Wishmasters

The three remaining ninja gathered in Dareth's studio, Dareth standing infront of them. "I wish I could tell you the mission is gonna be simple. It's not." He told them in a serious voice, or as serious he's trying. "Uh, yeah, it is. In case no one told you, we got what we need to stop Nadakhan on the island. After we go up there to save Jay, we take care of business. Simple." Cole said and Dareth scoffed. "And when you fly your fancy elemental dragons up there, just how long do you think the three of you are gonna last against an entire crew of sky pirates?" Nya sighed. "Then we get all the help we need and hit them with brute force. The commissioner said we'd have his department at our disposal." She said.

The commissioner nodded. "You have my department at your disposal. Just say the word." He informed them. "Then the word is, goodbye. As in, we say goodbye to Jay when they see us all coming. No, this mission is not simple, but it's not impossible. Not without the help of a little magic. Movie magic. Kevin, Dan, the floor is yours." Dareth said and two men walked into the room. "Who are they? Retrieval experts?" Lloyd asked. "Better. Screenwriters." Dareth answered and Kevin stepped forward. "So we got the message in the bottle from Jay that reads. Don't worry about me, worry about stopping Nadakhan." Dan nodded. "That's nice and straightforward, but very unhelpful. What's more interesting is the message behind the message." He said, making the ninja confused.

"Uh, you've lost me." Cole said and Kevin smiled. "Well, he wrote the message on the blueprints of one of their vehicles, a raid zeppelin." He showed them the blueprint. "So we suggest we use a little movie magic to recreate one of their ships so you can blend into their fleet." Dan said and Kevin nodded. "Then, after our costumer disguises you as Sky Pirates and an acting coach teaches you their dialect to pass undetecte-" Lloyd interupted him by speaking in a bad pirate accent. "Arr, ye matey. We be becoming pirates." Everyone looked at him with an awkward silence in the room.

Kevin let out a small cough. "Okay, um, thinking on the fly. The green one can't do dialects." Dan thought a little. "The mute sky pirate." This made Kevin nod. "Yeah, that's it. Next, after we get you close enough..." He said before Dan took over. "Cole, the ghost ninja, sneaks aboard the Misfortune's Keep, to poison Nadakhan with the Tiger Widow venom and trap him." Nya raised an eyebrow. "Wait a minute, I thought the venom could only slow him down. How do we trap him?" She asked. "Uh, okay, uh, just spit-balling here. Maybe it's an incantation. Something ancient." Kevin suggested and Dan nodded. "With a lot of hard consonants." This made Kevin nod. "Yeah. Like, uh....." He started to speak gibberish.

"Great idea. Then, when Nadakhan gets trapped in the djinn blade, their friends are finally freed." Dan spoke up and Kevin smirked. "Great idea." A scoff soon came from Ronin. "Terrific, this is the plan? You're sending them up there without any real idea of what they may find or what they are up against, and your only answer is movie magic?" He asked and Dareth just shrugged it off. "So maybe we haven't figured everything out. We're all under deadlines, you know. I know it's a stretch, but this is by far the best bad idea we have. For every hour we waste, another piece of Ninjago goes missing. If we wait any longer, I don't know how much more of a home we'll have left to save. This is the plan, people. Unless any of you have any better ideas, I suggest we get working. All right, let's make some magic, people." Soon they started the plan.

An acting couch gave Nya and Cole accent lessons, while Lloyd got measured. "What is a pirate's favorite letter?" He asked and Kevin gave him an unamused expression. "Uh, j-j-just don't. Mute pirates don't speak." Lloyd let out a sigh.

At another part of Ninjago was Patty giving a tour, arriving at the place Yang's temple was. "And here we have Yang's haunted temple." They all soon saw how the temple was gone. "Scratch that. I meant, used to have." Patty sighed before a girl saw something in the sky. "Look!" She exclaimed and they all saw how the piece of land the temple was on got taken into the sky. Patty let out a sigh. "On the bright side, at least the rest of the real estate should go up." She said.

The temple reached Djinjago and Dogshank turned to Nadakhan. "Should I junk the temple for scrap?" She asked and Nadakhan looked at it. "No, keep it. I rather like the look of it. I could always use a temple. But clean it up. It's filthy." Dogshank nodded and started to spray water on the temple, making Yang run out of it. "This is my temple. I hold power over it." He was exclaimed. "And take care of those pesky ghosts while you're at it. They are so last year." Nadakhan said before Dogshank sprayed water onto Yang and his ghost students. Flintlocke walked up to Nadakhan with two men behind him. "Sorry to bother you, Captain, but we've seemed to have recruited some landlubbers. They want to help you in your endeavors." He informed.

