ALEKSANDR POV

It was sort of funny to see that little kid, Jasper - I should really begin to call him with his name – jumping on Travis’ back and hug him for dear life, it reminded me of some fluffy little puppy. I can’t deny deeply inside my beast was pacing slightly annoyed, we were very jealous and possessive of Travis, but it was basically nothing. Jasper was a nice and quiet kid, I perfectly knew they were good friends; it was actually surprising to see how he opened up to all of us and eased down bit by bit. I wasn’t surprised Dima was trying to befriend him.

Speaking of the devil, where was my friend?

We haven’t seen him this morning and during our first period; didn’t even get any message from him. I hoped he was fine, a damn hard training was waiting for us today and he couldn’t leave us there alone.

“Alex man, where is Dima? He is not ditching practice, today, right?” Hayden hugged my shoulders and then punched my side with the other hand.

“No, otherwise he would have sent a message. Hmm, it’s just strange he hasn’t showed up yet, wonder what happened.” Answered River, walking right before us, messing with his phone.

I bet he was dumping his last conquest, he said he was the most boring and sticky guy.

“Maybe we should ask Jasper.” Suggested River, now turning to look at me with a smug and knowing smile.

“Err, why the little kid?” Yeah, well, Hayden was always the last to know things. “Wasn’t he scared of Dmitri?” I chuckled, my friend was hopeless sometimes.

“Dude, snap out of Diane’s world and wake up.” Derek groaned with an annoyed face.

He still hasn’t completely digest the idea of Hayden and his sister dating. Diane was two years older, it’s been a surprise for all of us at first. Hey, but Hayden is a great guy. Just a bit dense sometimes.

“C’mon, D. You know I adore your sister.” He was now patting Derek’s back with his huge and rough hands, grinning like an idiot, in a good way.

“That’s what scares me, dude.” He snorted.

River chuckled and winked at me, enjoying seeing Derek pissed off by our friend. It wasn’t easy to annoy and piss off Dee, so now he was really having fun with that. I shook my head and smirked.

Someone grabbed my arm and tried to pull me down, but it was a very feeble effort and my body and mind reacted at the same time with dangerous annoyance. When my eyes made contact with the irritating face of Erin, they shot her such an icy and warning glare, that she backed off at once.

“What do you want?” I hissed, my voice already bothered.

“Alex, don’t be so cold with me.” She tried to flirt with me, twisting her hair around her finger. She was lucky to be a girl, because I would never lift a hand against one, not even one as phony and irritating as Erin. “Can we talk a moment, alone?”

River shot me a look, as to say to keep it cool, because my blood was already fuming. What was so damn difficult to understand when you use the words “finish”, “over”, “don’t annoy me anymore”? What? I snorted and shook my head.

“Get lost Erin, I have no time to waste and we have nothing to talk about.” I turned back and went to move to next class, but she grabbed again my arm.

Now, this really pissed me off very much.

I shrugged her off harshly.

“C’mon, sweety, just few words in private.” She insisted. Argh, her calling me sweety made me want to puke, I hated her sugary and fake voice, which was anyway trembling, because she was clearly afraid of me.

“Erin, let it go, we have class now and you are just in our way.” It was River, which I knew he never liked her.

She snorted at my friend and for a moment, I felt my palms itching. She had overstepped the limit.

“I am not talking to you, River. I bet it’s you and that arrogant fag that infected Alex.” She sneered.

I felt my hand move automatically, but lucky her, Derek stopped me. River couldn’t care less for the comment, but it really angered me. No one can pass by like that after insulting my best friend and my boyfriend.

“Get the hell out of my sign, Erin. I reached my limit of patience with you, so move out of my way. Now.” I leaned closer to her, to face her now paling eyes. “And don’t dare to say another word about Travis and River. Is that clear enough?”

She just gulped and said nothing for a moment. What a shitty annoyance she was, what she wanted from me? She was pathetic, wanting to talk to me, but shrinking in fear there. I couldn’t stand her.

“So, you really are with that…that fag.” She sneered.

