Chapter Four

Shortly after her first encounter with the Hogwarts Gamekeeper, Hagrid, Jenna was packing her things up in her trunk.

She hobbled down the stairs, waving to Tom the Innkeeper before setting off down the street and catching a short bus trip to the station.

"Platform Nine and Three Quarters?" Jenna muttered to herself. There was no such thing! She wiped my glasses and then gazed at it again. Still, she was right.

Jenna stood in between Platform Nine and Ten, hoping for some sort of owl to show the way. She didn't dare ask the Ticket Master, he would've laughed at her.

"Come on Sirius! Trains leaving in five minutes."

"I'm coming Mother! I just dropped my cauldron!"

Jenna was sure she had just heard 'cauldron' mentioned and rushed towards the voices, to see a porcelain boy with dark long hair and his mother, a bony woman.

"Need something dear?" She dropped her impatient manner and her face broke into a smile.

"Yes, I was wondering how to get to Platform Nine and Three Quarters."

"Okay, and by the way are you pure blood?"

Jenna stopped. This was quite an unusual question: she saw Sirius facepalm behind her. "Uhm, yeah."

"Us too! We're the Blacks." She'd study me for a moment. "You can't be a Jones, can you?"

"Yeah, I am actua-"

"Okay, so you run at that wall." She'd point to the brick wall Jenna was standing by.

Jenna wanted to leave this boys mother, so she ran at it quickly to get away. She was still shocked she had interrupted her.

In front of her stood what looked like an old train emblazoned with a gold 'Hogwarts Express'. It was a rich red colour, with black. Jenna couldn't believe her eyes. She was yet to begin her spectacular journey.
