Latif smiled brightly looking at the flowers of his house,very beautiful and colorful,he carried the water base as he started watering them..

His life has been changing slowly,step by step just like a small baby learning how to walk,month have passed and everyday his peace of heart keeps on increasing..

It has been 3 months since Ablah have started working for him,she made him do things that he thought he would never do again,he doesn't take sleeping pills anymore and his flashback dreams have stopped also..

Change..

Yes he had changed from rude to nice,Ablah made him quite smoking and drugs,now remaining alcohol..

Even though he still doesn't practice islam and Ablah is not forcing him to but she is dropping hints every here and there which he understands but pretend not to..

Tanzeel have started college and she is disturbing his life,she will always drop by and keep telling him that she likes him and he doesn't like it one bit..

Ablah can be categorized as his best friend because she knows all his problems and he knows hers..

His phone rang and he bought it out of his pocket..

"As Salamu'alaikum":He heard Ablah's voice..

He wanted to answer but he chose not to..

"Hey":he said casually and he heard her sigh..

"By which time are we going?":She asked..

"By 2:00 the bus will reach your house":he said smiling and they talked for a while before she hanged up..

They are going to a village nearby to give out charity,in the past when products are about to expire Latif ask the staffs to throw them away but now Ablah adviced that they should take it to the needy,they will use it before it expire since they will tell me the expiring date and they will also gain reward..

As days pass by he is getting to know Ablah well,she is very religious,she likes taking actions in an islamic way,she is emotional,she like helping people that she is above,she has a pure what..

Ablah is just perfect to him..

He likes her alot..

He heard foot steps from behind and turned only to see Tanzeel smiling at him..

"I have always hated her because everyone likes her,whenever we will go to a family gathering everyone will tell her that she looks cute but no one will glance at me":Tanzeel said touching the flowers as she smirked..

"If you are done talking you can kindly leave my house":Latif said making his way inside and she followed him..

"I started doing everything in my power to look cuter than her and that was how I got myself into this bad mess,but I won't back down I will make everyone hate her, I want her to know how it feels to not be noticed":She said confidently as she walked to Umair..

"Hey Umair":she said smiling..

"Tanzeel how are you?":he asked..

If Latif would be honest then Umair and Tanzeel look like a perfect couple to him,Umair liked her since when he first saw her in a party,He has always stood by her side whenever she is sad for the past three months,Tanzeel is trying to get Latif just to make Ablah said but if she will be sincere she likes Umair too..

They hopped off the bus with a smile on their faces..

Latif looked at Ablah who was holding a little girls hand among those that kept following them before they reached..

They went to the village head and greeted him..

They went to the place where the villagers were standing and waiting for them..

They kept all their things on the floor..

"Everyone should line up,the line for males is on the left and the line for females is on the right":Madyan said smiling..

"Everything is categorized,for children from age of 6-12 that is where you are supposed to line up"

"For 12-16 it there"

"And for 16-25 is here"

"From 25-40 it is there"

"40 and above is that corner":Madyan finished pointing and the villager went on their lines..

They kept on giving things to the villagers..

They bought sanitary pads,cosmetics,food product and many more things..

"Ablah and Zarah,you should tell them how to use the things they don't know how to use":Latif said looking at them..

"Okay sir":They both chorused..

They finished everything along with the lectures and give aways..

"It is time to call for prayer,our imam still hadn't":the village head did not finish when Abkah chirped in..

"Out boss will call":she said smiling..

Latif inwardly groaned and threw a glare at her and she just smiled innocently..

"Give me":Latif said stretching his hands to collect the loudspeaker..

Latif started saying the adhan as he walked around the village,that is how the village head told him to do..

As he was calling the adhan,he felt himself going back to his old self,Abba's Latif who believes in Allah..

Verily Allah is the one worthy of worship..

He finished and he stood infront of them..

"One of our children wants to give us a lecture before we start praying,he is 12 years old and he has memorized the holy qur'an":the village head said smiling..

Latif could clearly remember when he gave a lecture in the mosque when he was 12 also,he closed his eyes to stop thinking about all that..

"Good afternoon everyone":The boy started and Latif  found a place on the mat to sit down..

"Allah is the most merciful and the only one worthy of being worshipped..

And Allah say "When my servants ask you about me [O Muhammad],concerning Me - indeed I am near.I respond to invocations of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.so let them respond to me by [Obedience] and believe in Me and that the may be [rightly] guided."..

Allahu Akbar..

Disappointments are just Allah's way of saying I have something better for you,be patient,live life and don't despair..

Hold onto which Allah has given you and be grateful..

You have many things to be grateful about,you are alive and you have a chance to change..

O my dear brothers and sisters find your way back to Allah,he is the most forgiving he will forgive you..

May Allah help us in all our activities..

I pray that this company that helped us keep on prospering Ya Allah..

The boy finished and Latif was stucked in his thoughts..

"Did I really make the right decision by leaving islam?":he asked himself and he knows that it is a yes..

"Let's pray":The village head chorus..

"Mr Latif lead us":the village head said smiling..

Latif was dumbfounded so he just nod his head and went straight to the musallah and started the prayer..

As he ricite the qur'an he felt tears forming in his eyes,he felt like all this worries have been replaced with joy,he felt like he was flying,he was feeling so great..

The words of Allah flying out of his mouth knowing the meaning clearly,he kept on reciting and then went for ruku'u after realizing that they had been in the first raka'at since..

When he went for the last sujud..

"Ya Allah forgive me and my sins":he said as tears rolled down his eyes..

He finished the prayer and hurriedly stood up and ran out of the mosque..

"Ya Allah forgive me for following the wrong path":Latif cried out reaching the ground..

"I have being a bad muslim,I let the worldly affairs make me forget your favours upon me":he said again..

He felt disappointed in himself..

How on earth did he not realize it sooner,he was missing islam all this while..

"I have followed many wrong way,I drank alcohol,stopped praying and believing in you,took drugs and even sold drugs":he said crying..

He felt disgusted with what he had done despite knowing all of it is haram,he kept it under his mind and continued his bad deed..

"Being miserable and lost doesn't justify what I have done":He said shaking his head..

"Latif":he heard Ablah's voice from behind..

He felt his tears rolling down again..

"Latif you are back":She said smiling brightly..

"You are back to the Latif I know":she said as tears slipped down her eyes..

"You are back to islam,Alhamdulillah":she said smiling as tears rolled down her eyes..

"Allah will forgive you for what you have done":she said looking at him..

Latif smiled at her as she kept on telling him how to ask for Allah's forgiveness..

"Thank you Ablah,you helped me realize where I have gone wrong":he said after a minute of silence..

"Who are you?":She asked..

"Am a muslim,am a servant of Allah and a strong believer":he said smiling..

"I wish I realized it sooner"
