This is another nightmare animatronics that is part of the nightmare group and follow orders of Nightmare Fredbear who is in second of command and the leader Nightmare himself. Nightmare Freddy has three mini versions of him called freddles that are smaller versions of him and are able to get the player attention and gives him the time to make his move and perform the killing blow.