“Very stylish of you, missy. Still wonder how anyone could put up with you and your spoilt and insipid ego. Now, I am not as nice as Sasha is and I have no prejudice in slapping a spoilt girl. Is the message understood?”

River wasn’t serious, he was just playing with her, because he couldn’t stand the likes of her.

“Yeah sweetheart, just move along, I don’t want to get detention for you.” Said Derek, with a relaxed tone, dragging me away. I simply shot her another glare and then left.

Hayden was chuckling like a lunatic, trying to keep his laugh not too loud; Derek was doing the same. River clutched my arm and shook his head, still amused.

“Alex, man, that chick is out of her mind.” Commented Hayden, between chuckles and suffocated laughs.

“Which chick?” Asked a voice behind us.

We turned to see Dima standing there with a bemused face.

We looked at him a moment without saying anything and then registering he had a deep fresh cut on his lower lip, a bruise forming under his left eye and an amused and fucking satisfied expression. Figures. He had fought with someone and probably kicked his/their ass pretty bad, judging from his smug smirk.

“Dima, what happened?” I asked in Russian.

“Nothing much, I just had the pleasure to meet that asshole at breakfast.” He answered, in Russian, grinning in content and satisfaction.

“Err, dude. Should we ask for subtitles? What the hell happened?” Broke in Derek.

“No worries, man, just kicked the shit out of that shithead of Anatoly.” Even his voice was pleased and grinning. Bet he really had fun beating that sick bastard. Figure, it was because of the little kid, Jasper.

“What has done again that bastard?” Asked Hayden, rolling his eyes and snorting.

“Well, let’s say I had to make him pay for something.” He smirked and winked at me.

I nodded, meaning I understood.

River chuckled and seized Dima with a particular look. Something was in his mind. He had the typical cat-like look when something was amusing him.

We got called from our teacher, because we entered class later than the rest of our classmates. For all I cared.

I rolled my eyes and sat in my place, telling off our teacher with a glacial and hard stare, to drop any longer time-wasting talk. River flashed his best dazzling and charming smile and explained we had to take care of a friend of us. He was amazing at that, no one was able to resist his charismatic and polite tone. The teacher nodded and excused us, still glaring me suspiciously. I suppressed a growled and thought about Travis, about him dancing and about our hot evening.

Shit.

Thinking of his expressions and body covered in sweat and moving around the dancing room, sent me immediately hard. God, he was impossibly gorgeous and sexy, I wanted him right now. I already couldn’t wait to see him at lunch, and touch and kiss him, feeling his hands on me.

I softly groaned, and River chuckled and nudged my side.

“Stop thinking about Travis.” He joked.

“What?”

“He must be very skilled at that…”

“He drives me crazy, River. I can’t keep my hands off him.” I admitted.

“Well, it’s the same for Travis, that’s pretty clear. So, I have now two sex addicted friends. How interesting.” He mused.

I was happy River liked and considered Travis a friend.

I faked a snort and punched his shoulder; he winked and then we got back paying attention to class.

RIVER POV

Hmm, I wasn’t joking when I said before that now I had two sex addicted friends.

It wasn’t very surprising about Travis, you could tell at first he was a very physical and fired up person, but I’d never thought my best friend would be almost worse. It was very interesting.

Sasha waited for Travis outside his class and, as they saw each other, they forgot they were in school. They melted in a very hot embrace and then kissed hard.

Hmm, more likely, they made out.

I chuckled amused. I was actually curios to know more about their time together, but Sasha wasn’t the type of guy that would brag about it. It was crystal clear anyway they couldn’t keep hands off each other and that they desired each other like crazy.

It was nice to see my friend opening up like that with someone else and letting his feelings out; it made me very happy for him. But again, Travis wasn’t a common person.

Jasper, the cute and adorable kid, joined us and he had a very sweet, chocolate-like smile, wearing nice skinny jeans and a black t-shirt over another one with long sleeves. His skater boy style complimented him perfectly. He shot a glance at Travis and Sasha, probably dirty-naughty talking to each other, and blushed immediately, looking at me and tempting a relaxed smile.

“Hey Jas, how are you?”

“Uhm, hi, I am good and you?” He would only look at me through his dark hazel lashes, slightly fidgeting.

