Three

Taehyung shivered and held tightly onto the envelope in his hands, bunching it up.

He had asked his main boss— Jeon Jungkook,— if he could take a week to himself. Jungkook actually looked at him in surprise when he asked. He gave him the week off because even the damn CEO of J&J could see how much Taehyung worked himself to death.

Taehyung had picked up his envelope that was sent from the lodge. It was cold outside and he was just trying to hurry and and get into his apartment and cover up. When he finally got there, Jimin clapped as he walked through the front door in a hurry.

Jimin saw that Taehyung was shivering.

"I told you it was cold." Jimin shrugged. "And I said you'd need a coat, and now look at you."

Taehyung scoffed. "Like you'd listen to me if I ever told you anything." He said. He opened the envelope after he warmed his hands off.

The envelope felt unreal to Taehyung. This whole trip felt unreal. Like a scam. But, when he opened the envelope, he was met with two things. One was an airplane ticket and the other thing had a key attached to it.

"Hm.." He blinked at it.

"Still think it's fake?" Jimin asked.

Taehyung glared at the boy sitting on the other end of the couch. "Why do I let you into my damn house?" He squinted at Jimin.

Jimin shrugged.

"I order your food and clean." He said.

Taehyung rolled his eyes. "This ticket leaves out tomorrow." He said. Jimin stared back at him in confusion. "I haven't packed.. I need winter clothes and I need to buy stuff like- I dunno. And I need my cameras and—"

"Get your lazy ass up and go get all of that, then." Jimin raised an eyebrow and scoffed. "I never said I was your maid." He scrolled through his phone. Taehyung grunted.

"I didn't say you were, asshole."

Jimin huffed. "Idiot."

"Get your feet off of my table." Taehyung swatted Jimin's feet away. Jimin groaned and threw his head back in annoyance. Taehyung didn't care, he just walked by him.

"Better be glad I love your dumb ass." Jimin mumbled as Taehyung kicked his feet.

After a few hours (and the sun finally setting), Taehyung was actually ready for his vacation. He wasn't exactly excited, just more relieved at the fact that he was finally getting time alone.

Alone-ish.

He pursed his lips at the thought of two other people being in the lodge with him as he was trying to fall asleep. He hoped to everything that he wasn't going to get murdered in America while on vacation. That would be a shitty way to die. He doesn't want that.

He'll stay as far away as possible.

The next morning, Taehyung was almost late to his plane. He made it, but he had to hurry and put all of his stuff away and make it to the entrance before they locked it all up.

Taehyung accidentally bumped into someone on the plane, who grunted in return. He looked back to see a slightly smaller man looking up at him with a confused expression. His facial features were so soft and up close. Taehyung took a step back before noticing that the man's nose was red and shiny, just like Rudolph.

He didn't even say sorry before he just turned back around and started looking for a seat.

It didn't take long to find his seat. He wasn't too far away from the man he bumped into, who actually wasn't looking at him anymore. Taehyung stared at the back of the blonde head, the curls on the man's hair being suddenly interesting to him, but he peeled his eyes away from the man to look away.

Instead, his eyes met the window.

They hadn't left the ground yet, but Taehyung was more than ready. He let himself already start to relax, his black hair pressing into the seat behind him as he laid back into it. When the plane finally took off, he started to take photos of the sky they were in.

After a while of that, Taehyung started to feel slightly hungry. The plane service was really good. He was truly satisfied, at least.

He put in his earphones and played his favorite playlist before closing his eyes.

Might as well sleep the way there.

Yoongi's morning was going pretty good.

He had some difficulties with finding out where to go at the airport and trying to figure out if he even should be going to America.

Someone eventually showed him where to go and he somehow managed to make it on the plane. It felt like he'd never been on a plane before, even if he had. It had been so long.

There was a rude encounter with a man slightly taller than him on the plane. Yoongi was merely trying to sit in his seat when a man as tall as a tree started tumbling over Yoongi, which made Yoongi grunt as he caught himself on his chair, holding onto it tightly.

He looked up at the man in confusion, a slight pout forming as he realized that the man was just standing there and he wasn't even going to apologize to him. Yoongi just waited and waited, but it never came. He frowned as the man turned around and just walked away.

"Men truly can be dumb sometimes." The older lady who was to sit next to him just shook her head up at Yoongi. "Ah, you look so handsome, though." She smiled as Yoongi sat down. "Don't worry about that boy."

Yoongi huffed as he sat next to her.

"He didn't even apologize for running over me." He crossed his arms. "Prick."

The older woman laughed happily at Yoongi, which made his heart warm. He laughed with her. She was adorable. Yoongi was glad to be sitting next to her instead of someone like the bulldozer that ran over him a second ago.

"Want to play some games?" She asked.

Yoongi smiled at how cute and pure the woman was. "Of course." He said.

Taehyung sighed as a text woke him up.

Jimin:
-u alive or what?

He rolled his eyes as he replied.

