There are two big major parties within the Council in which everyone should know about. One of them is the

The Twin Eagle of the Sword: 

They are a Royalist party of the Baladian Empire that controls the majority of the seats in the upper and middle council. They have the most seats in the lower council as well but not the majority. 

They believe in the Empire and the monarchy, They strongly support the reunification of the broken bits of the Empire that broke apart, they also support higher education, research, military equipment, grand projects, better medical equipment, better farming equipment and better means of production. However, they oppose the idea of free health care, unions, and the idea of not having a monarchy. 

They have: 42 out 50 seats in the Higher Council 

94 seats out of 150  in the Middle Council

and 131 seats out of 300 in the Lower Council 

The other party is

The Angelic Wings of Freedom 

They are more towards the anti-monarch and believe that "no one person shall rule everyone" and that the people should decide who becomes the leader. They don't hold any majorities within the council but they are still pretty solid overall. 

They believe in freedom and the idea of taking some of the riches away to support the overall people. They strongly support peace between the other nations. They also support free education, free land among the framers, standard wages, public works, supporting the poor, unions, free health care and more freedom overall. However, they strongly oppose the idea of military research or anything like that alongside war. 

They have only 4 seats out of 50 in the Higher council 

36 out of 150 seats in the Middle Council

113 seats out of 3000 in the Lower Council.
