After Skylor showed Kai the warehouse, the two of them went out and once they were outside the pizzeria they said goodbye.

When Kai was already in his apartment, he changed his clothes to a more comfortable one, rubbing his neck, somewhat tired, he sat on his bed and directed his gaze to the photos posted on his wall. With each photo he saw, each memory came back to his head, but that only caused him more doubts and frustration as well.

He still wanted to know more answers, but he was far from reaching them, if it only lasts easier for him. Suddenly his phone began to vibrate, taking it out of his pocket saw that it was a message from Skylor that surprised him a lot. When he opened it he said this:

~ Skylor ~

~ Come to the pizzeria early, at 11:00 o'clock. I have something to teach you for your last night, it will be something important, believe me ~

After Kai read the message, he was somewhat confused and surprised at the same time, if Skylor really wanted me to go to work early, then it is something important.

- Wow, it really must be something important - Kai said to himself as he put his phone back and set his alarm clock at 10:30.

After that he lay back on his bed and decided to sleep for the remaining hours he had left.

~ Flashback, dream ~

In his dream, Kai alone again with his sister, but apart from her also only with his friends ... With Cole, Jay, Zane, Lloyd and Morro... With all of them... Being together again.

Only with all the moments that I spend with all of them. How they trained and played at the Wu Training Dojo. How they spent their days at school. All his walks, places and games that he has lived I have gone with all of them. They were fun and happy days for Kai.

He also dreamed of all the moments he spent with his sister, Nya. The day of his birth, all the nights that he spent with her reading different stories, the times that she greeted him every time he came home from school and hugged him, always saying:

- "Welcome, brother!" -

They were words he wanted her to hear again when he entered her house, but he knew that would not happen again because she was no longer there waiting for him.

- "Brother, you really are great!" -

He would no longer have her to idolize him, being his greatest hero of all.

- "Brother, it hurts..." -

He would no longer be there for her to be able to take care of her every time she was hurt or sick, he would no longer be there by her side to protect her, he would no longer even be able to help her heal any small or large wound that she caused herself.

He would no longer hear those sweet and childish words that she always said to him, he would no longer be able to hear those words from his little sister every day after the incident...why was she no longer there...

Then a memory came to him... A memory of the most important to him...

It was one of those days that he will never forget and that would be very important to him. There he was in his sister's room, hugging her and comforting her to calm the pain of her injuries, which were formed when fighting with a group of children from her block, luckily Kai came to her rescue, beat the children and he returned home with his sister in his arms.

- "It hurts...!" - Nya squealed as she clung to her brother's clothes while letting out all her tears.

- "Yeah, yeah, Nya. Okay...you don't have to cry anymore because your older brother is here to protect you no matter what happens" - he replied sweetly while smiling at his sister, continuing to stroke her head.

Then there was another memory, in this one were his friends, all of them were tired due to a fight they were having with a group of bullies that were in their school. Cole, Zane, and Morro were fighting while Jay was protecting Lloyd. But then Kai appeared and helped win the fight by defeating the "leader" of the group of other children, and he yelled at all the bullies:

- "Anyone who messes with my friends will deal with me! I will not stop protecting my friends, it's a promise!" - He shouted with determination, impressing his friends at the same time.

They were promises that he could have kept even if he was with them that day at the pizzeria... If only he had been there with them that day... Would things be different?

But that no longer mattered, now there were a lot of broken promises...

With a gasp Kai got up from his bed at the sound of the alarm ringing in his room. Taking a few deep breaths he looked at his alarm clock and saw that it was 10:30 pm, turning it off, he brought his hand to cover his face, thinking only about the dream he had.

- Idiot... - he murmured to himself sounding somewhat nostalgic - If he had known that he could not keep those promises, he would never have made them... - a single tear slid down his cheek - How sorry... - he apologized as if his friends and sister were there with him.

After that he stopped thinking about the dream and instead decided to get ready to go to the pizzeria and meet Skylor. He wondered what that important thing he wanted to tell her was.

When he finally reached the pizzeria, he was confused to see a single light on that was reflected by one of the windows where the stage was located. Could it be Skylor? Or someone other than her?

Anyway, when he entered he saw that at one of the tables near the stage, Skylor was waiting for him with a single light on on her.

- Huh? Skylor? -

- Oh, Kai - Skylor greeting - Yes you came. Come on let's go -

- When I got home, I suddenly had an idea. I wanted to do an experiment -

Kai and Skylor began to review the plans of the animatronics without realizing that from the corridor a small figure was observing them and, quickly moving away, he began to travel the corridors at full speed until he disappeared into the walls.

