It was 3am when Chanyeol's phone rang waking him up from his sleep.

He answered the phone not knowing who was calling him do to his blurry vision.

"Hello?!" His voice almost didn't come out.
"I'm Oh Sehun, Baekhyun's cousin." Sehun whispered and Chanyeol woke up when he heard Baekhyun's name, his he is still crazy in love and he knows that this love will never change "Baekhyun is craving fried chicken, spicy ones, McDonald's fries and strawberries." Sehun said.
"Now?" Chanyeol asked.
"No, tomorrow!" Sehun said sarcastically "of course is now. Call me once you are at the gate." Sehun ended the call.

He had to swallow his pride to call Chanyeol  for the first time as he hates him from the bottom of his heart due to their encounter months ago when Baekhyun was drunk, but now it's been a week calling him so he is used to it now.

Sehun walked inside their room finding Baekhyun half asleep.

"Luhan is bringing your food." Sehun tuck Baekhyun in "sleep a bit and I'm going to wake you up once the food is here."

"I'm sorry for waking you both up." Baekhyun said looking sad.

"Aish hyung, it's fine." Sehun said "sleep now, I'm going to sleep while waiting for the food."

Meanwhile Chanyeol Chanyeol put his shoes on, still wearing his pyjamas.

"Hey Siri, where is the nearest McDonald's open now?"

Chanyeol drove around to find whatever Baekhyun was craving and it because his night routine, being woken up with a craving list and secretly delivering it to Sehun who would lie and say that it was Luhan.

Chanyeol looked calm while waiting for Baekhyun, but his heart was was beating so fast and loud that he thought he would faint.

Today was the first time going to an appointment with Baekhyun and he is very excited to see his baby for the first time.

Baekhyun opened the door of the car looking angry.

"How are you?" Chanyeol asked.

"Alive!" Baekhyun said.

"That's hard." Chanyeol joked "let's go." Chanyeol started the car driving "have you had any cravings yet?"

"Yes, put just simple stuff, Sehun can get it for me." Baekhyun said simply said he really wants to have a conversation with Chanyeol but his mouth landed him on this situation to begin with.

"You can call me if you crave anything, it's our baby." Chanyeol said.

The rest of the ride to the hospital was just Baekhyun quietly singing to the songs on the radio and Chanyeol driving with a smile to the sunny day

"And here we are." Chanyeol said after parking the car.

Both left the car and walked towards the entrance where Baekhyun guided Chanyeol through the maze looking hospital to a waiting room where after a couple of minutes they were called to see the doctor.

At first Chanyeol was terrified to see all those machines and how real it was feeling like. The doctor was very kind for explaining what was going on as a step by step when she saw Chanyeol for the first time.

"Let's hear their heartbeat." The doctor said and within seconds the room was filled with the sound of an healthy and fast heartbeat bringing Chanyeol into the tears holding Baekhyun's hand.

Even though it was not Baekhyun's first time hearing it, he couldn't help but he couldn't help but cry with how happy Chanyeol was.

"It's our baby?" Chanyeol asked crying looking at his ex boyfriend "we made them together yeobo?"

Chanyeol's heart was about to bust like a supernova of happiness.

He never thought he could love someone this much let alone a heartbeat.

"Yes we made them together" Baekhyun was crying with one hand being held by Chanyeol and the other one on the later's cheek "it's beautiful, thank you for that I love you." Baekhyun opened his heart not noticing.

"Let's raise them well baby, I love you." Chanyeol was still crying and for that moment it was like they never broke up.

Baekhyun didn't know but he really wanted to go to one of the appointments with Chanyeol but his brain hates the idea.

Now that he attended the appointment with Chanyeol he doesn't want to have any other way and that's not a good thing. He is getting attached again.

After the appointment Chanyeol drove the car to take Baekhyun back to university.

"Hmm, I'm not trying to boss you around or anything but..." Chanyeol started talking to a Baekhyun who looked busy with his phone "your bump is starting to show a little bit and it could cause you some problems with your dorm."

Chanyeol remembers the rule that whoever gets pregnant is immediately evicted from the dorm, and the university takes this rule very seriously.

During his time there a girl got pregnant and was invited to leave the dorm so he doesn't want that happen to Baekhyun.

"Yeah I know and I heard some people gossiping about it." Baekhyun said "I feel like they are going to talk to me soon, but I'm ahead because I'm already looking for a place." He showed his phone to show that he was looking for a studio.

He might bring Toben as he is not used live on his own.

"Why don't you move in with me?" Chanyeol asked "You know so you don't feel lonely and you have space for everything and it's not far from your university." Chanyeol asked finally.

He doesn't want Baekhyun to think that he is making a move on him.

"No Thank you." Baekhyun said. "I will find my own place and have the space that I can afford."

"You are pregnant, isn't it difficult to live on your own far from everyone?"Chanyeol asked concerned "if you don't want to live with me you should move back in to your parents and I promise to drive you back and forth every day at any time."

"NO!" Baekhyun said angry " STOP PROMISING SHIT THAT YOU WON'T FUCKING DO!" Baekhyun took a deep breath "You promise a lot you know? And fool like me make plans around your promises until you let them down." Baekhyun was honestly done with Chanyeol's promises.

Chanyeol looked at Baekhyun for a second before focusing on the road to find a place to park.

Baekhyun is still hurt. I didn't know that my actions hurt him this much.

Chanyeol pulled over to have a conversation with Baekhyun as it looked like he was willing to talk now.

"Why did you stop?" Baekhyun asked "Breaking the promise of taking me back to uni?"

