1988-1997 Toyota Hilux (N80,N90,N100,N110)

With the success of the Hilux Toyota decided to redesign and update the truck. They added the front end that you see on the 95 Tacoma just flatter. They also took away a few engine options to only 5 gas/petrol motors and 2 diesel motors. This generation of Hilux was the last Hilix sold in the us. In 95 when the Tacoma came out the Hilux wasn't selling enough after 1995 because of the Tacoma that was released for the US/Canadian market. So in 1997 Toyota pulled the Hilux out of the US/Canadian market for good. Also to note the Tacoma is a rebadged Hilux with minor changes.
