Vixen lead us up and down roads, I had missed my period. I was thankful. Going up and down these stretches of woods. Although I was worried. Alyssa commented on my weight. "Too many blueberries" she had told me. I shook it off. I hoped she was right. Anyways we hardly stopped. I almost collapsed a few times, but it was rough out there. Everyone knew that. I think they were just surprised it was me. To be honest I was surprised too. So I just kept pushing on. We came across a graveyard. "What's this?" I asked.
"The graves, we're getting close. Um-" vixen paused. "If you don't mind I would like to pay a visit to my parents." He pawed the ground nervously. I was in a rush to go find my brother yes, but we couldn't have been to far away. "This is the graveyard that the leader here buries all the people he's murdered." Vixen whimpered. "Let's hope we don't end up like them." Vixen and Alyssa picked the most stunning roses and carried them carefully. Trying to avoid as much injury as possible. Since they were roses they had thorns. (Every rose does!) the graveyard seemed so, so crude. The barb wired fence was rusted, some of the fence was missing in areas. Crows with red bulging eyes hopped about. I found it unique they had red eyes. They were almost like one of vixen's robotic eyes. (He had one normal eye and then a robotic one.) we kept walking. Vixen sniffed out for his parents. Once his eyes started to water we knew he had found them. He kneeled down, only using his back legs and dragged himself a few feet. He then plopped the rest of his body down by the grave. He let a soft cry through the wind. The crows squawked. Vixen cried a soft prayer. Alyssa dropped the roses beside him. Vixen picked up the roses and placed the perfectly upon his parents graves. He licked the ground as if kissing his parents. The sound of plummeting feet echoed through the moaning wind. Closer. Closer. Closer. I turned human. Alyssa followed by Jake and then Justin all turned animals too. Vixen cowardly hid behind Alyssa. Though all of us trembled with fear. We had no clue what was coming. I saw his face. It was scarred up, and he had a look of disgust. But I was naive and jumped up and down. Ignoring the bear he was on I started to run. Alyssa and Jake followed. Vixen stayed still and growled. That man was the one that killed his parents. I should have took notice to the fox. For he was the first red flag. It wouldn't take him long to finish me. And it wouldn't take long for the others to finish him, but Roseabella would change the world after I was done. She would change the prophecy.