Nadakhan turned towards the men. "So you want to be pirates, do you? What is your name?" He asked one of them. "Colin, Captain. And might I add-" Collin said and Nadakhan scoffed. "What sort of a pirate name is that? From here on out, you'll be Landon. And what say your name be?" The other looked at him nervously. "It's, uh, Landon, Captain." This made Nadakhan grunt in annoyence. "Ugh! Fine. Whatever. You're Sqiffy and you're, I don't know, Bucko." He soon leaned closer to Flintlocke. "Get these two clowns out of here. I'm trying to build a world." He whispered and Flintlocke nodded. "Aye, aye. And don't worry, Captain. With more help, we'll have Djinjago up and running soon enough." Soon he left with Sqiffy and Bucko. Nadakhan looked over Djinjago with a grin. "Yes, it will be. And when the last ninja is mine and I marry the girl, I'll have all the wishes I want, and nothing will be able to stop me." He said before Clancee spoke. "Uh, were you talking to me, Ca-Captain?" This made Nadakhan sigh. "No, Clancee, I was talking to myself. Now get back to work!" He ordered.

The ninja started to come closer to the ship in the zeppelin, all dressed like pirates. "All right, we're getting close. You have the venom, Cole. I mean, Black Blood." Lloyd said and Cole nodded. "I sure do, but aren't you supposed to keep quiet, Mutt the Mute?" He said teasingly and Nya turned to him. "Don't waste an ounce of that stuff. We may only have one shot here. Oh, I don't like this. I don't like this at all." She said nervously. "What's wrong? I've never seen you so afraid." Cole pointed out. "I just hope Jay's all right. It's been so long, we don't even know if he's-" Nya said before Cole put a hand on her shoulder. "Don't say it. He'll be okay. We've already lost too many. We're not gonna lose him. He may be a screwup sometimes. But he's strong and don't break that easily." This made Nya calm down a little before nodding.

"All right. It's showtime. I'll bring her in close." They soon were close to the ship. "Go!" Lloyd said and Cole jumped onto the ship. He used his ghost powers to sneak his way to Nadakhan's room. There he saw his bottles and stepped towards them, before hearing a weak but familiar voice. "Cole? Is that you?" Cole turned to see Jay sitting against the wall, all beaten up with and with the eye patch. "Jay! You're okay! What happened to your eye?" He asked before walking up to Jay. "Why-Why are you dressed like a pirate?" Jay asked as Cole freed him from the shackle with a key he snatched earlier and helped him stand. "Don't worry about that. Our friends are nearby. We're gonna get you out of here." Cole said and Jay smiled weakly. "Thank you. I almost lost hope seeing you again. But I managed to keep my hopes up by thinking about you all." Jay said and cole smiled

"Good to know. Now save your strength." Suddenly they heard someone heading towards the room. They quickly hid in the closet after Cole made it look like Jay was still by the wall. Nadakhan and Flintlocke walked inside the room and Cole saw the venom on the table. "Ugh! I forgot to pour the venom." He cursed himself as Nadakhan saw that his cider was out. "We're out of Fiddlehead cider. Make sure someone plunders a new case for me!" He told Flintlocke who nodded. "Aye, aye, Captain. You may need a new cloak. It may be cold and really windy outside this fine evening." Nadakhan nodded. "Good idea." Both Jay and Cole started to panic as Nadakhan got closer to the closet.

That's when the ship jerked a little, making the shackle roll over to Nadakhan which caused his eyes to widen. "Our prisoner's escaped! Search the ship!" Flintlocke nodded. "Aye, aye, Captain. We won't let him get away." Both soon left, giving Jay and Cole an opening to get out of the closet. "We better get out of here, and fast." Cole said before they ran out of the room, forgetting about the venom.