In the hidden warehouse of the pizzeria the little souls of the children were getting ready to start the night, but then Jay appears to inform them about something.

- Boys! Again the guard! - He informed his friends who approached him.

- The guard? Now what is he doing? - Cole wondered.

- Heard it'll turn off the animatronics all night - Jay explained.

- Turn off the animatronics? But what are you trying to do now? - Morro wondered somewhat confused.

- I do not know, but that will not work anyway - Cole replied - Anyway we can move them even if they are off, after all we can own them -

- Cole is right, that won't help him -

- Morro, to confirm our suspicions we must capture him right now. Do not let this night pass alive. That's why it's time for you to join us -

At Cole's request, Morro was somewhat surprised but still nodded in affirmation, tonight they would seriously catch that guard. That was already very final.

While in the main dining room Kai and Skylor by reviewing the plans of the animatronics, they could find a way to remotely turn them off throughout the night. They were able to conclude with the four characters turning them off completely, of course without moving them from the stage and from their positions.

- Well, everyone is off - Skylor announced as he approached Kai who also finished the job.

- Yes, thanks, Skylor - Kai thanked Skylor who just nodded in approval - So are you sure this is okay? - Kai still felt a bit insecure about this, but it was Skylor's idea after all, it was something he shouldn't be suspicious of.

- Don't worry, I already told you that it's fine, I already returned the plans to my father's office, so he won't notice that I took them, not even Vincent. I'm good at hiding my tracks -

So now Kai Smith was alone again at the pizzeria to start his night watch job. This was his seventh night, he had come this far, the first rookie guard to spend the first five nights and now he is spending another two extra nights. Apparently only Vincent and he had managed to spend every night in this hell, blankly, for Kai this was something impossible to believe, all insane. Sometimes he wondered if this would reach the ears of the people, and that's when he wonders what will happen to him? Well, only time will tell.

Looking for the last time at the animatronics, Kai went to his office and looking at the clock there was only a minute left until his time began, sitting in his chair he took his tablet and turned it on. The power was back at 100% (still) but I would know it would soon be over when your time starts. If yesterday ended quickly as soon as his hour began, he did not want to imagine what would happen today. It wouldn't be easy, that was for sure.

But still wondering if this plan was going to work, he focused looking almost at camera 1A where the animatronics were - Well ... if they are off, there is nothing I can worry about, right? I mean...it's not like they turn on by themselves right? That would be absurd. Besides all the entrances, windows and doors of this pizzeria are closed, it is impossible for someone to enter here, or at least leave - letting out a long sigh, he leans back on his chair - I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens... -

Kai's turn had already started and for the moment everything was quiet, there was no movement or noise from the animatronics, there were not even signs that Golden Freddy, visions or phrases of "It's me" are written all over the place. Pizza shop. It was a weird thing for Kai, but he didn't take his eyes off cameras 1A and 1C, the two cameras that were monitoring the four animatronics.

- Mmm... - was the only thing Kai emitted in a rather thoughtful way when he saw the two animatronics still not moving.

For the moment he knew that Skylor's "experiment" was on the right track.

While in the warehouse, the six souls of the children were gathered in a circle.

- They are ready? - Morro asked all his friends and cousin.

- Yes! - They answered at the same time, except for Nya.

- Okay, let's get on with the plan then -

- Agree! - They all answered, but Nya was still silent.

- O-Okay, yes - he replied timidly and with a somewhat downcast tone. Apparently everyone else noticed her attitude, but they better chose not to say anything to her, anyway they already knew what she thought about all this, this must be just one of her nervous experiences, they know very well that Nya does not He likes to do this kind of thing, and he has shown it all the time.

Nya partly couldn't stop thinking about the guard. Who was he? Why didn't I stop thinking about him? And why was it familiar? If only I could see his face better the other nights, but she couldn't hear being away from him and why he always wore his guard cap. That was the problem.

Kai's PV

~ 1:00 am ~

Wow, an hour has passed and the animatronics are still not moving, apparently my theory was true, maybe it was a malfunction of their night mode. The good thing is that so far I have spent a quiet hour. "Good thing." But even so I did not take my eyes off cameras 1A and 1C, they were the only ones in which I could see the animatronics, so I must not neglect them. In a few seconds he turned off the tablet to save energy and I only focus on the possible sounds around me, and for the moment there was no news of strange sounds either.

