After a three hour long nap and freshening up, Y/N felt much better than before. Yeah, chugging alcohol like that really wasn't his smartest idea and Brandi was a little worried what might happen to him, but apparently things went well enough for the moment. Y/N wasn't a heavy drinker at all. He just wanted to keep up with the tradition of the show. So the young man returned from the bathroom and saw Brandi and Cody sitting on the sofa, their dogs laying next to it until they moved their heads thanks to the footsteps.

Y/N:" I'm finally on my feet again."

Cody:" Took you long enough, man. You shouldn't drink like that again in my opinion."

Brandi:" Yeah, it's dangerous."

Y/N:" I know. It wasn't my smartest idea honestly."

Brandi:" At least you're okay. Any signs of a hangover?"

Y/N:" Not yet, but probably later on."

Cody:" Good to hear that. By the way, we asked Colt to come pick you up. You're in no condition to drive."

Y/N:" Smart. I wouldn't have made it anywhere with booze in me. When will he b--"

Right in that moment, the doorbell rang out, probably indicating that Colt has arrived. Y/N personally went over and opened the door to see his acquaintence.

Colt:" Thank goodness you're actually awake. When Cody called me, I thought something happened to you."

Y/N:" Don't worry about me too much, Colt. I'm fine."

Colt:" Good. Hey guys!"

Cody and Brandi smiled and waved at Colt as he walked in while Y/N carefully collected his belongings. Sure, things weren't really planned that way, but they happened to go down that path one way or another.

Colt:" Did he give you any trouble?"

Brandi:" Not really. After drinking, he slept without any trouble."

Cody:" Even during the shoot, he was mostly behaving well."

Y/N:" I'm not a child, guys."

Colt:" Nobody said you were."

Y/N:" But the way you're talking about me makes it seem I was brought to daycare or some shit."

Brandi:" Don't worry, Y/N. It's alright."

Colt:" Yeah. We should get going though. Anna is waiting in the car."

Y/N:" Why didn't you say that? We gotta go!"

Without any more hesitation, Y/N said goodbye to Cody and Brandi and dragged Colt out to the car. He remembered what day it was and what he set up with Anna, but now he felt bad for making her wait for so long. By the first look right now, the beautiful lady didn't seem too upset, but Y/N knew she didn't take it lightly.

Anna:" You're late, Y/N."

Y/N:" I'm sorry about that, Anna. I didn't mean to make you wait."

Anna:" You know what we're doing today, right?"

Y/N:" Walk through the park and get Crèpes."

Colt:" You're getting Crèpes? Man, I want some too n---"

Anna:" No!"

Seeing Anna that commanding outside of wrestling was definitly something else entirely as she just shut down Colt like that. Colt was disappointed now and got in the drivers seat while Y/N took the seat behind Anna and strapped himself in safely. He had a lot of respect for her and now being a bit more familiar with her, he can see that there's somewhat of a wildcat attitude inside her every now and then. This would definitly prove interesting sooner or later.

Back in a familiar part of the city, Colt brought Y/N and Anna to the aforementioned park. After all, they agreed on this meetup the day before and they were set on having a good time together.

Y/N:" So Anna...had a nice day so far?"

Anna:" Mostly. Stu told me you'd be on Brandi's show, so I knew you would be busy for a while. But that you'd get drunk like this wasn't in the script."

Y/N:" Yeah, that's true. I already regret chugging all that."

Anna:" How did you even do that?"

Y/N:" I got it from one of my uncles. He drank like that as well and whenever there was a birthday or other important day, I would drink with him sometimes."

Anna:" I bet your parents didn't like that."

Y/N:" Not a bit. They lectured me about it a lot, but as you see, I didn't listen."

Anna:" Well, I'm not your mom, but okay. Anyways, how do you feel?"

Y/N:" It could be worse honestly. No hangover yet, but I'm getting hungry."

Anna:" Same. Fortunately we reached the place you were talking about."

Anna was right. They reached the wagon where Crèpes were sold and the Queenslayer already knew exactly what she wanted, giving her order to the baker while Y/N just watched and chuckled. Something about Anna was just so adorable already and she didn't even need to try very hard. Instead, she just smiled at him.

Anna:" What's so funny?"

Y/N:" Oh nothing. Just the amount of excitement you show."

Anna:" I haven't been out with someone like this in a while, apart from Tay, but that's a different story. And I like Crèpes."

Y/N:" I see. You should go out more like this in my opinion. It's better than staying in the hotel all the time."

Anna:" Are you trying to ask me out on a real date?"

Y/N:" That depends. Would you be willing to go with me?"

Anna:" That then depends on where you're taking me."

Y/N:" I can think of something."

Anna mumbled that to herself as she hid a small blush while her order was getting finalized. Y/N treated her so different than others did in the past, so this was a breath of fresh air honestly as they hung out. She didn't get completely through his behavior and attitude yet, but she felt intrigued by him. Just then, she received her well deserved snack.

Anna:" Those look incredible. Thank you."

Baker:" You're welcome. What about you, young man?"

Y/N:" I will also take two. One with strawberries and white chocolate, the other with banana, crushed peanuts and dark chocolate."

Anna:" Look at you getting fancy."

Y/N:" It's not often that I treat myself to things like this."

Anna:"Why not?"

Y/N:" I was raised to save money and think about any purchases. Never really liked it to be too glamorous, but I matured."

Anna:" Did you though?"

Y/N:" Hey!"

Anna giggled before wiping her mouth. She was witty as well, that was no secret. Y/N just didn't expect her to shoot back so quickly.

Y/N:" You really are something, Miss Jay."

Anna:" What exactly do you mean?"

Y/N:" What I mean is that you're funny, savage, witty, often quite relaxed and a clever girl. You don't act  all shy or cute all the time, but you're still pretty."

Anna:" Flattery will get you nowhere."

Y/N:" That small smile tells me otherwise."

Anna:" Don't test my patience."

Y/N:" Or what?"

As Anna was about to playfully slap Y/N's shoulder, he could her hand and twirled her around as if they suddenly started dancing.

Anna looked very surprised by this as she scanned Y/N who acted like nothing happened while taking his Crèpes. If that was only the start of his surprises, she didn't know what to expect for the coming future. The two sat down on a nearby bench and ate carefully while trying not to make things awkward. Not that they would, but the possibility remained somehow.

Y/N:" How are yours?"

Anna:" Pretty good. The banana and caramel are playing really nice together."

Y/N:" Great to hear. I can't complain about mine either, Anna Banana."

Anna:" Excuse me?"

Y/N:" You heard that right hehe."

Anna:" I would kick you in the balls, if you weren't my friend."

Y/N:" Try and see where that goes."

Once again, the two laughed due to the nature of their jokes and how fun it was to slightly tease each other. Other passerbys smiled because Y/N and Anna seemed like a sweet couple, but the emotional connection wasn't at that level yet. What was in though was a side hug.

Anna:" Thank you for keeping your word, even after running a little late, Y/N."

Y/N:" You're more than welcome, Anna. Next time I will do my best to be on time."

Anna:" There's a next time?"

Y/N:" Of course! You're not getting rid of me after just one time."

Anna:" Oh geez hahaha."