Nya and Lloyd kept waiting for the two. "What's taking them so long?" Nya asked and Lloyd shrugged. "Don't ask me. I'm not supposed to talk." Suddenly they heard Clancee. "That's where the other Zeppelin is?" He asked before climbing down to them. "Oh, hiding away so the new b-blood could steal a break, eh? Don't worry, I won't tell. What be your names?" Nya cleared her throat before speaking in a darker tone. "The name's Scallywag. And this here is Mutt the Mute." She pointed towards Lloyd who waved. "Well, listen here, Mutt and Scallywag, 'cause I'm only gonna tell you once how things g-g-g-go around here. At the top of the ladder, you got Nadakhan. After him, it's Flintlocke. Then Doubloon. Oh, no, no, wait. It's, uh, D-D-Dogshank. Then Doubloon, Monkey Wretch, me, and way down at the bottom of the ladder is you twos. So if you ever want to rise up that ladder, you got to first step on me. Oh, no, wait a minute, that does not sound right." Clancee said.

Lloyd soon noticed that Nya's fake mustasch was falling off, so he tried telling her without speaking. "Only everyone higher-ranked steps all over me, so why would they? Ahem, maybe I got it all upside down. Either way, careful using the work "wish" around the captain. It's tempting, but w-w-wishes aren't free. I never used mine. But why would I? A pirate's life is great!" Clancee continued before Lloyd grunted over failing to signal Nya. "Ahem. Mustache." He whispered and Nya fixed the mustasch, while Clancee heard Lloyd and looked at him in shock.

"Hey! Y-Y-You talked. I thought you were mute." This made Lloyd and Nya nervous. "Aye. It be a miracle. Arr!" Lloyd nervously said and Nya thought of something. "He can't do the accent well. So he stays quiet so he doesn't embarras us." She informed before they heard Flintlocke's voice through the loudspeaker. "All hands, keep an eye out for anything suspicious. The prisoner has escaped." Clancee turned to Nya and Lloyd. "Hey, what are you waiting for? You heard your orders. Be on the lookout. And for you, Mutt the Mute. Don't worry. I won't tell anyone about your secret." He said with a smile. "Uh, thank you." Lloyd answered before Clancee left. "That was close. We have to be ready when they get here." Nya sighed in relief and Lloyd did the same. "Tell me about it." He said as they flew around a little.

Cole and Jay continued to towards where Nya and Lloyd was, until Cole suddenly remembered something. "Ah! The venom!" Jay's eyes widened. "You left it? But we can't go back." Cole started to panic a little. "And we can't go on without it. It's too important. I'll tell you where Lloyd and Nya are. You can fly to them-" He said before Jay sighed. "I can't spark up my dragon. I've been scrubbing the ship every waking moment." Suddenly they saw the zeppelin. "There they are. Follow me." Cole said before they jumped on, only to see sky pirates instead of Nya and Lloyd. Cole nervously chuckled. "Uh-oh. I think we may have jumped on the wrong ship." That's when they saw another zeppelin appear with Nya and Lloyd tied up.

Soon the three boys got put in a cell as Cole tried to break his cuffs, but couldn't thanks to them being made of both vengestone and deepstone. "It's vengestone and deepstone, remember? You can't ghost through it, and your super-duper strength won't work anymore." Jay said before Lloyd looked up. "Cole, you said you left the venom in his quarters?" He asked and Cole nodded. "Yeah. Well, hopefully Nya can get to it." Jay sighed. "How? She doesn't even know it's there. Oh, I hope she kick that floating dick in his ass if he tries taking advantage of her." Lloyd gave him a resuring look. "Don't worry, we won't let that happen." He said calmly. "We better not, because if he takes her hand in marriage, he'll reach his true potential, and we'll all be hooped when he has infinite wishes." Jay informed and the other's eyes widened

"Infinite wishes? He'll be unstoppable." Cole said worriedly. "But then his crew will be expendable. Maybe we can convince them to-" Lloyd suggested before Jay interupted him. "Already tried. They wouldn't believe me. Thanks for trying to save me, but maybe it would've been better if you never came." He sighed and thought a little. "Hey, we may not have our elemental powers, but we're not without hope. Between the three of us and Nya, we have ten wishes that-" Jay glared at him. "Wishes!? Are you crazy!? That'll just make this worse." Cole nodded in agreement. "Yeah. He turns them around on you, you'll beg for him to wish it away. And that only makes him more powerful." He said. "No wishes, Lloyd. Things may be bad, but they can still get worse." Jay said and Lloyd sighed. "Okay, okay, no wishes. Only as a last resort. I just hope Nya's faring better than we are." He said and the others agreed.

