Taehyung felt worn out by merely living.

Today wasn't a long day to him or anything, but he sure was tired for some reason. It's still only been one day— and the power is still off.

He held up his lantern since his phone died earlier, shining it on the door. He locked it even though there's nobody else on the mountain to break in. It just made Taehyung feel safer that the door was locked when he was asleep. It wasn't late yet. He was just tired.

So, he decided to take a nap.

As simple as it may seem, it wasn't. How was he supposed to know that his night was about to take a turn so quickly, so suddenly?

Taehyung had already gotten into his pajamas and put out the lantern, clearly ready for his nap. He had found extra blankets because the sun was setting and it was getting colder. His nap— which he expected to last for at least thirty minutes, maybe— lasted more like ten.

He did drift off into sleep, but he could faintly hear a slight ping against his window. At first, the sound was just ringing into his ears. He was dreaming and he thought it was just a part of what was going on in his mind.

It hit louder.

Taehyung shifted in the bed, but did nothing else. His eyebrows furrowed at the annoying sound and he was starting to get angry.

It hit again.

His eyes slowly opened and he groaned, but it hit against the window again. He blinked at the window. This whole time, he thought he was making it up in his dream, but it was real.

It hit again.

"The hell?" Taehyung threw his blankets off of himself and put on his slides on the way to his lantern. He tried his hardest to light it in the dark. He kept a lighter next to him at all times now, in his pocket so that it's easy to get to.

He lit the lantern and left his room.

He knocked lightly on Yoongi's door because he had always sort of been scared of anyone breaking into his house. It's not his house. They're on a mountain and the power is out.

Taehyung is pretty scared.

Yoongi didn't answer his door, so Taehyung frowned as he looked at the staircase that suddenly became longer than it was before. He sighed, but jumped as he heard the ping against his window from the hallway. He groaned as he made his way down the stairs.

He quickly opened the door and held up his lantern. Nobody was on the front porch, so that was good enough for him. He yelled into the air— a "hello" that sounded pitiful. Whatever.

He turned around towards the door, walking into the lodge to close it. His eyes widened as he saw something— a person suddenly running towards him. Taehyung's first instinct was to try to close the door as quickly as possible, but suddenly Yoongi was in his view, pressing his hands against the door to hold it open.

Confusion hit Taehyung's whole brain as Yoongi started hitting at him, making him raise his arms in defense and hold the lantern tighter. Yoongi was still hitting his arms, but it didn't hurt as much as it was meant to.

"T-That wasn't funny!" Yoongi's voice cracked as Taehyung grabbed his wrist to stop him.

"Huh?" Taehyung put the lantern on a hanger on the wall and furrowed his eyebrows as he struggled to keep Yoongi from beating him.

Yoongi's body was shivering. He only had on a T-shirt and a pair of sweatpants on. "Y-You did that on purpose." Yoongi said as he rubbed his arms for heat and kicked the door harshly to slam it. "I- I banged on the door for over ten minutes. It's f-fucking below freezing outside, you- you asshole." He shivered, stuttering.

Taehyung frowned. "What? I didn't do anything on purpose! I just locked the damn door!" He defended himself.

"Y-You locked me out!" Yoongi's eyes started to tear up out of anger, but he couldn't feel it because his whole face was numb. His whole body pretty much was at this point. "You even let the fire die." He pointed at the fireplace. "Do you seriously think that this is funny?"

A tear fell from his face as he turned towards the stairs and began walking away. He didn't want to even be here anymore, now. Here he was, thinking that Taehyung could be nice.

He must've been mistaken.

Taehyung frowned as he watched Yoongi step away. He reached out for his arm, realizing how bad this looked. He did lock the door, but he didn't know that Yoongi was outside. What the hell was he even outside for, anyways?

"Here. I'm sorry. I'll give you body warmth. I'll go run you a warm bath or something.." Taehyung wrapped his arms around Yoongi, absolutely hating that Yoongi was suddenly crying. He didn't know it was that bad..

Yoongi smacked Taehyung's arm again, and swatted at him as Taehyung tried to basically hug him. Yoongi pushed him away.

