"Flamekit! Flamekit! Please wake up!" a distant voice called.

'I hurt all over, I don't know why though. Oh now I remember, StormClan attacked, and that really mean warrior hit me really hard.' She opened her eyes to see almost the entire Clan staring at her.

"Oh Flamekit!! You're ok!!"

"Yeah," she laughed "why wouldn't I be?"

Her mother nuzzled her, and so did her brothers.

"Wow!!" Sparrowkit squealed "You got to fight like a warrior back there!!"

"Whoopdeedo" Deathkit grumbled.

"Are you jealous Deathkit?" Sparrowkit asked

Deathkit hung his head down. "No I guess I'm just tired..." he said

"Well then come and sleep kittens." Snowfoot said.

Flamekit yawned, then Sparrowkit, then Deathkit.

"Snowfoot, what happened while I was knocked out" Flamekit asked.

"Nothing good, I can tell you that..." She broke off as a cat screeched.