In the power room of the pizzeria, the souls of Morro and Lloyd were in position. In this room there was no security camera, so the guard could not see them, nor realize what is happening in this place.

- Ready, Lloyd? - Morro asks as he approaches the switch. His cousin nodded in approval, then Morro with his ghostly hands under the switch causing it to slam down to zero.

Throughout the pizzeria the energy disappeared, leaving every room, hallway and corner in total darkness, including the security guard's office. With this distraction the other four souls met with their respective animatronics.

- It's time guys, let's do this - Cole announced entering Freddy's body.

- Yes! - Jay and Zane answered as they entered their respective animatronics.

- Y-Yes... - Nya said slowly as she entered the last one in the body of her animatronic.

Kai's PV

- Oh no. This is bad and on many levels - I told myself when I saw how suddenly the whole place went dark.

This is really bad, there is no absolute power in the whole place, I can't even turn on my tablet as it runs on power from the pizzeria. This was really bad luck.

- I hope this is nothing more than a technical failure, I just hope that the power returns soon. Otherwise... - in that I put my head out a little and well... I don't see anything at all, but at least I don't hear anything out of the ordinary.

For the moment try to stay calm. Also I don't know if going out and checking the energy myself is a good idea. I mean, I could do it, after all I know where the power room is, and I won't be completely in the dark if I use my flashlight, plus I still have my phone, both of which could help me walk through the dark.

But then...

As if everything had gone numb inside me, I heard throughout the pizzeria the laughter that I had heard again, it was Freddy's laughter.

- This must be a damn joke... - I exclaimed somewhat nervous and almost panicked. I pressed the buttons on the door lights several times but without any power it seemed to work even so - Hell...! - curse out loud.

But at that, I began to hear footsteps coming from the right hallway, I turned around quickly and all I could see was a shadow moving rapidly down the hall - Damn, this really isn't happening...it's not happening... No, no, this is impossible...it is impossible -

This really was an impossible thing! Skylor and I are supposed to shut down the animatronics. How is it possible that they turned on themselves?!

Before I could at least think of anything else or at least do something, I heard footsteps stop at the left door, just behind me. Where later a children's melody was pitted, one that I knew very well, it was Freddy's melody, and that is when I saw in the reflection of the window that was in front of me the bright and blinking face of Freddy, illuminated by his own light emitted from his face. From the fear I felt now, I could hardly move or breathe, I was in total shock, I overshadowed myself, but by sheer force of will I dared to turn around to face Freddy, but I think that was a fatal mistake. Why when I turned towards him, Freddy yelled at me with a terrifying metallic sound and shriek that my ears could hardly catch well, since in doing so he jumped almost on top of me and took me roughly by my neck, and with his force the animatronic threw me towards the wall, but already out of the office, which caused my back to be brutally hit when I hit the wall.

- AAGH! - was what I shouted in pain when I crashed against the wall. But it did not end there. Before I had at least a chance to get up I felt like a large, metallic hand grabbed my left leg and pulled me down the hall until I was thrown out of it. I even felt a crash against one of the tables that were close to the main dining room, which made my back pain increase even more.

Groaning, I tried to get up again, but again I heard more heavy metallic footsteps approaching me. With the visit somewhat blurred, I saw Bonnie and Freddy approaching me down the hall. However, I got up by leaning against the table that was close to me, when I managed to stand with staggering steps I tried to get away from them but when I did, I coked against another metallic body, and when I looked up I saw that it was by Foxy. With his hook he tried to hit me, but by a miracle I managed to dodge the attack directed at me by crouching down, but I could not avoid the other attack he made now with his fist, and this one hit by hitting me in the face. Which caused it to fall back to the ground.

With difficulty I tried to get up again, my vision was becoming little by little cloudy due to the tremendous blow I received from Foxy, (and to think that I had already got used to receiving the blows you receive during martial arts tournaments, the blows that they gave me on the street and in some bars), but this blow was the hardest of all that I had received, since it was a fist made of pure metal.
However, behind me, I heard laughter echoing through the pizzeria, when I turned I saw what I did not expect to see, it was something that at first I did not want to believe, but even if I wanted it to be an illusion, I knew that this was the harsh reality, or rather the worst reality that I had experienced, since all this unfortunately, was the reality: (since despite receiving those brutal beatings, one of them would have been enough to get me out of this horrible nightmare). Those who were behind me turned out to be Puppet and Golden Freddy (that is, Fredbear).

