Adrien entered the room with a heavy expression. "Dude, you okay?" Nino asked as he sat beside him while frowning. "No, you don't seem to be okay." Nino answered his own question. "What's up?"

"You heard Chloe yesterday." Adrien replied and sighed. "She's been spreading that she's my girl friend."

Nino furrowed his eyebrows. "That wasn't true?"

Adrien shook his head. "No."

"Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh." Nino nodded before looking at Alya who was sitting behind them. "So, it wasn't true."

Alya got the message and shrugged. Well, Nino knows about Marinette's feelings for Adrien, he was fine with it, besides, he already have his blogger.

But Adrien wasn't fine at all, it's been four days but he still hasn't get over Ladybug. He sighed as he ruffled his hair, his DJ friend looked at him worriedly, but didn't asked what the matter really is, maybe Adrien just needs time...on second thought, he still needs a friend. "Hey, Adrien, whatever's bothering you, I'm ready to listen." But he didn't really want to force Adrien to tell him what's wrong.

"I'll be okay, Nino." I hope. Adrien tells to himself.

Nino just smiled sadly at his best friend. He'll tell me when he's ready. He thought to himself. Adrien looked around then, Chloe and Sabrina wasn't there yet, he looked behind him and Marinette wasn't there either. Adrien just shrugged it off, Marinette is always late, but right now, he has planned on confronting Chloe later.

Meanwhile, Marinette arrived with the same expression that Adrien was wearing earlier, Adrien looked at her curiously, this wasn't the happy and cheerful Marinette that she knows. Somehow she's...broken? Adrien couldn't put a right word to it. Marinette? Broken? Why would she be?

Marinette's eyes finally met Adrien's and they both felt like it was eternity, but Marinette was the first to look away, she walked slowly past Adrien and she sat on her place, sighing sadly. "Girl, you're a mess." Alya comments. "But I really gotta tell you something, I've been trying to call you yesterday but your phone was turned off."

Marinette looked at Alya with pure sadness. "What do you have to say?"

Alya chuckled. "You don't have to be sad, girl, what Chloe said yesterday was--" She was cut off by a sudden loud explosion outside. The blogger furrowed her eyebrows confusingly. "What was that?"

The students all looked out their window and saw the explosion not far from them, as they did, before anyone noticed, Marinette grabbed her backpack and ran to the comfort room. Alya looked back and realized that her best friend was gone. "Marinette?" She called out worriedly. "Marinette!"

"That sounds like trouble." Marinette stated as she locked the comfort room door. Her kwami went out of her pink purse and nodded. "Tikki, spots on! Yeah!" Tikki was sucked the earrings, Marinette's mask magically appeared, and her outfit changes into a red skintight suit with black spots, her yo-yo magically appeared like a belt on her hips and she fully transformed into Ladybug.

Ladybug slowly opened the door and saw the students walking to the exit, suddenly her phone started ringing loudly in her backpack, she looked at the picture of the caller, who was none other than her best friend; Alya. She answered the phone. "Girl, where are you?"

"I--uh--" Marinette stammered. "I'm at the bathroom, don't worry, I'll be okay, I'll go home immediately."

"Okay, be careful, Mr. Damocles said that there was a terrorist attack outside." Alya replied in a voice full of worry. "But Ladybug will surely save us, I know it."

"Y--yeah, she sure will." Marinette chirped. "I gotta go, Alya. Bye!" Then she hang up. She looked around and saw a small window, she escaped through it. It would be weird and suspicious if Ladybug is seen going outside the comfort room of Collège Françoise Dupont.

"Terrorist attack?" Alya's voice echoed at Ladybug's mind. She was now standing at a rooftop, looking at the area of the explosion, but she realized it soon, these are no terrorists, they are five soldiers...akumatized. "Oh great." Ladybug sighed, releasing the words sarcastically.

Ladybug set her broken heart aside, she has to concentrate on saving her city from these soldiers. "Hey!" She called out and the five soldiers turned their heads at her. "Why don't you pick another city and stop bothering mine, huh?" She jumped and throw her yo-yo at a post, tying it up as she landed on the ground, she pulled the string and the yo-yo returned to her hand, she walked sassily to the soldiers.