“I am perfectly fine, I got finally rid of an annoying date, couldn’t feel better.” Jasper nodded and shifted his gaze away, I knew it was easy to embarrass him, but he was just too darn cute for his own good. “Hmm, I think Dima though isn’t such well.”

He turned his dark chocolate eyes on me, now looking worried. Now, now. What we have here? I sniffed something else good in the air. I grinned evilly inside. Another friend to bug, I see.

“What do you mean? Oh boy, is he hurt?”

How cute. He had that typical innocent puppy eyes. Something you just want to spoil, if you know what I mean. Hmm, don’t get me wrong, I have no romantic interests for the cutie (Travis was indeed right to call him so), but he sure was an attractive kid, that made you want to cuddle him. And, I had now my new personal fun … how amusing.

“Nothing very serious, for him anyway. You know, Sasha, Dima and Hayden are some sort of big beasts used to rough fights.” That couldn’t be more true. “He just had a discussion with his twin.”

“Oh boy, why? Is he ok? Boy, I-I tol-told him that I didn’t care anymore.” He stuttered in clear distress. I was sorry to make him worry, but I was too curios to see his reaction.

And, it was probably better to prepare him. I tried to contain a chuckle, because hearing him say “oh boy” or “boy” that often was very funny and adorable.

“So it was Anatoly you were afraid of, and not Dima. You didn’t know he had a twin, right?”

He nodded, but didn’t add much. Well, it was nice it was all solved; bet it was all Travis doing, I noticed he was very protective of him.

Travis jumped on Jasper’s back, which giggled happy and relaxed, and they began to talk about their personal things. I let them some room and drifted to the others, waiting for us at the entrance of the cafeteria. Dima was right there, sort of fuming for the talk he received from one of our teacher, about behaving like punks and getting into fights. I had a hard time already keeping Sasha quiet, too bad also Hayden got fired up. I shook my head at their short temper.

Jasper stopped and so did Travis, but from his face it was clear Sasha already told him. He still looked pissed, anyway. Cutie paled and then his eyes widened in worry and anger.

Oh, a new interesting side.

“Hey Jas, how you doing?” Greeted my bear-like friend.

Hmm, greeting the cute kid first, hmm? I see, I see.

“Oh boy, did you, did you fight wi-with…your brother?” It was difficult for him to say that word.

“Told you the sick bastard deserved a sweet talk.” He smirked and then winked.

I looked at Travis, which feeling my gaze, shifted his eyes on me. We exchanged an amused and conspiratorial smirk and then got back at observing them.

“Uhm, but look at your face.”

“Nah, that’s nothing. Once I got a worse bruise from an asshole during a hockey game.” Yeah, I remember that time. Sasha chuckled as well.

“It’s true, Jasper. Next time we play, come with Travis.”

“Uhm, if you say so..” He wasn’t convinced, kept studying Dima’ face, but then he let it go. They began to talk about Star Wars. I rolled my eyes.

Now I see, he found another Star Wars freak. Now I should say “Oh boy.”

We sat at our usual table and then a guy walked toward us.

I snorted annoyed and Sasha glanced at me and then at where I was looking. He smirked and shook his head.

The guy, or better, my ex-sticky-annoying-date named Carlson Diaz, stopped in front of me and showed me with a dark face the screen of his phone. He was very nice with his sluggish Spanish accent and tanned features, but aside being boring, he was too suffocating, self-centered in an extremely irritating way and a bit petty. So, not my type.

“What the hell does it mean?” He hissed, attracting my friends’ attention. Poor thing, he was digging his own hole.

“Hmm, you have a nice phone, know that, Carl?” I mused, tilting my head on the side.

“River, I will not accept it.”

I rolled my eyes, now getting pissed. If there was something I couldn’t stand was a petty drama queen and public scenes.

I pulled him down at my face, grabbing his shirt, and hissed only for him to hear.

“Carl, I told you from the beginning, no relationships at first. Only dating. Yesterday I clearly explained it was over and that I didn’t want to date you any longer. Now, keep your voice down and let’s enjoy our lunch.”

His eyes widened and I knew it wasn’t over. I snarled low in my throat.