Taehyung:
-y do u care
-ur probably sucking someones dick i bet

Jimin:
-uh hell no
-ur pitiful dick is the only one i trust sucking bc the lack of sucking from others that it gets
- <3
-love you bestie :)

  Taehyung scoffed at his phone.

Maybe that is sadly kind of true. He seriously hadn't had sex with anyone besides Jimin. They agreed with each other to lose their virginity to each other. Some stupid shit they made up years ago because they didn't want to lose their virginity to anyone that sucked.

Taehyung is the only one who didn't end up with anyone else as well. Hell, he still considers himself a love virgin, merely because he's never been in love with anything besides photography. But, his life isn't terrible.

He's pretty much got everything, right?

He sighed to himself as he looked out of the window, frowning at the thought of everything he has. It's true; Taehyung has his dream job, a person to help his horny ass out, money, and literally pretty much anything he asks for.

  So, why the emptiness?

Is it all a lie? He had always heard that money isn't true happiness, but damn. What else could he possibly have? He even has Yeontan— his doggy. What more could he have?

He looked around the plane out of boredom, his eyes just wondering freely. They landed on the blonde haired boy from earlier, watching as he bent over and laughed, hitting his thigh repeatedly and leaned forward. His eyes were squinted and his mouth was wide open.

Taehyung's earbuds were still in his ears, but he felt like the guy's laugh was probably as beautiful as the way he looked as he laughed.

Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows and looked away, looking out of the window again.

He usually catches himself staring like that at things, anyways. Except— the human is not a thing, they're a person. But, Taehyung just shook his head and turned his music up.

It's just a person.

-

Yoongi smiled at the old lady as she told him another story of hers. She truly had lots to tell.

  "Attention passengers,"

The two made an o shape with their mouths. They had seriously sat there and talked for almost the whole entire flight to America.

"I can't believe I didn't get tired at all." Yoongi smiled at the old woman. The woman was pleased with her conversation with Yoongi. They had both taken a nap during the time, but woke up just to continue talking again.

"You're a nice young man, Min Yoongi- journalist, music producer, cutie." She pinched his cheeks. Yoongi smiled happily at her unlike what he does when Joon or Seok do it to him.

Yoongi frowned almost right after, though, because the thought of having to leave her.

"You're a great listener." He said.

  "So are you." She smiled.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Pegasus City. The time is currently Seven P.M."

-

Taehyung basically plopped down into the back of the taxi seat after putting his suitcases in the trunk. He kept his main bag with him, though. It had all of his important stuff.

"Uhm.." He looked at the taxi driver, forgetting that he was going to try and learn some basic english before coming here. "This," He said in english as he pointed at the keycard he had, which had the address on it.

He thanked everything that he had remembered to get his money converted into American dollars before just taking off.

The radio was playing english music— some which Taehyung actually knew some of. He just sat in silence as he heard the radio suddenly talking about the weather, but he didn't understand and he didn't want to ask the taxi driver to translate, either.

Maybe the weather will be nice.

Judging by how cold it was when he left the plane and the fact that he saw some snow flurries, he's in for a cold vacation, regardless.

He just sat back for almost another hour long drive, huffing as most of his money went straight to the taxi driver almost instantly after he had just got the money. He'd need more money, but he can go and get that later. Instead, he paid the man and got his suitcases out of the taxi. The man drove off, but Taehyung's vision suddenly got blinded by another set of headlights from another car.

  Great.

Taehyung stood for a moment as if he was just waiting for the person to appear. Somehow, they basically did. Someone stepped out of the car. He heard the door shut, but he was still blinded by the headlights. He heard the trunk shut and so he began walking towards the gate to the lodge and unlocking it with the little key he was given in that envelope.

He didn't want to look weird, just watching and waiting for someone to leave the cab. But, he really wanted to know.. The taxi started driving off, so Taehyung turned to see—

  Oh.

Taehyung stopped unlocking the gate even though it was already swinging away from him, the key still stuck in the lock. He was completely shocked to see the blonde man from the airplane standing behind him.

The man looked just as shocked, but also a little frightened as he looked at Taehyung.

"You're staying here?" Taehyung asked, and it came out a lot ruder than intended.

The smaller man flinched at the harshness of Taehyung's voice before he slowly held up a key. It was the same key that Taehyung had.

  Taehyung suddenly wanted to hide.

In all honesty, this man looked way too soft to even be in Taehyung's path at all. It's like he could break him just by looking at him. Even Seojun doesn't look as fragile as this man, and Taehyung scares the shit out of Seojun.

This man looks too sensitive. He literally looked like he was going to cry when Tae bumped into him earlier. Taehyung can't deal with this sensitive crap.. How the hell will he deal with this guy? Maybe he's just a joke. Maybe when they get to the lodge, he'll turn into a different person and— yeah, no.

  "Great." Taehyung mumbled.

  It's fine. Whatever.

He'll just stay far away from him.

It's not like it should bother Taehyung that much, anyways. This poor guy can do and be whatever he wants to be. Sensitive or not.

Taehyung has no right to judge.
