I made a new Nightwing OC, even though I might coordinate her as the Nightwing version of Equinox

Call her Tempest :D

Either way, she has strong mind reading and a little bit of prophetic powers

She's very small, much smaller than a normal Nightwing, and slim. She's fast and agile and good at hunting, but when she's called on to fight she's less capable

She usually gets beat up quite a bit, but still comes out alive

All in all, she's pretty cool :3

She's generally playful and nice, cheerful, and happy, but don't piss her off

She can get like.... well, the second picture

Obviously, I used the base for this one, but this one's mine