"Just leave me alone."

Taehyung frowned as Yoongi pulled his lantern off of the wall and started walking towards the stairs, leaving him alone. Sure, Taehyung can be mean sometimes. Sometimes he can be rude. Sometimes an asshole.. But he would never lock someone out in this type of weather. How could Yoongi even think that?

Has Taehyung lost himself that much?

Does he really seem like the type to do that? And to a complete stranger, almost? Who would ever do that to someone? Had someone been mean to Yoongi like that before?

  Taehyung frowned.

The darkness of the lodge was drowning him. The sun had finally set and he couldn't see anything. The only thing he could think of was how different he had become over the years. He used to be so bright and cheerful. So bright that this dark room could be lit up by him.

But, he's not like that anymore.

Kim Taehyung turned into a new Kim Taehyung. Turned into a whole different man. One that Taehyung had never met before.

One that Yoongi even thought was mean.

He never realized that he could ever be so mean. All of the times he would be too hard on Seojun, or when he suddenly became more strict and more of an asshole to his own best friend, and how he let work consume him so much that he never even sees his family.

He hadn't been to a family get together in almost three whole years. After a year of working himself to be better, he stopped going to those types of events. Last time he talked to his parents was about a week ago, and he ended up hanging up on them rudely because he had to go do his job. As usual.

Now that Taehyung had forced himself to take a vacation, he realized that he's not himself.

He shivered and rubbed his cold arms as he looked into the darkness. He suddenly feels alone and like nobody can save him. Like nobody would even notice if he vanished. It feels like the first day of high school, where Taehyung was alone until Jimin appeared.

  But, Jimin isn't here.

He won't see him for another seven days.

-

Taehyung laid across his bed with his blankets covering his whole body. His hand slowly made way to the stretchy material of his pajama pants, moving it aside as it crept over his soft skin and tingled as it touched a certain spot.

There was only one thing that Taehyung knew to do when he was stressed out too much. After contemplating on the stair case, he finally decided to go up and shut his bedroom door to pleasure himself until he falls asleep.

  It sounded good enough.

That's what he usually does. He usually falls asleep with Jimin next to his side after another suck or another fuck. Whichever was best.

And so, he worked his way into his pants and tried not to groan into the awfully quiet lodge. No power meant that everything was awkwardly quiet— especially at nighttime.

It's his first night here and he's already losing himself. Losing to a complete stranger.

Taehyung was so used to having Jimin to take his stress out with, and Jimin was horny all the damn time, so he never really minded. Taehyung isn't horny right now. Just stressed. And nobody is here to do what Jimin does.

He felt guilty, doing this. Felt guilty as his hand started stroking slowly and almost painfully against the poor man's cock. It felt good, but Taehyung was emotionally in pain.

Eveyone does this. It's no crime.

Even Mr. Stranger Min Yoongi does this. Tae's sure of it. Everyone needs pleasure, right?

He bit onto his lip at the thought of Yoongi, who was just two rooms away. Any soft noises could easily be heard, and Taehyung didn't want embarrassment, but he sure did want to fuck into his hand like he'd never fucked before. But Yoongi is just right there...

Taehyung's head rolled back into his pillow at the thought of Yoongi being so close to him. Any moment, Yoongi could come knocking on his door, complaining about being locked out of the stupid lodge that Tae had no part of.

Any moment, Yoongi could come in.

  Yoongi.

Yoongi with his soft, yet dark eyes that shift away when he gets shy. Yoongi and his soft, pale skin that shines under the fire and Yoongi with a little pout on his pink lips and—

  Taehyung stops.

He had never ever thought of anyone else while doing anything sexual. It had always been Jimin. Even if they are just friends with benefits. It's all Tae had ever known to do:

  Think of Jimin.

But this wasn't Jimin. It was someone else for a change. A good or bad change— who knows? But, it was Min Yoongi. He's a fucking stranger. Why is Taehyung doing this? Why was he thinking of him? He can't do that.

  That's.. too wrong.
