Hey everyone, it's the pearl of the Sea here!

I'm beyond thrilled to be sharing this book that's been brewing in my mind for quite some time. I've always wanted to spread the gospel, and I realized that writing allows me to do just that.

This story follows Adara's journey into the Christian faith. She's quite delicate, so please be patient with her. And I just might, just might, include a few snippets of the other characters' lives. But as I said, just might. It also comes from the inspiration of Riley Clemmons' song, Jesus comes to us even when we've been sinning so much that it seems irredeemable, and he makes us new. Over and over again

This story is meant to glorify God, so it's not too mature. I'll try to be realistic while avoiding specific details to ensure it doesn't trigger anyone.

I also hope to depict the stages before and after one's salvation, with plenty of references to the Bible for you to explore on your own. I've come to realize that many people enjoy incorporating aesthetics into their Christianity, but it's important to remember that true devotion goes beyond surface-level actions. Christianity is not an aesthetic, it is a religion. In the same way, other people honor their religions, so should we. Simply reading a Bible verse because an app sends a daily notification does not truly reflect a deep engagement with God's word. Similarly, claiming to be building a relationship with God while still engaging in worldly activities lacks genuine effort. Let's strive for a more authentic and meaningful connection with our faith.

The Bible says
"No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money."
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭24‬ ‭NIV‬‬

"Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters."
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭30‬ ‭NIV‬‬

I prefer not to upset anyone with mature topics, but I also believe in being honest. I've noticed that certain issues in Christianity seem to be overlooked, and I think it's important to address them. I understand if my opinion might be difficult to hear, but I'm open to learning and being enlightened. Sometimes the truth can be painful, so it's important to pray and listen to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

But anyway, welcome to Flame Part 1: Over and over again..
