(Readers POV)

Me, Weiss, and Yang all walked outside of the tent. Yang's mom wasn't there. I looked around, but saw nothing happen.

Yang: Mom?

Weiss: Yang, are you ok?

Yang: I'll be fine once we can get her to take us to Ruby.

Weiss: It's ok if... you're not ok.

Yang: You didn't believe what she said, right?

Weiss: I... of course not. Well, not all of it. It was crazy. We have Dust, Semblances... But, I mean, there's no such thing as magic.

(Y/N): I don't. Grimm having a master, magic, Ozpin lying to people, it sounds unreal.

After I said that, I heard a bird caw. I looked over and saw a black bird flying around.

(Y/N): A crow?

Weiss: That's a raven.

(Y/N): How can you tell? Crows and ravens are both black birds.

Weiss: Ravens are huge compared to crows.

(Y/N): You that why?

Yang: I've... seen that bird before.

Weiss: Maybe it belongs to your mom?

So, Weiss just dodged my question. The raven continued to fly around. It went towards some trees and started to fly between them. The bird shape-shifted into Yang's mom. She lands back on the ground and looked at us.

Yang: How... did you do that?

Raven: Well, I could tell you...

She pulled out her sword and slashed it behind her. A red portal opened up where she slashed.

Raven: or you could ask your uncle.

Yang: You're letting us go?

Raven: I'm giving you a choice. Stay here, with me, and I'll answer all your questions and more. We can have a fresh start.

She glared at Yang, like she is staring into her soul.

Raven: Or you can go back to Qrow and join Ozpin's impossible war against Salem, and meet the same fate as so many others. But can you really go back to trusting someone that's kept so much from you?

Yang: All I care about is making sure my sister is safe.

Yang and Weiss got on Yang's bike. Yang turned it on and was about to drive through the portal.

Raven: Yang. If you side with your uncle, I may not be as kind the next time we meet...

Yang: You weren't kind this time either.

Yang and Weiss went through the portal.

(Y/N): Um... thanks for the tea.

I ran through the portal. I looked around and I'm now at a completely different place. I looked forward.

Qrow: I thought Raven was showing up. I wasn't expecting three kids.

Yang: Hey uncle Qrow. Where is Ruby?

Qrow: Follow me.

(Time skip)

Qrow led me, Weiss, and Yang to a house. We walked inside and it looked really nice.

Qrow: I'm back!

Ruby: Be right there!

I heard Ruby shout somewhere from the house. After waiting a bit, Ruby didn't show up yet.

Qrow: Hey, uh, Ruby?

Ruby: I'm coming!

I heard footsteps. Ruby walked into the room, looking down and holding a tea tray. I just finished a cup of tea, I don't want more.

Ruby: So, we didn't know how many people were coming, so we just cooked all of it.

She looked up and gasped. She dropped the tray as she looked at me, Weiss, and Yang.

Ruby: Yang, I... I'm so sorry! I- I should've stayed, and I should've talked to you more! I'd- I just...

Tears started to pour from Ruby's eyes.

Ruby: I wasn't sure if you wanted me around and-

Yang walked up to her and hugged her.

Yang: I love you.

Ruby: I love you too.

I looked up and saw Jaune, Ren, and Nora walk in. They smiled as they watched Yang and Ruby embracing each other. Qrow is also smiling. I saw a boy I haven't seen before walk in.

Oscar: Uh...

Weiss wiped a tear from her eye. She frowned and looked down.

Ruby: Weiss.

She looked up and Ruby and Yang have their arms open. Weiss smiled and joined the hug. This is so touching, I think I might shed a tear. They eventually stopped and stood up. I heard some wings flapping behind me. Before I could turn around, I was picked up and went above the floor.

Sky: Did you miss me or did you miss me?

I looked back to see Sky smiling at me.

(Y/N): Sky!

Sky: (Y/N)!

She placed me back on the ground and gave me a tight hug. She wrapped her wings around me too.

Sky: I'm so glad to see you again!

(Y/N): I missed you so much! Where are Torn and Natura?

Sky stopped smiling and she let go of me.

Sky: We need to talk.

(Y/N): Alright.

Ruby: We are making food right now. It should be ready when you two get back.

Sky: Good. Follow me.

I nodded my head. Me and Sky walked outside.

(Y/N): What do you want to talk about?

Sky: Torn isn't on our side anymore.

(Y/N): What?!

Sky: You're surprised? He attacked you during the fall of Beacon.

(Y/N): I thought he just did that to be a jerk.

Sky sighed.

Sky: Listen, he is dangerous. I barely was able to beat him.

(Y/N): You fought him?

Sky: Yeah. He gained this ability that allows him to take others DNA. He was able to take some of mine and got wings from it.

(Y/N): That's insane. Why would he-

I stopped myself. He changed sides? So that means that the Grimm actually do have a leader. Yang's mom was one hundred percent right.

(Y/N): This is bad.

Sky: Yeah. And I have a feeling that Natura might be in trouble too.

I looked down and clenched my fists.

(Y/N): This makes me mad.

Sky: Me too. But we shouldn't get too caught up in it. Let's just be glad that we are with each other again.

I took a deep breath and calmed myself down.

(Y/N): Yeah, I guess you're right. Let's get something to eat.

I was about to walk back into the house, but Sky stopped me.

(Y/N): Is something wrong?

Sky reached for her back pocket and pulled out a small box.

Sky: I made a gift to give to you when we met up again.

(Y/N): Thanks Sky.

I took the small box from her and opened it. It's a necklace made with a brown thread. I grabbed it and it has five pink feathers on it.

Sky: I made it with some of the feathers from my wings. I made so that if we ever split up again, I can still be with you.

(Y/N): You didn't have to do that.

Sky: I already made it.

I guess she's right. I put the necklace around my neck.

Sky: Looks good on you. Now, let's get some food.

We walked back in the house. I looked around and saw everyone else sitting at a table. Me and Sky joined them. I'm given a plate full of food.

(Y/N): Yes. No more trail mix.
