You blink a few times, slowly registering the scene before you. The room, was on fire. The source? The mute man Corazon. "Dammit Corazon!" You and little Law curse. You go over, swiftly stomping out the flames while Law tries to save his research papers. "My room/papers!" You and Law growl at the same time. Corasan shifts and starts to get up, looking a bit guilty. You grab him by the jacket.
"Oh no you dont," You say, pulling him back down to the chair he was sitting in. "Don't move," You tell him, pointing at him. He nods slightly, and you and Law put out the rest of the flames. "Thanks Law," You tell the boy. He nods and goes out. You close the door behind him before turning to Corasan.
"I'm guessing you came into my room for something? Or did you catch my room on fire on purpose?" You question, folding your arms. He rights in his notepad and holds it up.
'Sorry,'
"Alright, what did you come in here for?" You ask. He shrugs off his coat, and you catch sight of blood. "Oh," You breath, grabbing your kit. "Why don't you just go to Jora? She is the doctor here," You point out.
'She's not as gentle as you.'
"What makes you think I'm gentle?" You question, carefully removing his shirt. He shrugs slightly. You start working on the wound. "Sorry for snapping at you earlier... I've had a long day," You murmur. He snaps his fingers, making you pause and glance up.
"What was that for?" You ask.
"So I can talk to you without being found out," He replies.
"Oh.... Oh my god you just-" He covers your mouth.
"You don't need to yell.... Yes I just spoke, please don't tell anyone," He murmurs. You could only stare at him in shock. He seems a bit worried suddenly. "I shouldn't have said anything," He sighs, turning away. You blink, suddenly feeling guilty.
"So you've been able to speak this whole time?" You ask as you finish bandaging him up.
"Yes..." He admits.
"So, why do you want to talk to me all of a sudden?" You question. He shifts slightly.
"... I've always wanted to talk to you," He admits. You pause, looking up at him.
"Really? Why?" You ask. He looks at you for a long time.
"Because I'm in love with you," He confesses. You blink in clear shock. He looks away when you don't say anything. "I'm sorry for throwing this all on you suddenly... I'll leave you alone now," He says, getting to his feet and starting for the door. You swiftly get up and grab his hand, turning him around. He looks over in surprise and you swiftly bring your lips to his. Corasan totally froze.
