Now for Fire emblem rules

Fliers can not be hit by any melee weapon unless it user descend to attack. Ranged weapons can attack filers alongside magic. Wind Magic, Bows and Crossbows are the most accurate at taking down filers. 

Crossbows don't use strength instead it replies on it might. 

The range has been changed: 0=melee range, 1= close range, 2 and well..so on = long range. 

Magic=Resistance

Shields can have a chance of blocking the attack depending on how skilled the user is. (It Berwick Saga system)

Spears gain extra attack when charging 

Lances can't counter-attack or be countered alongside dealing massive damage while charging.

If the target gets hit that target doesn't counter attack but you don't double either. Unless the attacker missed his attack, doesn't get hit by the counter-attack and still has enough speed...then he can double. 

Bow/Crossbow/Ballistician users can have the overwatch ability (like Berwick Saga)where they can attack anyone that enters their range. (Like XCOM overwatch.)

Bows use arrows and Crossbows/Ballista use bolts. Each of the Arrows/Bolts can have different effects like dealing extra damage or ignoring shields. 

Canto only works if you don't get hit by a counter-attack.

Swords are the most accurate. Spears deal extra damage when charging. Axes deal the most damage but are the most inaccurate out of the three. 

Daggers ignore Defence and Shields but often have shity might. 

Some Swords, Spears and Axes can completely ignore shields. 

Some Daggers have nasty effects.

Arrows, Swords, Spears, Lances, Daggers, and Axes can have a magical effect within them but are very very rare!.

Growth rates are....pretty low and it more depending on skills. 

Horses can die...and you need to replace them...with gold. Same with fliers. 

Units can only be captured if they were injured in battle.