Nya meanwhile sat infront of Nadakhan at a dining table, her arms crossed. "Please, indulge yourself." He said seductively and Nya scoffed. "I lost my appetite. Never had much of a sweet tooth." This made Nadakhan chuckle. "Well, being stuck aboard a ship with filthy pirates, you learn to crave the finer things in life. In time, you will see." Nya glared at him. "In time, you will be sorry." She hissed. "I understand you don't like me. And Jay has made it crystal clear that you're taken and you think for yourself. Well, I like that. Let me offer you this. Marry me, and I save your friends." Nadakhan suggested. "How am I expected to trust you when all you do is twist words around? I know. Free them, then I'll think about it." Nya said without a hint of subjecting.

Nadakhan smirked more. "I thought you might say that." Soon they stood outside by a plank, the others being lead to the plank. "Prepare the plank." Nadakhan said and Nya tried running towards them, but Dogshank held her back. "You wouldn't dare!" She shouted and Nadakhan scoffed. "I make the orders around here. The sooner you learn that, the smoother it will go." He told her. "You hurt them and you can forget about any deal." Nya exclaimed making Nadakhan glare at her. "Then agree to marry me right now and it'll all be over." Cole shook his head. "Nya, don't do it. It'll make him all powerful and-" Nadakhan interupted him.

"The earth one goes first." Cole got pushed onto the plank and Nadakhan grinned. "I won't ask you again, Nya. Give me your hand, and they live. I remind you, below us is nothing but ocean. And just what does water do to ghosts?" Nya glared at him. "Nya, you can't." Lloyd exclaimed and Flintlocke looked at Nadakhan in confusion. "I don't get it. We should be pushing her over. You said that all that matters is Djinjago, not her." He said and Nadakhan glared at him. "Quiet, you hairy-lipped fool. Or should there be one more walking that plank? Push him over." Flintlocke sighed before walking towards Cole. "Wait! Don't I get any last words?" Cole asked and Nadakhan rolled his eyes. "Humor me." He said.

"I wish..." Cole started and everyone's eyes widened. "Cole! Don't do it!" Jay exclaimed. "I wish vengestone didn't stop our powers, but made them stronger." Cole said and Nadakhan grunted. "Your wish, is yours to keep." Soon he granted the wish, making Cole laugh. "I can't believe it worked!" Lloyd smirked. "If he's within earshot, he has to grant the wish." Nadakhan growled. "Get them!" The sky pirates attacked the ninja who used their powers to knock them back. "I wish someone told me we were gonna use wishes!" Nya said and Nadakhan grinned. "Your wish, is yours to keep." Lloyd looked at the others. "Careful not to waste wishes. That's two down, with eight left." Cole nodded. "Remember the rules. You can't wish for love, death, or more wishes." He informed.

Suddenly their powers started to get out of control. "Cole's wish has made our powers too strong. I can't control it. No, I knew this was a bad idea but nobody listens." Jay exclaimed. "We have to break off the ball and chains." Lloyd quickly destroyed the shackles, freeing the before Flintlocke aimed at them. "I ain't afraid to shoot you where you stand." He said and Lloyd's eyes widened. "I wish you were a lousy shot!" This made Flintlocke laugh. "I never miss." He shot, only for the bullet to miss, making everyone surprised. "I said I never miss!" Nadakhan shrugged before Flintlocke tried to shoot more shots, missing everyone. "Would everyone stop wishing!? Nothing good is going to come of this." Jay exclaimed before Nadakhan used the sword to freeze the ground, making everyone slip.

"That's not fair. He's fighting us with our friend's power. I got it! I wish he didn't have that sword." Cole said as the sword flew out of Nadakhan's hand into Flintlocke's who gave back the sword. "Your blade, Captain." Nadakhan grinned as Jay grunted. "Well, you got what you wished for, boulder brain. Words matter. We can't just fire off wishes from the hip like this." He hissed and Lloyd looked at him. "That's six left. We have to be wiser what we wish for." Jay shook his head. "No, not wiser! Quieter! No. More. Wishes!" Lloyd thought a little. "How about this. I wish I was wise like Wu." His wish got granted and he got more wise, using buckets as skates to on the ice and fight the pirates without problem. "Oh, clever boy." Nadakhan said, being kinda impressed.

