After Y/N calmed down, her Teacher who found him at the verge of breakdown, Ms. Guillard, who is a French American teacher, took him to a more safe area as he saw Y/N was hungry.

Ms. Guillard and his beloved ace student entered a coffee shop in Downtown Detroit named "King's Cafe."

The bar owner and also one of the bartenders, an Afro-American male named Kerry, walked up to both if them.

Kerry: Hey, Ms. Guillard, i see you're not alone.

Ms. Guillard smiles at Kerry.

Ms. Guillard: Bonjour, Kerry! Well, this poor guy over here is Y/N, he's one of my students who recently graduated today and one of the best students i've seen on Seven Mile High.

Kerry: I see. Wassup, homeboy?

Y/N gives Kerry a small smile, appreciating the homeboy nickname.

Y/N: Wassup, Kerry. Ms. Guillard told me about you.

Kerry chuckles as he pulls out his tablet.

Kerry: Anyway, what would you like?

Y/N: I'll have a Croissant and some Hot Chocolate.

Ms. Guillard: I'll have the same as my cutie here.

Y/N blushes at Ms. Guillard calling him cutie, to which she giggles and Kerry chuckles.

Ms. Guillard: Aww! Are you blushing, ma cherie?

Kerry finishes noting down.

Kerry: Okay, i'll bring it to you ASAP.

After a few minutes during a conversation between, Y/N and Ms. Guillard receive their Croissants and Hot Chocolate from Kerry.

Kerry: There you go!

Kerry also brings the bill, which worries Y/N, but Ms. Guillard reassures him.

Ms. Guillard: I'll pay it, Y/N, don't worry, i'm the one who wanted to invite you.

Y/N nods and sighs in relief.

Ms. Guillard: Bon appetit!

Ms. Guillard pays the bill and then she and Y/N start to eat, with our fellow boy eating like there's no tomorrow, which causes her teacher to smirk and tease him.

Ms. Guillard: You sure are hungry, mon amie.

Y/N stops for a moment, looking at Ms. Guillard, blushing.

Y/N: Well, my parents used to deny me food and only fed me at night.

Ms. Guillard looks at Y/N with concern and sympathy.

Ms. Guillard: Je suis desole, Y/N.

Y/N: It's fine, Ms. Guillard. Atleast i'm free from their claws now.

Ms. Guillard and Y/N finish their breakfast, our boy looking at her teacher with a glint of hope.

Y/N: So, what are we gonna do, madame? I don't have anywhere to go.

Ms. Guillard: Don't worry, mon amie. I know what to do.

Y/N and Ms. Guillard head for Ms. Guillard's car, which is a Crimson Red Ford Fiesta.

Both hop in, with Y/N riding shotgun.

Ms. Guillard: Sit tight, i know what to do given you're not 21 yet.

Both of them fasten their seatbelt, the engine roars to life and Ms. Guillard tunes into the "Detroit Rap FM" radio, hosted by DJ Green Lantern.

DJ Green Lantern: This is the Evil Genius speaking, DJ Green Lanterm, we've got a guest calling right now.

The guest turns out to be Eminem.

Eminem: Yo, Genius, this is your dog, Eminem here, i'd like to request if you can play "Without Me" please, thanks a lot.

"Without Me" by Eminem starts to play.

DJ Green Lantern: Right on it. Playing "Without Me" by Eminem, this one's a classic hit.

Y/N, who is a big fan of Eminem, is seen vibing to the song, Ms. Guillard giggles.

They eventually arrive at the Detroit Courts near the Town Hall between Midtown and Downtown Detroit.

Ms. Guillard parks on the parking lot, Y/N and her hop out and walk in together.

There, Ms. Guillard leads Y/N to a certain spot where he can fill a paper of his request.

The secretary attendant there, looks at Y/N.

Secretary Attendant: What can i help you with?

Y/N looks at her, clearing his throat.

Y/N: Hello, uh, i'd like to fill an emancipation paper.

She nods.

Secretary Attendant: I see... Do you have your ID with you?

Y/N pulls out his Passport ID from his pocket and shows it to her.

The attendant checks it, and notices he's under 21, then gives it back to him and pulls out the Emancipation papers while handing him a pen to fill them.

Y/N fills them, explaining his situation and reasons of why he wants to emancipate, then signs the papers and hands it to them.

Secretary Attendant: There we go.

The Secretary Attendant reads them before sending them.

Secretary Attendant: Please wait on the waiting room, i'll contact Child Protection Services in the meanwhile.

Y/N nods and he walks to the waiting room with Ms. Guillard, who comforts him while sitting there by petting him, fixing his hair and caressing him.
