Ivy's POV

"Call me everyday" he hugged me

"Isn't that too much" I said hugging him back

He pulled away
"Ya." He said "Don't call me at all"

I punched his arm playfully

"I'll miss you Luke" I said as I went to the driver's side

"Take care of yourself" he said

"You too" I said getting in

I ignited the engine, fastening my seat belt and pulled out of the driveway. I glanced at the rearview mirror, looking at Luke for the last time, well for now.

I sighed and got my favorite radio station on as I hit the express. I made a mental note to get something for everyone on the way.

Two hours later I went through the gate and pulled right in front of stairs.

I was excited.

I switched the engine off, un-buckling my seat belt. I picked my bag and got out of the car. I went to the boot and pulled out my bags out. I closed the boot and proceeded to climb the stairs.

"Ivy!" I looked at the person who exclaimed

"Erin!" My face lit up when I saw the butler. He was more like another father to me than a butler

"Oh, my dear" he came done the stairs with a huge smile on his face "Its been soo long" he hugged me

"I know" I said

"We thought you'd never leave that school" he took my bags "Your mother kept assuring us you'd be back soon"

"I'm sorry" I said going up the stairs with him "I didn't want to come home half way, I just wanted to end the whole thing and come home"

"Doesn't matter, you're home now" he said

"Yea I am" I said "It's good to be home" I said entering the house and looking everywhere and just taking the whole thing in.

"I hope you won't be leaving anytime soon" he asked

"Just for her graduation, Erin" someone said

I smiled looking for her.
"Mum!" I said when I saw her coming through the living room

"Honey" she smiled opening her arms

I ran to her, into her arms and hugging her tightly.

"I missed you mum" I said

"I missed you too honey" she pulled back, placing her hands on my face "You look so grown up"

"Mum, it hasn't been that long since we saw each other" I said

"A year!" She exclaimed

I rolled my eyes

Here we go again.

"If you hadn't kept on pushing us not to come and see you, I wouldn't have missed you this much" she said "You and your dad..."

"What have I done this time?" I heard my dad's voice

"Dad!" I saw as he came behind my mum"

"Hey munchkin" he said as I hugged him "You missed me uhh?"

I nodded.

"I missed you too" he said "Look at you" he pulled back "I'll have to think of another nick name, munchkin isn't suitable anymore"

"I'll always be your munchkin Dad" I said

"Good" he kissed my forehead "How was school?"

"Same old same old" I said

"I trust my girl" he said

"I have to be able to handle the company" I said "I can't wait to become CEO. Everything I've done is for that moment. I'm so excited" I squealed

"Hmm, honey we have to talk" mum said

"Later mum, I just got home." I said "Where's Thomas?" I asked

"Still in school. He'll soon be back" dad said

"When is Iva coming back?" I asked

"College's keeping her tied" dad said

"So only trouble's around?" I said

"You are gonna have to get a new nick name for me" I turned in the direction of the voice, smiling

"Look at you, looking so devilishly handsome" I folded my hands "Bet your making all the girls swoon"

"Girls?" He asked "You hurt my ego" he placed his hands on his chest faking hurt "I make the entire female gender swoon"

"Including bitches?" I grinned happily, his face fell

"Ivy, words please" mum scolded

"Mum, I was talking about female dogs" I said truthfully

I watched my brother begin to smile

"Missed me?" I asked him

"Of course I do" he said "There was no one here to take your place of making my life miserable"

"I missed you too little brother" we met each other half way and hugged

"How was it?" He asked

"It was good" I said "Excited about graduation"

"How's Luke?" Mum asked

"He's great" I said "A pain in the ass though" I smiled

"Glad to hear someone's keeping you on your toes" dad said

"He's having problems with Jessica though" I said

"Let me guess" Mum said "He hasn't told her yet"

"That he likes her?" I asked "No. He's too much of a pussy"

"Words!" Dad said

"Wussy" I corrected quickly

"School's made our daughter a cuss master" dad said to mum

I shook my head

"I'm gonna go take a shower and a very long nap" I said going upstairs

"Okay honey" mum called

I passed the three doors and arrived at the fourth one. I opened it and stepped inside.

It's still the same way I left it. Not a speck of dusk. I closed the door and walked to the right side of the room where the balcony was. I pushed the white satin curtains, opening the glass doors, I stepped into the balcony and breathed in the air. A mixture of the garden below and the private beach not far away.

I smiled at the memories I had here when I was in High school. I'd come here at night and look at the stars, making a wish every night. My smile fell when I remembered what the wishes were.

They were all the same wishes, but after what happened back in High school, I had come here and taken back all those wishes. I had cried myself to sleep that night and wished those feelings were no more. Feelings I had for the very first time in my life and had never had again.

I fell in love with my high school crush and my heart got broken by him.

I forced a sad laugh.

He dated my best friend. Both of them never knew about my crush which I had suppressed. It took me forever to get raid of my feelings for him. I had turned to a bully all because of him. Instead of ogling him or crying so hard, I made his life miserable. It was what kept me from thinking about the fact that I was trying to get over him.

He graduated two years before me. I was happy and sad. Happy that I no longer had to see him again and sad that I had nothing to distract myself from the feelings I had for him.

Then dad started doing business with his dad and I made sure I avoided him everything he came over. Although he became Thomas's friend, from what Thomas tells me.

It's all in the past now.

I have to look ahead and think of the company's future. I sighed and entered the room heading to the bathroom to wash away the journey's dirt.

Here's another update. I just finished Chapter 12, about getting started on Chapter 13 so I decided to give you guys another update.
