So this is a new Clone Wars fanfic. About a squad of Female Clones. The woman they were cloned from was a dying assassin. She crush landed on Kamino and begged for their help. They tried their best, but there was nothing they could do. Before she died though, they got permission to clone her. But only one squad, the Amazons. Lead by Commander Aniu. Pilot Captain Dove, Field Medic/sniper Joy, Scout/hacker Kitty and weapons expert Izzy. They also have a droid R2-KT, better known as Katie a friend of R2-D2. Their ship the Artemis. This is their story through the clone wars. It starts with the Weapons Factory on Geonosis.

Aniu's POV

"So what's the plan commander?" Izzy asks me.

"These guys have never seen female clones before, they may think we're weak. So best to prove our skills quickly" I state.

"We only answer to Generals right?" Joy asks as she gets her med kit ready.

"Yes, just them and me of course" I tell them.

"Will we get to blow stuff up?" Izzy asks.

"Most likely, Dove you should stay on the ship encase we need a quick get away. Joy stay with her. Kitty and Izzy will go meet the generals with me" I state.

"You sure that's wise?" Dove asks me.

"What if you guys or someone else needs medical attention?" Joy asks concerned.

"There will be other field medics" I assure her. "Besides Dove will need a co-pilot" I state.

"Katie can do that" Joy tells me gesturing to our teams astromech.

"Katie is staying also" I state and she beeps in protest. "No buts, I know your friend is down and I promise you'll see him" I tell her. She's friends with an R2 unit like her. Called R2 D2, but everyone calls him R2. Katie whines in defeat as we drop out of hyperspace.

"We have General Luminara trying to contact us" Dove tells me. We all put our helmets on. I nod at Dove and she puts Luminara through.

"General, I'm Commander Aniu. We're here to help the padawans" I state.

"Glad you could make it" she tells me. "Has your scout memorized the tunnel network?" she asks.

"I have" Kitty says.

"Good, sending you landing coordinates. See you shortly" she says. I nod and the communication ends. Dove lands and I exist the shuttle with Izzy and Kitty.

"Good luck guys" Joy tells us.

"We don't need luck" Izzy tells her.

"We'll keep you updated" I tell Joy and she nods. The hatch closes and the ship leaves. I spot the general and her padawan. We salute them.

"At ease" Luminara tells us.

"Pleasure to meet you General Luminara, Commander Barriss. Allow me to introduce my team members. This is Izzy my weapons expert, Kitty my scout and hacker. I'm Commander Aniu" I state introducing us.

"Pleasure to meet you all" Barriss says bowing slightly.

"We shouldn't keep General Skywalker and his padawan waiting" Luminara states. I nod my head. She leads the way to the command center that was set up. To see General Skywalker and his padawan fighting. "At it again, are they?" she mutters.

"Again, master?" Barriss asks confused.

"Let's just say that they have a penchant for playing loose with regulations and rules of command" Luminara tells her.

"My kind of people" Izzy says and Kitty nudges her.

"Well, if you don't trust me, then maybe you should send me back" the padawan says annoyed.

"Don't tempt me Snips" General Skywalker tells her.

"If you're both finished with your little discussion, we do have a factory to destroy" Luminara tells them. " Well, Barriss? Amazons? Aren't you going to introduce yourselves?" she asks us. Barriss steps forward first and curtsies.

"Padawan learner Barriss Offee at your service" she says.

"I'm Commander Aniu, at your service General Skywalker, Commander Tano" I say. "My weapons expert Izzy and scout Kitty" I say. As we salute them.

"At ease" Skywalker tells us.

"Glad to meet you all. I'm Ahsoka" Commander Tano says smiling.

"It's good to see both of you again and meet the Amazons" Skywalker states.

"I wish it was under more peaceful circumstances" Luminara states.

"Agreed" I say. We get a hologram of the factory. The generals start to discuss the plan. Until the tunnels appear on the hologram.

"Every Geonosian building has a series of catacombs beneath it that run deep underground" Luminara states.

"Some of the tunnels are close enough to this cliff wall so that you could cut a hole and make an entry point" Barriss states.

"Once inside, we could find the main reactor, plant the explosives and blow the factory inside out" I say.

"Sounds good to me" Izzy says. I give her a look. "Sorry Commander" she says sheepishly.

"Well, looks like a good way to get lost, if you ask me" Skywalker states.

"For the unprepared, perhaps. But I have instructed Barriss to memorize the labyrinth, all 200 junctions" Luminara states.

"Kitty has memorized them also" I add shrugging.

"You always were thorough" Skywalker comments.

"It pays for one to be prepared. Right, Barriss?" Luminara asks.

"Especially when other people's lives depend on your success" Barriss agrees nodding her head.

"How do we keep the Geonosians occupied while someone else is setting the bombs?" Ahsoka asks.

"Good point, Snips. If whoever is going in there is going to be successful, we'll need to create a diversion" Skywalker states.

"Precisely. That task will be carried out by you and I, Skywalker. While the destruction of the factory falls to the Padawans and Amazons" Luminara tells him.

"We won't let you down General" I assure her. Izzy and Kitty nodding their heads in agreement.