“River, you can’t simply dump me like this.”

“I am not dumping you, we weren’t even together to begin with. I keeping my word: if I were to think it wouldn’t work, no more dating. And that’s my last word.”

He went to say something, but Derek interrupted him.

“C’mon dude, just leave River and us alone, we already had to deal with enough troubles for today.” His voice was cheerful as ever and he just meant to ease the atmosphere. He was a real clown sometime.

“It’s none of you business, nigger.”

Oh. My. God.

Can you believe it? Here was a racist gay. A Hispanic racist gay. How hilarious could be that combination? But right now none of us felt like laughing. More like, we all want to beat him.

Dee didn’t care about that, he just shrugged and flipped him off, but Sasha and Hayden looked at him with burning eyes. Told you, the poor thing dug his hole. Hayden shot up like a bullet and went to grab his shirt to punch him. He took it personally, as if Carlson just insulted his girlfriend.

Travis stopped him, just with his comments.

“Hell, can someone be a bigger hypocrite asshole?” He scoffed, now standing in front of Carl with his typical cocky-cat-like smirk. “You know, your ass isn’t that sexy, actually, not a bit and that shirt is soooo out. Move your shrimp-size dick somewhere else, people wants to eat here.”

Man, was Travis colorful when he talked.

Hayden shoved him away and then burst into a roaring laugh, just like the rest of us.

“Man, Travis, you crack me up any time you open your mouth.” He joked.

“Hell, that doesn’t sound very nice, know that Hayden?” He rolled his eyes playfully and went to sit on Sasha’s lap, which was chuckling and looking proud at him.

Carlson stood a couple of second like a fish out of water, completely speechless and shocked. I waved my hand in front of his eyes, which narrowed, then widened, and then narrowed again. Well, that was an amusing reaction. He gulped and marched away, without uttering a word.

See, that was the reason I didn’t like to date people from my school.

Too much of a nuisance.

TRAVIS POV

Jasper and I skipped one period and he told me everything about yesterday. I was happy the misunderstanding was over and I was happy they were becoming friends.

We planned to go and see their hockey game on Saturday morning and I bet this time he would enjoy better than last time. Hell, I was damn sure about it.

A couple of girls that had my same last class had been a damn pain in my sexy ass. They wasted all the time trying to get under my skin with moronic and retarded comments about me being gay.

Fucking hell, get a life, girls, and get a damn boyfriend, so you won’t have any more energy to waste.

The best part was when the teacher caught us, well, them. I answered the question and then evilly smirked at them, sticking out my tongue. Hell, they had no clue about the lesson and just played the drama queen act. Fuck, could someone be more bitchy? No damn way.

Alexi was waiting for me and as soon as I saw him my arms went around his neck and my lips on his mouth. He growled from desire and kissed me hard and long, pressing my body against his damn hot and rock like muscles. Fuck. I just wanted to be alone with him somewhere else and let him do to me whatever he wanted. Hmm, I had myself an idea what I’d like to do to my Alexi.

His tongue deepened and possessed my mouth with fierce lust and I let out a soft moan on his lips. Alexi smirked and slipped his hands lower down, inside my skinny jeans pockets.  Hell, I felt his hard member pressing mine and I swear I was about to come.

“That’s fucking disgusting, you lurid fags.” A nauseous and slimy voice snarled behind me.

Alexi broke the kiss, his eyes shifted in a glacial and menacing mood, and he placed himself in front of me, in a protective stance.

The asshole that just gave some air to his fucking mouth was the peanut-size-retarded-brain-issue jockass of Collins. I snorted and shot him a dirty look.

“Why don’t you just say the truth, asshole? You got hard at watching us.” I sneered.

He twitched his face and then his friends grunted something. Hell, they were all moronic retarded, not able to clearly formulate a sentence.

“What did you say, filthy queer?”

Alexi made a step, and I saw that jockass’ face paling, grabbed his collar shirt and slammed him with beasty force against the wall. Hell, I thought he would leave a dent there. Collins gulped from the impact and his friends first looked a bit confused and then walked to Alexi. I stopped them.