"Ladybug!" One of the soldiers yelled angrily. "Hand us your miraculous, or we lay this city to waste!"

Ladybug scoffed. "In your dreams!" The soldiers then started to fire their guns at her, and Ladybug spins her yo-yo as it creates a pink energy, she used it as a shield against the bullets.

Soon, the soldiers attacked her and she fought them one by one, she kicked, punched, hit them with their yo-yo, but the fifth soldier got her and he pins her to the ground. "I will have that miraculous!" He said in a rough voice as Ladybug struggles to be released from him, the soldier was about to take her earrings off, but then he suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder.

"Harassing ladies is against the law." Chat Noir said and the soldier stood up and looked at Chat Noir angrily.

"Chat Noir." Ladybug exhaled as Chat Noir took her hand and help her to stand up. "You're here." She said in surprise.

Chat Noir grinned. "Where else would I be, my lady?" He winked before he fought the soldier and throw him to the ground. "The five of them are akumatized? Didn't know Hawk Moth leveled up."

"I don't think it's the five of them." Ladybug replied. "They must have a leader and that's the akumatized one...we have to find out who the leader is."

"Nice thinking, my lady." Chat Noir replied before fighting off another soldier.

"Laybug." Said a voice behind her and Ladybug immediately dodged a weapon that the soldier was about to stab her with. Ladybug observed the man who was wearing a black mask, a soldier outfit, but she concluded that this was the leader because of his hat, this is a general, and the akuma must be on his hat.

Suddenly a glowing purple outline of a butterfly appeared on the general's face. "Get her miraculous! NOW!" Hawk Moth demanded and the outline disappeared. The general let out a soldier's yell as he was about to attack Ladybug.

"Lucky charm!" Ladybug yelled and tossed her yo-yo to the air, creating a new object. She caught it as it fell. "A pocket knife? What am I--" She trailed off and looked for clues, then she saw the general's hat and she looked at the red pocket knife with black spots. The general ran towards her and was about to hit her, but then Ladybug did a layout tumbling, before grabbing the general's hat. She landed at her feet gracefully as she ripped the hat using the pocket knife, the akuma then, went out of it.

"No more evil doing for you little akuma." She said and opened her yo-yo. "Time to de-evilize!" Her yo-yo closed after it caught the akuma. "Gotcha!" She opened her yo-yo again. "Bye-bye little butterfly." She said as a white butterfly went out of it. "Miraculous Ladybug!" She throw the pocket knife to the air, releasing an energy that restored the exploded building to normal, the teared hat, the general and the soldiers that were attacking Chat Noir.

"What's going on? Why am I here?" The general asked in confusion as he rubbed his head, then he looked up on the human ladybug standing in front of him. "Ladybug?"

"Hello, general." She said and helped him get up.

"I...I should go back to our base." He said as he stood up. "Thank you for rescuing me."

Ladybug nodded. "No problem, it was always my duty."

The soldiers then approached the general and waited for his command, then the general commanded that they all go back to their base. Chat Noir sighed in relief as he stood beside Ladybug, looking at the soldiers walking in unison. "Well, I think that's all for today...see you around, my lady." He said and slowly walked away.

Ladybug closed her eyes and exhaled, then she turned around. "Chat Noir, wait." She said and Chat Noir stopped walking and looked back at her. "I'm sorry about what happened days ago...but, am I not too late to...consider your offer?"

Chat Noir's eyes lit up with hope. "A--are you saying...you...you change your mind?"

Ladybug smiled and nodded, and unexpectedly, he ran and enveloped Ladybug into a hug. "You won't regret it, I promise." He said and Ladybug hugged him back, closing her eyes and smiled.

I hope I wouldn't. She thought to herself as Chat Noir released her. "This midnight, meet me at the top of the Eiffel Tower." Then he left, leaving Ladybug standing there, watching him leave.