"Now, hold on. Who decided that? Walking into that factory could be suicide" Skywalker states. Ahsoka looks annoyed at her master's lack of faith in her.

"Not if you and I are successful holding Poggle's attention at the bridge" Luminara tells him.

"Master, I can do this! I've had riskier assignments" Ahsoka tells him.

"But unlike Barriss and Kitty, you aren't prepared for this mission" he states.

"Not to worry, my Padawan is reliable. She can lead them both through the maze" Luminara assures him.

"Besides my squad and I won't leave their side General" I add.

"We'll be in and out, Master" Barriss adds.

"See? Dependable Barriss and the Amazons will get us through" Ahsoka tells Skywalker. "Don't worry, Master. As you well know, I can follow orders" she states. So finalized the plan. Kitty informed the rest of our squad and they weren't pleased. But agreed to not stop us.

(Time skip)

We entered the catacombs without a problem. But it feels like we've been walking for hours. Ahsoka and Izzy carrying the charges. "Man how did you guys memorize all these twists and turns? I'm already lost" Izzy states.

"With patience" Kitty says.

"So who are you guys? I've never heard of you before" Ahsoka says.

"We're new" Kitty says with a shrug. "I'll scout ahead" she says and leaves us. Barriss leads the rest of us. We soon reach a group of sleeping Geonosians, Kitty waiting on the other side of them. She beacons us over to her silently.

"We have to find another way" Ahsoka whispers.

"We don't have time" I tell her.

"Besides, this direction is the fastest and Kitty got through" Barriss adds.

"Maybe you both are wrong" Ahsoka says.

"Quiet, or you'll wake them" I order.

"Trust me" Barriss says and heads forward crawling. We follow her. We made it through to the other side without waking them. Even though one of their arms fell on Barriss.

"This way" Kitty whispers and we continued on. "Left at the next junction" she says and reach a dead end. "This doesn't make sense" she mutters.

"That's because it's not left, it's up" Barriss corrects her looking up. We follow to see another tunnel.

"You're right commander" Kitty says. "Maybe you should lead" she offers. Barriss nods and jumps into the tunnel first. We follow her one by one, Ahsoka bring up the rear. When we reach the next level Barriss takes us down the left tunnel saying that's where the main control room is.

I feel something is wrong. "Kitty, double back. I think we're being follow" I whisper to her. She nods her head and slips away. I signal to Izzy to be quiet as we follow the padawans.

We soon reach the main control room. Izzy and Ahsoka start to set the charges. Barriss looks at me confused and I signal her to remain silent. She nods her head as we keep watch. Kitty soon appears. "Sorry commander, I lost him. We had better get out of her quickly" she tells me. I nod my head.

"And now, we make ourselves scarce" Ahsoka says smiling.

"Ane watch the show" Izzy adds no doubt smirking under her helmet. Except Poggle appears with a tank, a tactical droid and a squad of Geonosian warriors. Both padawans ignite their sabers. While we clones raise our guns.

"Any ideas?" Kitty asks me.

"Fight" I say. Poggle gives a command and leaves. As the Geonosians closed in.

"You heard His Highness. Collect their pathetic little bombs, then we will kill them" the tactical droid orders. They head for the charges as the tank fires at us. Ahsoka throws a charge at it. It destroy the tactical droid, but doesn't even leave a scratch on the tank.

"It's shield generated!" Izzy shouts.

"Any ideas commanders?" I ask. As the Geonosians got away with the charges. The tank descends on us. Barriss jumps onto the tank and enters it, killing the droids inside. We then all join her inside.

"The bugs took the bombs" Barriss states.

"What are we gonna do now?" Ahsoka asks.

"Izzy, any ideas how we can blow this place up?" I ask her.

"Well, this tank could destroy the power generator" Izzy says.

"And probably us a long with it" Ahsoka adds.

"I don't see another option" I tell her.

"She's right, I guess it's our only choice" Barriss says.

"Dove, Joy. We're sorry" I say on the communicator.

"Sorry for what?" Joy asks confused.

"What's going on commander?" Dove asks.

"You're in charge now Dove, take care of Joy. We love you sisters" I state. Izzy and Kitty repeat it before we end the call. We look at the commanders. "We're ready" I tell them. They nod and Ahsoka fires the gun at the generator blowing it up. My world goes black.

I wake up as Izzy pulls me from the disperse with Dove. While Joy tended to Kitty. I notice the padawans ok. "Don't you ever scare me lie that again" Dove snaps.

"Sorry sister" I say weakly. "Will we live?" I ask her.

"Yes, though you five will need rest" Joy says looking up from Kitty. I get to my feet as the generals approach.

"Generals, we completed our mission" I tell them. "Allow me to introduce the rest of my squad, Dove our pilot and engineer. Joy our nurse and sniper" I state.

"A pleasure" Luminara says.

"You guys did good, thank you for protecting the padawans" Skywalker says.

"It's our duty" Izzy tells him.

"Well I look forward to fighting along side you in the future" he states.

"Same" I tell him. "If you don't mind, we're going to go rest" I add. We are dismissed and return to our ship. Where Joy tends to all three of us. Before ordering us to go to bed. I get out of my armor and clean up. Before calling it a night.
