Taking things up a notch for the evening, Y/N invited Anna out for dinner just so they could have some time away from the others. It wasn't that they were getting involved in their business, but all the teasing and joking was getting annoying every now and then. John Silver for example would never shut up, but Y/N has a way to silence the so called Meatman. Right now, Anna finished doing her hair and makeup as she presented herself to Tay who was there to help when needed.

Anna:" What do you think?"

Tay:" Perfect. It's completing your look incredibly well."

Anna:" It's only due to your help, Tay. I would've gotten it only half this good."

Tay:" Give yourself some more credit. You look beautiful every day, if I may say so."

Anna:" I hope Y/N likes it as well."

Tay:" He will. I told you that he was blown away when you wrestled last week. And having time with you alone will make him the happiest guy alive."

Anna:" I feel like this spark could ignite soon, y'know?"

Tay:" Play it safe though. You don't want to scare your crush away."

Anna rolled her eyes and giggled softly as she brushed her hair one more time. She has been stressing about this dinner all day long, hoping everything would go well when the time was right.
Meanwhile Y/N was on his way over to her hotel room, smiling and whistling happily. He was confident because he picked the restaurant and he knew they would be in a great place. His outfit was still simple, but stylish enough to go out.

Y/N didn't need any help, but he chatted with Hangman and Stu for a good while to keep his cool. It wasn't that easy to begin with since he liked Anna a lot and therefore wanted to impress her somehow. Soon arriving though, Y/N cleared his throat and then knocked on the door a few times.

Tay:" Who's there?"

Y/N:" Take a wild guess."

Tay:" No need, Prince Charming. Anna will be with you...riiiight now!"

And so the door opened and Anna stepped out with a shy smile on her face. She knew Y/N was going to take a good look at her, but by the actual looks of things she seemed to have blown him away.

Anna:" Hey."

Y/N:" You...look phenomenal."

Anna:" Thank you. I had Tay assist me."

Tay:" Oh don't worry. She did most of the work."

Anna shyly tucked some of her hair behind her ear while Y/N swallowed the lump in his throat. He expected something for sure, but this was several steps above. When the two calmed down for the most part though, Y/N offered his arm to Anna to link with and so they made their way out of the hotel and to the restaurant.

About twenty minutes later and the two were at the restaurant, seated near the window with a few candles lit. The atmosphere took a turn for the better as they made some smalltalk before Anna thought of something else.

Anna:" When you joined AEW, what was your goal actually?"

Y/N:" That's a good question. First of all, I wanna fight the best wrestlers there are. AEW has a lot of great athletes of every age and I wanna test myself against them. Second is carving my own path without any teniours in WWE or Impact. I started small and I wanna prove that everyone can make it with the right training, support and dedication."

Anna:" Very ambitious, but what about chsmpionships? You gotta be eyeing some gold, right?"

Y/N:" Weeell, the TNT title doesn't look bad. But I'm going against Sammy first before anything else."

Anna:" Was it him who pitched the feud?"

Y/N:" Yup and he already told me that he wants to have a Street Fight to end this too."

Y/N just chuckled at that while Anna raised an eyebrow. She knew both men and watched the confrontation between them, but why would Sammy pitch for such a match? It seemed a lot like there would be some fire burning in this rivalry one way or another.

Y/N:" What about you though? Don't you want a title too?"

Anna:" Maybe when the whole thing with Nyla and Jade is over. I've kept a close eye on the TBS championship since its inception."

Y/N:" TBS champion Anna Jay. That has a nice ring to it."

Anna:" You think so?"

Y/N:" Yes. I mean apart from being the star of the show, you deserve some gold that's not jewelry."

That caused Anna to blush and smile right now as Y/N admired the young woman. His charme along with the compliments did the trick and hopefully motivated Anna enough to actually make the waves she wanted to make. To give something back, Anna took a deep breath before blowing Y/N a kiss.

And just a minute after that, the waitress arrived and brought the food to the young duo. First off was Anna's meal because she was extremely hungry.

Y/N:" Wow, that looks great."

Anna:" I'll be stuffed once this is in my stomach haha."

Y/N:" No doubt. You deserve a good meal."

Anna:" Same for you, Y/N. Let's see what you got."

Just then, Y/N's meal was placed in front of him and it looked just as good as what Anna had.

Anna:" Oooh, so you're a pasta guy?"

Y/N:" More often than not. I love pasta of any kind."

Anna:" Interesting. Maybe I should watch you cook something soon."

Y/N:" You're welcome to do that. I don't bite...much."

Chuckling, the two smiled and soon started eating. Everything just felt right for some reason and by the looks of things, something was flaring up between the two. It wasn't a complete inferno or anything, but the signs were clear that they had something going for the coming future.
