There's a strange thing happening to me right now, I don't know what it is

There's a bunch of accounts that I'm assuming are fake commenting on my old art book
"Congratulations! You won this random prize   @ random fake account  click on this link to get your prize!"
And then they delete the comment right after!
It's like fifteen different accounts taking fake people
Every single user they tag has 0 followers, no bio, no books, and I'm kinda confused

All the account say "Admin" and then a random number
I don't know what I did, but if you see a random link somewhere DO NO CLICK IT
The user looks like this

They've been commenting and deleting their comments all night long
And for some strange reason the comments stop when I have Wattpad open and am on it.

I'd just like to give everyone a warning about this just in case
