The Balardian Empire

Capital: Rodiranga 

The Climate: Cold in the North (not freezing cold) and very normal in the rest of the Empire.

Current Ruler is Emperor Terence III who currently at age 73. 

Military: It is easily the strongest. It has Wyvern Riders from the North and Pegasus Knights from the South. However, the possibility of facing three enemies who are all far away from each other forced the military to split into three main forces each guarding a front. It also has the powerful Crossbows in which Lady Knights, Archers, Snipers, Hunters, Bow Knights, Bow Paladins and etc are grateful for its effectiveness in battle.

Unique Classes for example:

Lady Knight: Females who are willing to risk their lives in battle like their counterparts. They can wield Crossbows and Swords. They promote into the Bow Knight (gain the ability to wield bows) or Holy Paladin (can heal with staffs.) (They are a Tier 1 class)

Fortress Knight: A strong immovable object and that design for the frontlines of combat. They can wield Axes, Lances and Heavy Shields. Can promote into General or Great Knight. 

Others: It is the most advanced out all of the nations in terms of technology as it has the best infrastructure, agriculture and weaponry. 

League of Crild 

Capital: Otmysh

Climate: Nearly the same as in the Empire but worse in most ways. 

Current Leader is Bessa Pesaresi 

Military: It strong in the South but very weak in the North as they mostly placed their defences in the South. 

Others: It pretty solid in the South but in the North is where problems lay as it mostly desert or just cold.

Duchy of Chertia 

Captial: Geauchray 

Climate: Rainforest and Jungle. So it mostly raining up there.

Current Leader: Chertia Dawnheart the niece of the current Emperor. 

Military: the same tech as the Empire but they are more of a vessal state and due to the rainforest and jungle railroad takes much longer to build.

Others: It a vessel of the Empire as it holds a lot of valuable resources like wood, iron, steel, coal, and etc. 

Confederation of Viragra 

Capital: Niromardin 

Climate: Mostly balanced.

Current Leader is Martel Demy

Military: Decently strong but due to the wide border it has to cover it pretty thinly spread out. 

Others: It one of the nations that broke off from the Empire.

Orranian Union

Capital: Walisbume 

Climate: Warm and pretty perfect there. 

Current Leader is Adelard Gallizio 

Military: Not very strong at all. It suffers the same problem as the Confederation but has the defend the shorelines too. 

Others: It also one of the nations that broke off from the Empire.

and those other small nations...they aren't worth talking about. They are just puppets, trade companies and neutral parties.
