RECORDING 14

I smoked nonstop today. Four boxes, to be exact. ‘I wasted half of each cigarette.’  Nothing's happening. Nothing's changed. I expected nothing of the sort.

Well, other than the faster beating of my heart, nothing else happened.

But hey, that’s an achievement for me.

I got to write a couple of songs. . . [sniffs, coughs] . . .while staring out my window. People went past my house and . . . unknowingly, it sparked something. Even when the few garbage men took my trash can for their hoarding.

[takes a deep breath] I’m used to making songs about. . political issues and developing mental illness in school. Come to think of it. ., it's become a rather common question for the fans; ‘Do you suffer as much as we do, AD?’

[ total silence ]

I got it. I’m making new songs right now. I’ll give this an update once I finish. This brain and its ideas are not going to wait for me to list them down.