- No...! I croaked in pain as I tried to get away from them. This was an impossible thing... The two of them are supposed to be off duty, they were off for so many years. Also, Puppet was floating, and they both had those little white irises in what would be their eyes that were empty and with nothing.

When I turned around again, I saw how Freddy, Foxy, Bonnie and Chica approached me with that same look that Golden Freddy and Puppet had. They had me totally surrounded and everyone was moaning and making metallic sounds, I could even hear the echoes of the voices of children, who did not know if they were crying or laughing at the same time... Wait... This seems familiar to me, it was there when my mind "clicked" remembering the events and noises that occurred during my animatronic nightmares.
It was there when I felt a deep and stabbing pain in my head, it hurt more than the last time, I saw the visions again with the phrase: "It's me." This phrase always haunted me and now I was doing it again. Also that was not all, I managed to see visions of the old night guards that were attacked by animatronics. I could hear their screams of terror and felt all their pain and fear when seeing the animatronics, it was certainly a horrible experience. I had even begun to feel immense pain throughout my being ... It was the most horrible pain I had ever felt in my entire life...

Flagellated before the animatronics, and without having enough strength, I fell back to the ground and then my whole world went black and I could only hear the metallic moans of the six animatronics.

In one of the corridors of the pizzeria, the animatronics were dragging Kai on the floor still passed out, but on a small occasion he slowly opened his eyes and blinking a couple of times he saw everything still blurry, but he saw how the animatronics were dragging him holding his two legs, since Freddy and Bonnie were in charge of that, but in that again he fell unconscious and without strength again.

At a distance, Nya / Chica watched as her friends took the guard away as they dragged him along the ground and took him to the "Parts and Services" room, right at the place where they were killed and where each night guard they captured was killed. He felt sorry for the guard, he honestly didn't want to do this anymore, but he had no choice. But still she did not take her eyes off the guard, and rarely did something inside her tell her that this guard had already seen him somewhere, but it was not that dark feeling when remembering his killer or the one that felt when seeing the other guards at the pizzeria. If only he could see the face of that guard better, if only he could take off that cap that was still on his head, so he could know who it was.

When the animatronics reached their destination, Kai again opened his eyes this time better than before; Of course, he still saw blurry, but even so he knew what was happening, when he raised his head a little he saw that he was in front of the room "Parts and Services", and that was where the panic entered him, and he knew perfectly what they would do to him: tuck him into a Freddy costume. Just like Vincent told him.

"Oh no..." he muttered under his breath. And in a panic he tried to free himself from the grip of the animatronics, but to no avail, as the two animatronics picked him up and threw him into the room.

Pain exploded again throughout Kai's body as he was thrown back to the ground like this. Then the animatronics entered and blocked the entrance, in that Kai staggered up as he leaned on the table in the center of the room and reached the wall to lean on it now while he managed to make a pained face and tightly grab his injured arm, the which turned out to be the left one, when he hunched over in pain that caused his guard cap to fall off his head as he groaned. Her spiky brown hair was revealed to the animatronics, who didn't seem so surprised to see her full hair for the first time and apparently her...face.

When Nya / Chica saw the guard's cap fall off, something in her memory suddenly woke up when she saw that guard's brown hair...that kind of hair reminded her of... Kai, her brother... But that was impossible...that guard wasn't Kai, was it?

Grunting in pain, he turned to face the animatronics, and hissing in pain he looked up at them, showing the bruises and pained grimaces on his face. When Nya saw it completely, immediately all the memories of her past came to her. Upon seeing the guard the memories of her childhood with her older brother suddenly came to her. Her brother, Kai, the caring brother whom she loved very much, the brother whom she considered a hero and the one who always protected her from all danger... That night guard was Kai!

- Brother...?! - exclaims, whispering to herself Nya / Chica upon seeing her older brother's face again. But now his friends, Kai's friends, were going to kill him! He had to stop them, he had to tell them that this was Kai Smith, his best friend, his brother!

Before they started work, Nya / Chica made her way through everyone and stood in front of the injured chestnut in a protective way as it prevented everyone from getting closer to Kai, her friends seemed confused, just like Kai, why an animatronic was protecting him?

- Stop, wait everyone! Don't do this! - Nya / Chica answered firmly. Which confused everyone more, and Kai more now. And since when did animatronics speak?

