She stayed at the hotel's sky garden. Where Taehyung left her alone to go back to his oh-so perfect fiancé.

Jennie Kim felt sticky from the excessive crying she did earlier, she open her purse and took a wet tissue to wipe the smudged of mascara on her face.

How can she let this happen? God, she looked so pathetic right now.

She took a deep breath, closing her eyes. Jennie Kim still wanted to fight for him, she knew there's still that love they used to share back then.

The way Taehyung held her hands and the way his gentle gaze softly landed to her when he saw her hurting.
She knew there's still something, at least that's what she hope for.

However Taehyung breaks her, like she wasn't shattered before. He breaks her whole being to the point Jennie can't stand it anymore.

"You don't love me anymore, Jen. The truth is you want me because I am not yours anymore and you feel alone. I won't let you do this to yourself, Jennie. You don't deserve it."

On the other hand, how dare she asked him to go back to her when she's the one who let him go in the first place?

Jennie Kim knows now. She knows now how much it hurts when the one you love reject you and she painfully regrets everything.
Like she could ever change the past, but still? At least Jennie knows now.

She went back to the hall to witness the beautiful ceremony for the perfect couple. She didn't mind if she no longer wears her makeup, she wanted to see Taehyung happy with her.

So that maybe, she can find the courage to let him go. So that maybe, she can finally see that he's better off without her.

Jennie pathetically watched them toast a personal speech for each other. She gulped and blinked the threatening tears away from her eyes.

She shouldn't feel this way, Jisoo's a good person and Taehyung deserves her. They both deserved each other.

She bitterly smiled. She never see Taehyung this happy even with her back then when they were still in a relationship. Jisoo must be so special.

She took a white wine from the waiter who offered her as she sipped a little from it, Taehyung found Jennie at the crowd after finishing his speech and then he raised his hand with the glass wine and then nod to everyone, cheers.

Their eyes met and Jennie timidly smiled at the both them. Somehow deep inside her Jennie already letting him away.

After that, the soon to be wedded couple shared a warm long kiss to each other. Crowds cheered and blowed whistles.

Jennie turned her back at them as she started leaving the venue. She now accepted defeat.

She may losses him but she retrieved herself and that is all matters.

She came with the conclusion that she doesn't need anyone to fix her brokenness for she finally find faith on herself by surrendering from this battle.
