Heeeey , I'm sorry , I know this is a bit surprising and out of nowhere , but this is the last chapter of the book . There will be an Epilogue , Character Asks & Answers , then it's officially over . It's a short fic , after all .

-Two Years Later-

Harry got into his black Amber suit along with all the other firefighters , his heart beating loudly in his chest .

The ambulance arrived , and they started setting up the scene . 

They opened the ladder up to the top of the second floor of the firestation , the ambulance pulled out the stretcher to make it look like everything was real .

Liam patted Harry's shoulder , "Let's hope he believes it ."

"Yeah . I think he will , to be honest ." Harry said with a smile , Liam led him towards the other firefighters and paramedics so they can have the last talk before they start acting .

"Alright , I'm going to call Louis now , so they'll be here in a few minutes . Everyone remembers what they need to do ?"

Everyone nodded , Liam nodded and pulled his phone out , calling Louis .

"Hello ?"

The moment Liam signalled Louis answered , the medics and firefighters started calling in the background , "Get the stretcher !" "Everyone back away !"

"Hey , Lou , I need you to get to the firestation now ."

"What ? D-did something happen ?"

"We were practicing and Harry fell on his back from the top of the ladder , we need you here ."

"I'll b-be right there ."

The line went dead , Liam chuckled softly and looked up at everyone , "He fell for it , he'll be here in a few ."

~A month ago~

"Do you have any ideas ?" Liam asked , Harry nodded with a smile , "Yeah . But I'm going to need some help ."

"Shoot . Whatever you need ."

"Alright , uhm , so the idea is , we'll open up the ladder like we had a practice and all , and you'll call Louis to tell him I fell from the top of the ladder . And when he gets here , he'll see me on the floor with the medics 'taking care of me' , then I'll do it ."

"I have a friend who's a medic , I can ask him to come over with an ambulance ."

"Great , thanks mate , it means a lot ." Harry patted Liam's shoulder , Liam smiled , "Of course . I still can't believe you're going to do this ."

Harry got into position on his back on the ground , two medics kneeled next to him to make it seem like they're taking care of him .

A few minutes later they heard a car parking outside the station , and they started acting out .

"Get the stretcher ." One of the medics , Liam's friend Andy , told the other medic , who ran to the ambulance .

"Harry I need you to stay awake , okay ? Listen to my voice ." Andy looked down to Harry , who was staring up not moving .

Louis ran up to them in tears , Niall and Zayn right behind him . "Where is he ?" He asked Paul , who pointed to the ground , where Harry was surrounded by the firefighters .

His breath hitched and he ran up to him , "Harry , oh god ." He tried getting over to him but Paul held him back , "You can't get closer ."

Louis struggled , "No ! No , let me see him !" He pushed at Paul's arms , trying to get to Harry . A few seconds later Paul let go of him , Louis turned to Harry but froze in his spot when he saw Harry down on one knee in front of him as the firefighters and paramedics stood around him in half a circle , a large sign behind him , Will You Marry Me ?

Harry opened the small box and smiled at him from under the helmet , "Louis , will you marry me ?"

Louis was shocked , a hand covering his gaped mouth . He found himself walking closer to Harry until Harry could hold his hand , he looked down to him , "Y-yes ."

"Yes ?"

"Yes ."

Everyone cheered and clapped , Harry stood up and slid the small ring on Louis' finger , chuckling softly when the boy had tears down his cheeks .

"Don't cry , Angel ." He wrapped his arms around him , hugging him as close as he could with the Amber suit .

"You scared me so bad ." Louis mumbled into his chest , Harry laughed lightly , "That was a part of the plan ." He pulled back , pressing their lips together .

Louis pressed his hands to his cheeks , and pulled back to slap him softly , "Never scare me like this again ." He wiped his cheeks , making everyone around them laugh .

Harry took off his helmet and placed it on Louis' head , smiling down at him , "I love you ."

"Love you too ." Louis smiled , Harry kissed him once more before he was snatched away by the other firefighters , who attacked him in a hug and happy calls .

Louis giggled , Zayn and Niall went over to him and hugged him , Zayn wiped his cheeks , "I can't believe you're engaged ."

"Me neither ." Louis shook his head with a smile , "But it's Harry , and I can't be happier ."

"Do you know how hard it was keeping it away from you for two weeks ? I mean , Niall with his big mouth almost spilled it out a few times ." Zayn slapped the back of Niall's head , Niall winced and slapped his arm , "Shut it , I deserve a medal for lasting longer than a few hours ."

Harry's friends then went over to hug Louis , he smiled and hugged them , laughing when they apologized for scaring him nearly to death .

Harry held his hand as he led him into the station , where he took off the Amber suit and placed it near his locker .

"Come on , dinner is ready ." Harry wrapped his arm around him and walked him into the kitchen , where the table was getting set up .

Louis sat down with Zayn on one side and Harry on the other , the firefighters joined and soon the table was filled , Harry helped Paul and Oli bring the food to the table .

"Just so you know , Louis ," Charlie said , "Harry was a nervous wreck for three weeks straight . He kept going on how you wouldn't believe when we'd call you or you'd say no , but come on , how can you say no to this dimple ?" He reached to poke Harry's dimple , Harry slapped his hand away , "Fuck off , mate ."