"Why do you hate me so much?" Chanyeol looked into  Baekhyun's eyes.

He knows that he made a massive mistake but Baekhyun us being too harsh.

"I don't hate you okay?" Baekhyun looked away "I just don't trust you and if I could I wouldn't have you around us. You make me feel insecure." Baekhyun said not caring if it was harsh "Your presence makes me feel dumb because you hurt me and yet I'm sitting here with you and I can't hate you and still love you."

"Do you think you are the only one hurting?" Chanyeol asked.

"No, but I'm the one who was abandoned, lied, humiliated and what not. Also why are you trying to have an argument with me? Just mind your business and stop talking to me. If it's not about the baby don't talk to you. In fact if you also are not ready to be a father is fine I can do it on my own." Baekhyun said.

"YA! You can question me on whatever but never question what I'm able to do for my son."Chanyeol said annoyed "I'm trying my best here in fact I've trying my best for months I've been apologising to you for months and you are always cold to me and looking at me as if you never made a mistake what ELSE DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?" Chanyeol started crying "You also didn't keep your promise but I'm not turning you with that because you have your fucking reasons."

"Which promise did I break Hmm?" Baekhyun asked with a Challenging tone.

"YOU..." Chanyeol stopped himself and took a deep breath "You always said that you would never force me to come out and make me feel bad about it but you torture me with this every day to a point that I feel like you are using the same technique as the other people use to keep me in the closet." Chanyeol said and Baekhyun opened his mouth.

He can't be compared to those awful people no way.

"What?" Baekhyun asked confused.

"Yes you do make me feel awful every day for not having the balls to come out..."Chanyeol decided to say it all to maybe get them on the same page "I'm not blaming you for something I did and I'm not saying that I didn't make a mistake because I did and I know that... but it shouldn't be like I made a mistake, I was punished, I learnt and apologised so we can move on? Not saying that we should be back together but throwing at my face at any given opportunity the fact that I made a mistake is not nice specially this one." Chanyeol kept on talking and Baekhyun started crying "At least tell me what to do to make you feel a bit better from the pain that I've caused because I'm truly sorry."

"I'm sorry!" Baekhyun said sobbing.

He unbuckled the seatbelt, oped the door of the car and left the car walking to any direction.

He didn't think he was hurting Chanyeol this much, he can't believe he is such an awful person. He was just angry, he didn't mean to make Chanyeol feel this awful.

"Baekhyun!"Chanyeol followed Baekhyun "Get in the car."

Chanyeol is not going to drag Baekhyun to the car, they are both adults and Baekhyun doesn't know the way home and his phone is still inside the car.

"I don't want to!" Baekhyun was sobbing "I'm an awful person."

Chanyeol walked to Baekhyun and hugged.

"You are not an awful person. I didn't mean to make you feel like this. I just wanted you to know how I was feeling so you could feel free to tell me how do you feel so we can work it out." Baekhyun hugged Chanyeol back.

"I'm sorry Chanyeol." Baekhyun said sobbing.

"It's alright Baekhyun you didn't mean it." Chanyeol kissed Baekhyun head. "Let's talk inside the car. I have some water for you in there ."

Chanyeol helped Baekhyun to the car.

"Stop crying, I didn't mean to make you cry." Chanyeol said softly trying to wipe Baekhyun's tears. He reached for the water bottle he had "here, drink a little bit. This stress is not good for you or the baby."

Baekhyun took a couple of sips from the water and tried to calm down for a couple of minutes on Chanyeol's arms.

After almost 15 minutes Baekhyun was feeling better and well their hugging position was not the most comfortable one.

"I'm sorry for being rude to you." Baekhyun started "I'm sorry for blaming you for everything, it was not that deep... couples break up and I was there blaming you meanwhile I had some growing to do as well. Treating you as if you have ever hurt me but you just to work out something inside you and I couldn't take you. I'm sorry for saying I hate you several times and I'm sorry for falling to understand you and failing to communicate and express my feelings while we were dating and after."

"It's alright Baekhyun, this breakup actually made me grow up and learn and I'm truly sorry for everything I put you through and for as well failing to understand and see what was going on." Chanyeol apologised.

"It's alright hyung." Baekhyun touched Chanyeol's hand. "Let's be friends?"

"I don't know man you hurt me a lot." Chanyeol crossed his arms "You have to prove that you are really sorry."

"Fuck you." Baekhyun laughed.

"WOW I'm very offended by that so you must Move in with me to make me feel better." Chanyeol.

"I don't want you to be offended for too long so I'm moving in today." Baekhyun said.

"Great!" Chanyeol clapped " I can help you move if you would like to." Chanyeol smiled.

"You should go to work." Baekhyun said.

"Why? Are you planning on running away with my son?" Chanyeol teased.

"Son?" Baekhyun raised his eyebrow "Who says it's a son? Listen you are so annoying it's obviously a girl."

"Boy!" Chanyeol said

"Girl!"

"I said Boy!"

"And I said GIRL!"

"Okay you want a girl let's make a girl next time so you can be less grumpy." Chanyeol winked.

"Idiot..." Baekhyun whispered.

"Wow! Baekhyun easy! You are with a child." Chanyeol teased.

"Why do you like arguing with me?" Baekhyun crossed his arms.

"Because it's the only way I can talk to you for more than 2 seconds and see you put some effort on something related to me" Chanyeol confessed.

"I'm sorry hyung." Baekhyun looked down.

"I was joking Baek. We are joking here." Chanyeol reassured.