- Nya, what are you doing?! - Cole / Freddy asked confused when he saw how his younger friend protected that night guard.

Kai was still confused, for the first time he was hearing animatronics speak differently, but judging by the metallic voice they had, the voices seemed vaguely familiar. Carefully he leaned against the corner of the room observing, without saying anything yet, the new actions of the animatronics.

- What?! What are you talking about?! - Lloyd / Golden Freddy asks.

- Listen, the night guard is Kai! My brother, Kai! -

Now everyone was in shock, especially Kai. How did you know his name? And above all, how do I call him "brother"? The only person who could call him that was his little sister Nya ... This was already somewhat confusing for him...

- WHAT ~?! - Everyone shouted (except Nya / Chica and Kai), in shock.

At that Nya / Chica turned to see his brother the guard, he could see the confusion on his bruised face, he cautiously approached him a little, but Kai was nervous, and taking a deep mental breath, Nya / Chica left that his soul came out of the animatronic suit showing the little soul of Nya Smith, Kai's lost sister. The other animatronics said nothing about it, they were still stunned to discover that the guard was their old friend, Kai.

Kai was more shocked than he already was, he was in complete internal and external freeze. He did not know what to say to what he had just seen in front of his eyes, from the animatronic Chica came what would be the soul of his missing little sister... He knew that this was not a dream or an illusion, what he was living was completely real ... In front of him was his sister. It really was her! It was Nya...!

- NN-Ny-Nya ...?! - stuttering still in shock, Kai could feel a great sadness and pain in his entire being that even that was reflected in his face and voice. In that also the souls of the other children came out of their animatronics doing the same as Nya did. Kai was speechless when he saw the souls of his friends manifest before him - C-Ch-Guys ...?! EE-This th-is ... - Before he could finish his sentence, Kai fainted again falling towards the ground, since this was really too much to process in his brain. That made his ghostly friends and sister worry even more now.

- Uh-oh... - Lloyd sounded innocently.

After Kai passed out, his friends and sister took him to the stage where they had laid him there and waited for him to wake up. It had already struck 2 in the morning and Kai had not woken up yet, and he had not even left him alone yet, also Nya would not stop seeing him since she still could not believe that he was the older brother she had not seen in years, and again I saw him again. Of course, now he had grown up, he was no longer a 10-year-old boy like the last time he saw him, now he looked somewhat adult and mature, but even so he did not know how old he was, he could also see that despite having some bruises On Kai's face, he could perfectly see a slight scar crossing his left eye in three cuts. Nya wondered how he got that scar.

- You think that... I don't know, he must have died of fright, right? - Lloyd replied shyly when he saw his friend the brunette still lying on the stage.

- Do not say that! - Jay exclaims - I mean, he's still breathing and that's good right? Zane, what do you say? -

- Well... - the ghostly pale blond began as he looked nervously at Kai - That he's breathing is good because he's still alive... But I think we did go too far in trying to capture him... - he replied with a guilty tone at the end .

- Yes, I think you're right - Cole sorry support - Now if we overdo it. But are you sure if it's Kai? Our Kai? -

In that Morro approached Kai and looked at him in detail, he could see his identification on his uniform and clearly saw that it said: "Kai Smith". Morro would never forget his friend's name and then when he touched his head he used his powers to see the chestnut's past. He saw how his childhood was, even Morro saw himself and his friends next to him. He even saw many memories of Kai and Nya together. Then he knew that this guard was actually Kai, his best friend and Nya's brother. But also those memories and in others he witnessed a deep sadness and depression, he could feel all the loneliness that Kai had felt during all these years. Nya moved closer to her brother, and by stroking his cheek she could also see that he reflected great sadness, despite not having enhanced powers like Morro and Lloyd.

- He must have felt very lonely - Nya mentions in a sad and innocent tone.

Rejoining quickly and without paying attention, he fell off the stage and hit the ground again, causing him to hurt himself even more. Grunting somewhat in pain, he got up and leaned on the stage.

- Agh! Idiot... - He complained to himself while trying to get up. When catching some breath he tried to remember everything that happened before he fainted again, he brought his hands to his face while resting his elbows on the stage while taking a deep breath - Good, good, good, good...don't get upset, Kai... - he said to himself, then he remembered how the animatronics took him to the "Parts and Services" room to put him in Freddy's suit, to then see how Chica got between them to stop them, and see how the supposed soul of her lost sister came out of Chica's suit.