“How fucking brave, three against one.” I mocked them.

They looked at me and one went to punch me, but I gracefully dodged it and made him lose balance. Krav Maga was paying off, now. In the meanwhile, that jockass tried to struggle with my sexy beast, but he only gained another slam in the wall.

“You know what, Lebedev? One day I’ll catch your precious pet and I will have all the fun of this world with him.” His voice had a sick vicious tone that made me cringe in disgust.

The idea freaked me out and madly enraged Alexi.

“You won’t even reach that day, Collins.” He hissed in his face, ready to beat him to a pulp.

One of the guys dared to try to shove away Alexi, but he didn’t move, he just let go of Collins, that dropped on the floor breathless from the two insane slams, turned, and smirked darkly amused, his icy blue eyes burning in feral threatening.

“Oh, today I am so gonna have fun before practice…” He mused while the guy gulped.

The situation was getting electric, in a fucking dangerous way.

I didn’t want Alexi to get in trouble.

“Alexi, they are just a couple of assholes.” I tried to say, pretty much sure he wouldn’t listen to me.

“Mind your words, you bitch.”

Alexi snarled and went to punch Collins hard in his face, but something, well, someone, stopped everything.

“What is going on here?” It was a teacher, a rather young and good-looking teacher.

He looked at me and then at my boyfriend and then at that asshole.

He sighed and shook his head.

“Mr. Collins, you another time.” Then he stared at Alexi. “Mr. Lebedev, our hockey star. Having a nice conversation in the corridor?” You couldn’t miss the sarcasm in his voice.

“A very nice conversation, sir.” He answered, his voice still strained and glacial.

“Mind your business, Russian fag.” As I said, brain issues.

Who would talk like that, red-handed and in front of a teacher?

Well, I would, if enraged.

“Shut the fuck up, moron.” I barked to Collins.

“And you are?” The teacher asked me, arching his eyebrow in a slightly amused expression.

“Travis Henderson, sir.”

He seized me silent for a couple of seconds and then thought about something, nodding.

“Oh I see, the student that transferred here in September, now I remember.” He shifted his gaze on the asshole. “Mr. Collins, I will not tolerate any longer your insults and your actions. Next time you will be suspended, you and your friends. As for you, Mr. Lebedev, school is over and I do not feel like reporting anyone. But better to keep in control that temper.”

“Sir.” Alexi just said, his jaws still clenched, bet fuming for the lost chance to beat the shit out of that moron.

“Now, I see it is all well and clear. So, let’s all move from here and avoid more problems. Shall we?”

Peanut-size brain Collins and his dogs didn’t say anything, glanced the teacher with a dirty and dark look and walked away. He didn’t mind it much, he actually chuckled. Hell, that was weird.

“Mr. Henderson, Mr. Lebedev.” He greeted and strolled in some other direction.

“Hell, he sure is a strange one.” I said.

“Yeah, he’s pretty much weird. Now let’s go, I’ll walk you out. How do you go home?” He asked concerned, now his face and stance relaxing. He took my hand in his and led me out.

“My mum is coming today, she has a short day.”

“When is she leaving?”

“Hmm, Friday.”

Alexi nodded and then stopped, taking me in his arms.

“Will you spend your weekend with me, Travis?” His eyes were darkening, but not because of anger.

“I can’t wait for that.” Fuck, that was damn true.

He smirked and pecked my lips.

“Saturday morning we have a game, but then, will you go on a date with me, baby?”

My heart skipped a couple of beats and my eyes stared at my boyfriend in surprise, hell, he was asking me out on a date. Oh my, that was so romantic.

Our first date.

“Yes, Alexi.” I jumped and threw my arms around his neck, kissing him long and hot. I broke the kiss. “Will you stay over Friday night?” I knew he had a game, though.

“You think I’d let you stay there alone?” His eyes had a sinful and tender light, all together.

“The game you have Saturday morning?”

“Babe, you just give me all the energy I need.” He kissed me back. “Just get ready for our date, our first date.”

Hell, I couldn’t be more happy than I was now, my heart couldn’t beat faster than it was now.

Alexi had just asked me out on a date.

Our very first date.
