Chapter 1:

King Eric's POV

I look at the bed in front of me,where my wife is lying.Needles join with blood bottles were attached in her veins an hour ago.She looks at my,smiling wth much effort.

"If you always sit with me, what happens to your work?"

"To hell with ....."I calmed down,then says,"Please don't say that.You will be all right and I will return to my work." I placed my lips on hers.

A knock at the door interrupts us.Then a nurse enters the room.

"Your Majesty"She bowed at me then my wife,"My Queen." Then she looks at me.

"Sorry my king,Dr Harrison want to meet you in his office,now.Also,she ask for forgiveness."

"It's okay."I stand up and looks at my wife,"I will be right back ,love."

I just run to the doctors office and when I enters there,I immidietly knows that something is terribly wrong.The facial expreson of Dr Harrison is what I did not see in a century. 

It is pain! Immense pain!

"Please forgive me...." She start to bow but I grab him.

"Cut that crap,doc,tell me what happened to my wife. She can survive a thousand bullet."

"Not when the bullet is coated with the 'Black Beauty'".Dr Harison replied in a sad and desperate tone.

"WATCH YOUR MOUTH YOU OLD FOOL!" I could not control myself from grabbing her neck.I know that my fangs are pooped out.

"KILL ME! KILL ME PLEASE!"Blood starts dropping from her eyes,"It is better for me. How can I survive from the guilt that I can not save our queen.I even consider to put a silver bullet in my head.Take the revolver from that drawer and shoot me,please,kill me my lord."

I released her and found myself  droopng on my knees,bloody tear start pouring from my eye.

"Is it true doc?"I can't recognize my voice.

"Yes,my king."Dr harrison is crying quietly,"It is 'Black Beauty'."

I never feel so helples in my 150 years of live.I, King Eric,king of vampires of the Mars kingdom caan not save his wife,his soul mate."

"How much time we have together?"

"Five days."The doctor replied.

I know the answer but I ask the doctor,"Is there any cure of it?Any thing?"

"Not a single thing in the world except the blue blood,which we don't have in the world for 300 years."

I don't know how I stand up on my legs and walks to my wife's cabin.But when I enters the room,she has a strange expresion on her face.

"I know love.I know it before the doctor told you.Her thoughts are so loud............."She smiles at me again but there are blood pouring from her eyes.

OH MY GOD! HOW CAN I FORGET THAT MY ASHLEY CAN READ MINDS!!!

"No,Ashley, please.You will be with me,you will live!"I can not hold my tears.The king is crying now.

"We both know the truth,love."She looks at me with her beautifull blue eyes,"I killed an innocent human......I commited a sin.This is the punishmen of God.We have to accept it."

"And what about me?What about the policy of killing no humans?"Now I am angry,"God is paying me by this way,taking you away from me?If I loose you,then I..."

"You will live at the way you living,if you love me.I can not think of you killing human."She screams at me then closes her eyes,getting unconscieus.

"DOCTOR!!!"I scream at the top of my lungs.In a second Dr Harrison comes in the cabin,putting a new bottle of blood by changing the empty one.

After sometime,my love opens her eyes.

"Eric?"She looks at me.I hold her hand.

"I just want to ask forgivenes to the boy.I know he will not forgive me....but I want to ask."She is crying now.

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME GOD?FROM 83 YEARS WE STOPPED KILLING HUMANS,FEEDING ON PACKAGED BLOOD.I ALWAYS VALUED HUMAN LIVES.I KNOW THAT I AM A VAMPIRE BUT IM AM NOT A MONSTER.

BUT IF YOU TAKE MY LOVE FROM ME,I WILL BECOME THE MONSTER!!!!

PLEASE HELP ME GOD,PLEASE!!!!
