"Annette!" Byleth called out, "Felix! Go!"

Dimitri impaled a mage and cried out, "This is our opening! Finish it!"

Annette gripped her wand and charged Edelgard, casting Cutting Gale, sending out a wind sharp as a blade that sliced Edelgard, who in her last moments as a monster, countered with scorching flames.

Felix cried out, "Annette!"

He shoved her out to the way, burning him and the magical energy slamming him into a nearby statue, shattering his ribcage. Annette rushed to him, crying out, "Felix!"

Felix looked up and saw her face, he reached out to her, "Annette? Did... did we do it?"

"Stay with me," she begged, "Stay with me! Please! Help! Mercedes!"

"Can you do something for me?" Felix requested.

Annette began to cry, but nodded as Felix's breathing began to slow.

Annette kissed Felix as he tried his hardest to hold on. He saw his brother and father in a large grassy field with members of the Black Eagels. Everyone seemed happy as Edlegard walked past Felix, greeting him with a smile, "Well you got here quick didn't you?"

"So soon son?" His dad asked, approaching him.

"No," Felix shook his head, "I have business in the living world still."

"We will wait for you," His father assured him, "You just have to hold on. Breath. Go back..."

"Come on," Mercedes begged, "Work. Oh Goddess help me. Please."

Felix opened his eyes, Annette cried with joy and hugged him.

"You're OK!" She cried out.

"I wouldn't leave my princess," Felix joked, "Not so soon."

Mercedes helped Felix to his feet as he leaned on Annette.

"So..." Felix joked, "Shall we celebrate with steaks and cakes?"
