"Kendrix get out of there" I could hear myself saying. I remember all the pain I was in as I watched Kendrix try to pass through the whirlwind to get to my morpher. I could see that she was in a lot off pain as she stumbled through the whirlwind. Even though I had just met her I could tell that I would like her but I would have never thought that we would get to the part where I liked her like a best friend. Now I could see that she was going to give up her life for mine. Kendrix was smart enough to know the moment she destroyed that sword which was taking away my life, it would let me have mine in exchange for hers.

I could see her and my friends running toward us. I could faintly hear Kendrix say " I have to Cassie". "Kendrix, Stop" I yelled with all the voice I could. She said something into her morpher got a reply and then I heard her say "Its the only way to save Cassie" I was her pull out her sword and swing it. With a boom I saw her go flying back. Then she was gone. Her teammates ran up and stoped I saw Maya try to run forward,but Leo stopped her. I got up and limped over holding my arm. A bright light appeared with Kendrix still in morph in it. She demorphed and looked at us with a sad smile and " I'm okay I'll always be here" with that her spirit was sucked into her sword and disappeared. But before she left I could hear her say "Cassie don't blame yourself it wasn't your time to go it was mine don't be sad".

Hearing her say she forgives was my breaking point I started crying like a little kid because that day had I not only lost a good friend but a fellow pink. I was crying so hard I could barely feel Ashley come up to me and give me a hug.

Five minutes. Five minutes to get to know her better. Five minutes just to thank her for what she was going to do. Five minutes to warn her. Five minutes to say goodbye to someone I would never forget. Five minutes more. Five minutes more. Was all I thought as I stood there crying for Kendrix. What would I have done with five more minutes. Five more minutes.
