OK this one might be a few chapters long idk depends on how I want it to go, I'm still new to this... But this story is in modern era where the elementals go to school and all that, their not elemental guardians anymore but Fire spirit had to leave with the dragon cookies for business in another country and leaves only to return to find our something bad happened to Wind Archer

It was a peaceful day outside... As the sun is setting... 2 little cookies could be seen standing in the sakura tree park, watching the sunset together as the wind gently brushes threw their hair, the little wind looks at the flame with a sad expression as they did not want this day to come...

Little wind: so your... Really leaving...?
Fire: yes... I'm sorry... But don't worry! I promise I'll be back...! And when I do the first person I will ever lay my eyes on is you! Then we'll hangout again like always!
Little wind: do you promised...?
Fire: promised! I'll see you soon, ok?
Little wind: ok... Goodbye....

The little wind sadly stood there as he watches his friend leave his side and slowly fades away...
Suddenly he wakes up in a dark room with tears in his eyes one night, he sits up from his bed and looks outside the window... Trying to process all of his feelings and keeping them in place...

Wind: liar... Where are you now...?

Many years has passed by and its the first year in college! At the air port a certain hot head fire hair cookie just drop down from the air plane all excited while his dragon companions were right behind him

Lotus dragon: my~ he seems very excited to be back to this place
Pitaya dragon: grrrrr! Stop ssssswirming around Snapdragon! Dammit Ananas! Help me out here!
Ananas: no thanks, I'm pretty comfortable here
Longan dragon: *sigh* hurry up all of you... This place is suffocating with all these cookies around...
Lotus dragon: and Fire Spirit has already ran off on his own, I never thought he be so excited
Pitaya dragon: tch- of course he is, he's been nagging to come back here for weekssss!
Snapdragon: abahbahbabahbah! Kyaaaahahahaha!
Pitaya dragon: yeah, yeah whatever let's go before he burns something down without ussssss

The dragon cookies finally catches up with Fire Spirit and headed back to their home to rest for the night, later Lotus Dragon went up stairs to check on Fire Spirit and have a private chat with him

Lotus dragon: knock, knock~
Fire Spirit: I already have dinner!
Lotus dragon: yes I'm aware, just coming to check up on you, may I come in?
Fire spirit: sure come in, what's up?
Lotus dragon: I see you have your flames up in the clouds resently, what's gotten you so excited?
Fire spirit: its nothing, maybe I'm excited for this college junk, or maybe not but I just hope to see him again!
Lotus dragon: you mean that little friend who you carried around back in the day? Is that who you are referring to?
Fire spirit: yeah Windy! I wonder how's he's doing! Hahaha! He's going to be so surprise when he sees me again! I'll show up and go "boo! Guess who~?" Hahahahaha!
Lotus dragon: ehehehehe... Yes sounds fuuuuun... Ahem.... Well then you better get some sleep if you want to have any energy to meet your friend tomorrow... We have to go early in the morning after all
Fire spirit: yeah I got it, relax! I'll be bursting with flames and energy!

Lotus dragon exits Fire Spirit cookies room and then went in the next room with Ananas and Pitaya dragon who is holding a sleeping Snapdragon

Lotus dragon: oh dear... How are we going to tell him?
Pitaya dragon: just tell him already, he'll have to find out sooner or later
Lotus dragon: don't you recall what happened the last time we delivered bad news to him?! He almost burnt off Longan dragons horns!
Ananas dragon: well its not like we have any other choice, either we tell him now or the guy is gonna burn the whole school down
Pitaya dragon: thats worth looking forward too
Lotus dragon: you 2 are such fools can't you tell? His puppy love has turned into a actual romantic feelings for that little cookie! The moment we tell him what happended, its not just the school thats going to burn down
Pitaya dragon: argh its his fault for falling head over flames for some little cookie, he'll just have to figure it out on his own, now be quiet, it took me a entire day to finally get Snapdragon to sleep, little thing has been doing around places without rest for the whole flight

Meanwhile in Fire Spirit cookies room, he was looking back on old photos of him and Wind when they were little, mostly picture of him holding Winds hand while he hides his face behind his scarf science he was very shy back then, Fire Spirit smiles widely at the old fond memories then he closes the book and lay down on his bed to look outside the window and look at the moon

Fire Spirit: just wait for me Windy... I'll see you really soon...
