-haired long matted child who is trying to break out from the black whip with all his strength.

"Hey, kiddo. You c-"

The child turns around with a glare showing off their (eye color) eyes and baring their teeth like an animal showing they have tiny fangs. It is a small girl who looked exactly like him down to the four freckles on her cheeks. Immediately leap forward at Midoriya biting into his arm, causing him to release a black whip out of shock. She leaps forward to attempt to wipe his face with her long sharp claws directed at his face with a growl behind her throat. Her pupils weren't normal, but vertically slit, similar to a fox. He grabs onto her wrist, preventing her to attack him and keeping her at arm's length.

A sleeping dart hits the side of her thigh, causing her to scream out at the sudden pinch. He watches as a young girl shows genuine fear at the sudden realization of feeling her body was failing to resist. Her strength trying to break free from his grip was slipping and slowly limping forward as her eyes were starting to roll backward. She was clearly trying to fight the tranquilization to make her go to sleep.

Midoriya lets go and pick her up from the ground once she was completely sedated.

There is no thought in his mind.

She had to be his daughter.
