SYNOPSIS

Heartbroken and feeling alone, Nyx leaves behind her hometown and everything she's ever known in the hopes of moving on from the devastation in her past. And then a chance encounter with a hunter clad in a leather jacket and biker boots flips her life completely upside down for the second time in just one Summer. This new man quickly becomes her safety net as she's learning how to navigate the darkness in the world that she was thrust into.

Now, the teenager's traveling the country and killing monsters that she once believed to be nothing more than scary stories. Bit by bit, this new life helps the terrified girl stop running and put the pieces of herself back together. But that doesn't mean there aren't other forces at work still trying to tear her down.
