ANALYSIS
Plot: Passionate young archaeologist Aarya is stunned to discover a painting of an unnamed royal girl from the ancient Indian kingdom of Samuthurakulam, adorned with the same flower symbol that Aarya wears on her necklace pendant. What is the mysterious connection between this nameless girl and Aarya? And why is a crucial piece of Samuthurakulam's history conspicuously missing? Join Aarya and her friends Akhil and Jagan, as they embark on a journey they could have never dreamed of. (Taken from description)
Characters: The main character of the story is Aarya, a young archaeologist. Aarya is bold, confident (despite her past traumas) and headstrong. The supporting characters mentioned so far consist of her sponsor (who gives off very bad vibes), her best friends (Jagan and Akhil), and her father.
Writing Style: The book is written in 3rd POV which allows for an omniscient view of the story, with a focus on Aarya and her thoughts. The chapters are short but the sentences are written in a way that doesn't require a lot of words to give the readers a menial image of the story.
Spelling and Vocabulary: The spelling and vocabulary used in the book are clear, concise, and accurate.
EVALUATION
Overall Impression: I am very much impressed with the pacing and flow of the story. It is not too lengthy so it becomes boring. I also enjoy the flashbacks and use of dreams to give details.
Strengths & Weaknesses: You have a good story plotline that would be very interesting and educational.
Recommendation: The only recommendation I will give is that most people would rather read a completed book in comparison to an ongoing book. So just write and finish the book. It will push the algorithm to display your book to those that are interested in that genre.
Target Audience: 16-35, young adults
