(Readers POV)

Maria just got done telling her story about how she lost her eyes.

(Y/N): So you were a huntress?

Maria: I was.

I looked at everyone else and they looked surprised. I guess they never thought an old lady was once a cool, Grimm killing huntress.

Qrow: You're... the Grimm Reaper, you were a legend! Then you disappeared.

Oscar: How does a legend just disappear?

Qrow: You never used your name, never showed your face. Lots of us thought you were just layin' low. Eventually, we just came to accept that you were probably dead. But the stories about you, I based my weapon off of yours. I wanted to be as good as the Grimm Reaper.

Maria: Well, I'm nothing but a disappointment, so you're well on your way.

Blake: How can you say that?

Maria: Child, a Huntress is supposed to protect others to the bitter end. But after I lost my eyes, I only ever looked after myself. Even after my surgery, I was too afraid to fight. Afraid someone would find me again, finish what the others started. You shouldn't aspire to be like me, especially when some of you are clearly stronger already.

When Maria mentioned strength, I looked down at my hand. I started to wonder, have I ever used one hundred percent of my power? Just how much more power is in me?

Maria: It's... comforting, seeing that your generation seems up to the task of inheriting this world. I'm just sorry I didn't do more to leave it in better shape.

Ruby: Well, maybe you can do something now. Teach me to use my powers the way you did.

I heard my scroll go off. Everyone turned to look at me. I got my scroll out and answered it.

(Y/N): Hello?

Sky: Thank god you answered! I have been trying to call you ever since we made it to the city!

(Y/N): The city?

I looked ahead and Yang stopped her bike on top of a hill. I can see a walled city by the ocean.

Yang: Ladies and gentlemen, we have arrived in Argus.

(Y/N): I'll see you later Sky.

Sky: Just hurry up.

The call ended. I put my scroll back in my pocket. Yang started to drive again towards Argus.

(Time skip) (Weiss's POV)

We are all in Argus. I looked around while we walked down a street. There is a crowd of people and Nora came into view.

Nora: Cute! Boy! Oz!

Oscar: Huh?

Nora came up and tackled Oscar in a hug. Jaune, Ren, Sky, and Natura walked over to us. Sky and Natura wrapped their arms around (Y/N) in a hug. (Y/N) wrapped his arms around them.

Sky: I'm happy to see you all are ok!

Natura: Sky was worried sick about you, leader.

(Y/N): You guys should have been. We went through a lot today.

Weiss: That's an understatement.

Nora: Hey, who's the old lady?

Blake: I'm so glad you're all safe.

Weiss: Seriously.

Nora: You guys are going to love this place. Let's show you around.

Sky and Natura broke their hug with (Y/N). We all started to walk and we got onto a trolley.

(Y/N): Wow. I never been on a trolley before.

Sky: You said earlier that you guys went through a lot today. Care to tell me what happened?

(Y/N): Ok, where to start? We found an abandoned farm town and we almost died.

Sky: Almost died?!

(Y/N): Yeah. There was a type of Grimm called the Apathy. They make people tired and we barely got out of there.

After a bit of riding on the trolley, it stopped and we stepped off.

Blake: We should probably start looking for a ship.

Oscar: So where have you guys been staying at?

Jaune: Uh...

Saphron: There you are!

We looked over and saw a blonde woman with a baby boy in her arms.

Yang: Is that...?

Sky: Yep, it's his sister Saphron with her kid Adrian.

(Time skip)

Everyone is inside of Saphron's house.

Ruby: I can't believe I'm meeting Jaune's sister! I have so many questions.

Nora: Oh, I can give you the rundown later.

Jaune: Will you guys knock it off?

Saphron: What? I love telling stories about my baby brother.

She squeezes Jaune's cheek. He flailed his arms to get her hand away.

Jaune: I'm not a baby! That's a baby!

He pointed at Adrian. Adrian huffed at Jaune. He looks so cute! Me and Yang went up to him.

Yang: Aww, you're so cute! Yes you are! Look at your little face!

Weiss: Aww, coochie-coochie!

Blake: So Saphron, you're the only Arc living here?

Saphron: Yep! Moved the second I could. Jaune and I are the only two living away from home. I guess he just wanted to be like his big sis.

Jaune: I, uh...

Saphron: Aw, you didn't deny it!

I looked over and (Y/N) walked up to me.

Weiss: Is there something you need (Y/N)?

(Y/N): Well, I want to see if Argus has an arcade. I was wondering if you wanted to go with me?

Weiss: I'm not in the mood to play games. Here.

I gave him some money.

Weiss: Go nuts.

(Y/N): Thanks Weiss! You're the best!

He gave me a quick kiss. I feel my face heat up. (Y/N) quickly rushed out the house.

Sky: You really don't want to go with him? What if he gets lonely?

Weiss: It's (Y/N). He will be fine.

(Readers POV)

I ran down the street and looked around to see if there is an arcade or anyplace that has games to play. While running, I bumped into someone. I fell on my butt.

(Y/N): Ow. I'm sorry.

I looked around and I didn't see anyone. I'm now confused.

(Y/N): Who or what did I just hit?

I got up and continued my search for a place with games. I got the feeling of being watched. I ran past an alleyway. I felt someone grab my shoulder and pulled me into the alleyway.

(Y/N): What the? What's going on?

I turned my head and saw a pink and brown haired girl.

(Y/N): What do you want? I don't have any money if that's what you want.

That's a lie, but it might get me out of being robbed. The girl just smiled at me. I heard footsteps coming from behind her. I looked behind her and a dude in a hood walked up to me.

Torn: It's been awhile.

He took of the hood.

(Y/N): Torn?!

I took a step back. He sighed at me.

Torn: You make it sound like you're surprised to see me.

(Y/N): Well, yeah I'm surprised! Why are you here?

Torn: I need your help.

I gave him skeptical look.

(Y/N): Are you actually Torn?

Torn: I'll explain later idiot. Can me and Neo get some food? We are kinda hungry.

(Y/N): Sure! I'm sure Jaune's sister wouldn't mind two more people.

Torn: His sister is here?

(Y/N): Yeah, follow me.

I ran out the alleyway. I looked behind me and they are following behind me. We quickly made it back to Saphron's house. I opened the door and walked in. Torn and Neo stayed outside.

Weiss: That's was fast.

Sky: Too fast.

I looked and everyone is eating food.

(Y/N): Hey, I see you guys got food ready. Do you guys have enough for two more people?

Saphron: Two more people?

Torn and Neo walked in.

Yang and Natura: YOU!