Cole smirked. "Yeah, maybe we're overthinking this. Why hasn't anyone just said. I wish us all out of here?" Nadakhan's eyes widened. "Oh, you fool. Your wish, is yours to keep." Suddenly the ship tilted and they all started to slide off. "We really need to start listening to me!" Jay exclaimed before seeing the venom sliding towards him. "The venom!" He said and caught it. They kept sliding and Nya looked at Cole. "I really wish you hadn't said that, Cole." She said and Nadakhan smirked. "I heard that. It's yours to keep." Jay grunted. "And there's another one wasted. You really aren't very good at this." He said. "Hold on!" Lloyd exclaimed before seeing his reflection, seeing himself getting older. "Ugh. I'm not just getting wiser. I'm getting older." The others looked up at him. "He wants you to wish it away. You can't!" Jay exclaimed.

"Well, unless someone wishes something quick, we're all gonna fall. And don't look at me, I don't have any left." Cole said before they all fell towards the ocean. "Then I wish those clouds would stop us!" Nya exclaimed before they all landed on the clouds, bouncing around. "Would you look at that." Jay chuckled before using the bouncing to fight the sky pirates. Nya and Cole landed next to Lloyd who's body got weaker as an old man. "Lloyd, are you okay?" Nya asked and Lloyd stood up. "Don't worry about me. Jay and I have one wish left, and I'm not gonna use it to save myself." He said and Jay shook his head. "But you'll continue to get decrepit. And you already sound like an old person. Let me use my last wish to save you." Lloyd smiled and shook his head.

"Jay, the wise thing to do is to save it. I see beyond the now. You'll need it." He said and Jay looked at him confused. "For when?" Lloyd smiled and held his hand over his heart. "For when it's said from the heart." This made Jay more confused. "Said from the heart? Hearts don't talk!" Nadakhan appeared by them. "You think you can use your wishes to stop me?" He grinned. "I wish for a sword!" Lloyd wished before getting a sword in his hand. "No, Nadakhan. I know our wishes will stop you. Just not today." Before anyone could react, he stabbed the cloud, making Jay and Nya fall. "Nya! Jay!" Cole exclaimed and Lloyd stopped them. "Don't worry. Together, those two will save us all!" He said with a nod. Jay and Nya moved closer to eachother. "We have to create our dragons!" Nya said and Jay shook his head. "I don't have enough energy! I'm not strong enough!" He said before Nya held him close. "Together we're strong enough." They held eachother closely before they mad a dragon of both water and lightning. "Ha! It's two dragons in one!" Jay chuckled and Nya smiled in amazement. "And people say water and lightning don't mix. Ha, look at this." They soon flew off.

Cole looked at Lloyd in confusion. "Why would you do that? You wasted a wish." Lloyd shook his head. "No, I saved the last one. Jay's wish. We've made our three wishes, Nadakhan. You can't control us!" Nadakhan grunted. "You're right. I can't make you wish it all away. But I can make him! You never made your wishes, Clancee. Wish these two away for me. Do it!" Clancee looked at him nervously before nodding. "I-I wish them away!" Cole and Lloyd started to glow. "W-What's happening?" Cole asked and Lloyd nodded. "What is supposed to happen." They soon got sucked into the sword and Nadakhan grinned before turning to Flintlocke. "You're not coming with me unless you get the girl back. Now go! And make sure no harm comes to her, or it'll come back to you tenfold!" He ordered and Flintlocke nodded before chasing after Jay and Nya, sending exploding barrels.

"Watch out, Nya!" Jay exclaimed before Nya dodged it. "Aye, aye, Captain! A pirate's promise. No harm will come to her." Flintlocke said as he shot at them, missing them. "Argh! Stupid wish!" He exclaimed before seeing the police on the beach. "Fire!" The commissioner exclaimed and the police shot at Flintlocke, forcing him to return. "Aah! Ninja!" He shouted in anger.

Jay and Nya looked back towards the ship. "You came to rescue me, and-and now both Cole and Lloyd are gone." Jay sadly said and Nya grabbed his hand. "You still have me. And you heard Lloyd. He saw beyond today. It had to be like this." She said gently. "But now he's going to come after you. When will it be enough? When will it end? I-I can't stand losing anymore." Jay said and lowered his head. "I can't stand losing either, but Lloyd saved us for a reason. Let's just hope by the time we see Nadakhan again, we figure out what that reason is." Nya said and gave Jay a small kiss as they flew away from the ship.