Louis giggled , Noah nodded , "It's true , though , he kept running around making sure everything is perfect to the smallest things . He really loves you ."

"Yeah , I call him whipped cream whenever I hear him on the phone with you ." Anton added , Harry chuckled and shook his head .

Harry and Louis watched the video one of the firefighters took of the proposal , Louis covered his face in embarrassment as he watched himself struggling against Paul to get to Harry .

"That's so embarrassing ." Louis sighed , Harry smiled and shook his head , "I think it's cute that you worry about me ."

"How can I not worry about you ? You risk your life , I almost lost you a few months ago in that field fire ." Louis cuddled into Harry's chest .

"I know , I guess the adrenaline was taking over and I didn't notice things around me ." Harry held him closer and kissed the top of his head , "But it's my job , I already told you ."

"Yeah , I remember ." Louis sighed and lifted his head up to kiss his cheek , "I'm really proud of you , but I'm worried that one day you won't come back ."

"I'll always come back to you ." Harry smiled , "You're my home ." He caressed his cheek and kissed his forehead .

Louis smiled wider , "You're my home too ." He lifted himself up a little to reach his lips , pressing their lips together .

~~

-A year later-

"I pronounce you a husband and husband . Mr and Mr Styles . You may now kiss the groom ." The priest smiled at the two , Harry grabbed Louis' waist as he pulled him closer , pressing their lips together .

Everyone cheered and clapped , Louis cupped Harry's cheeks and smiled against his lips . Their friends surrounded them in a group hug , squeezing them playfully .

The celebration went on to the hall , they danced , drank a little , cut the cake , and watched the cute little clip from the proposal , with an addition their friends made them .

As the celebrations were over , Harry had a sleepy Louis in his lap , as he watched Niall , Liam , Zayn , Oli , Noah , Charlie and Ben still tipsily dancing , though there was no music .

He looked down to Louis and kissed his forehead , "Ready for the honeymoon ?"

Louis smiled and nodded , "Yeah . I'm super tired though ." He yawned , as if proving his tiredness .

"The flight is tomorrow night , we'll go home , have a good night's sleep , and save some celebrations for our first night in Paris ." Harry whispered to him , Louis smiled wider and nodded , "Sounds like a plan ."

Harry lifted his head up and kissed him , "Come on now , let's get everyone home ."

They said goodbye to their friends and families , Harry helped Louis into the passenger's seat and got in the driver's , taking them home .

Louis fell asleep by the time they got home , Harry carried him inside and placed him on the bed , taking his shoes off .

Louis woke up and yawned , "Hazza , we need a shower ."

"Aren't you too tired ? We could shower in the morning ." Harry sat next to him , a hand softly rubbing his belly .

"I am , but we're all sweaty and gross ." Louis rubbed his eyes , smiling as Stone jumped on th bed next to him .

"Alright , I'll go get us some clothes , you get the shower ready ." Harry leaned in to peck his nose before helping him out of bed .

"Here's your room ." The french woman smiled at the two as she used the key card to open their room and handed it to Harry .

Harry thanked her and tipped her , Louis took his suitcase and walked inside , letting Harry handle the other two they brought .

They placed the suitcases in the corner of the room , Harry hung the small note on the doorhandle from the outside oart of the door and closed it , locking it behind him .

Louis looked around the room in awe , smiling at the beautiful view they had to the city . Harry wrapped his arms around him from behind , "A beautiful room for a beautiful angel ."

Louis giggled softly and leaned into him , "Even after three years you still manage to make me blush ."

"That's my intention ." Harry kissed his cheek , then down to his neck . Louis turned to face him and wrapped his arms around his neck , Harry smiled and back him up to the bed , both laughing softly as they fell on it .

"Are you tired ?" Harry asked , kissing up and down his neck .

"Not too tired for this , that's for sure ." Louis said , giggling as Harry chuckled against his neck .

Harry smiled as he watched Louis' eyelids shutting softly , before opening again and blinking the tiredness away .

"Get some sleep , angel . I can tell you're holding yourself back ." Harry kissed the tip of his nose , Louis shook his head , "No , I'm okay ." But them he yawned , making Harry chuckle .

"I don't want to fall asleep just yet ." Louis scooted closer , Harry tighten his grip around him and pressed their lips softly , smiling as Louis' small hand reached up for his cheek .

"I love you , Angel ." Harry caressed his bare waist , Louis smiled , "I love you too , Hazza ."

I have a quick note about Harry's proposal to Louis ; it's not my idea , I took it from one of the firefighters in my station , that's kind of how he proposed to his wife last year . She's a paramedic , and got a call that a firefighter fell from the top , unconscious , bleeding from his ear , broken lower limbs . She knew it wasn't him because it's not his shift , but thinking it was one of his friends , it still made her worry . She reached the station and ran up to the firefighters , who were standing around him , and when she reached them she saw him kneeled down with a 'will you marry me' sign behind him , held by two firefighters . It was all cute and amazing , and I loved it , so I took the idea .

Also , next update is the last one . Yeah XD
